Mike returned my call within minutes and asked me to text pictures of the areas in need of repair. Once received, he texted a competitive quote and said he could take care of our job the same day (light workload that afternoon). His men arrived ahead of schedule, walked around our home to double-check areas in need of repair, masked work areas to protect pavers, worked efficiently, and completely cleaned up after themselves. The lead installer showed me their work prior to leaving to make sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I texted Mike afterwards, made payment, and asked a question afterwards about dry time prior to painting the patches. He was super responsive throughout this same-day process. Not only was his bid very competitive, but he even took the time to review a competitor's quote with me and pointed out exactly where I was being overcharged for work I didn't even need. He and his son, Garrison, are really solid people. Even though he's a stucco expert and not a leak detection specialist, he went well above and beyond by helping me troubleshoot with a water test to make sure we found the actual source of the leak. For the stucco work that was required, he handled the repairs beautifully. Just as importantly, John identified work that wasn't necessary. One company gave us a quote with the repair being an extra cost that would be added later while the other two said that all of the damaged wood would just be patched with Bondo, which given the extent of the damage did not seem prudent. The crew was punctual, polite, and professional and we love the results. They even removed an old eyesore satellite dish that had been on the house since we moved in.

Unfortunately, they are not properly informed by the owner who conveniently forgets to tell them to paint areas included in the estimates, even after collecting the money for the job. The problem is with the owner Frank who, either because of old age or because of too much partying, is neglectful, forgetful and scatter-brained, to the point where four times, I had to bring back the crew because Frank (and no one else) forgot to tell them to do a segment that was included in the contract. And so, I recorded our conversation and took pictures and films of the areas to do last summer only to...come back and find that Frank forgot once again to tell the crew to do a whole side of the house that was left unpainted. Frank called it "miscommunication" even after I showed evidence it was included in our agreement, and said "we'll do it for sure "next time". Problem is, I already paid for a job that was incomplete and, because of Frank's lack of professionalism and consistency, I decided there won't be a "next time", because I'm sure he'll forget again this time and blame it on too much wine or not enough sleep. And what's worse is the insistence to do what was supposed to be done another time when I decide to do another segment, and he'll "throw this last one in too". I now completely veer away from this company, will never use again, and totally advise against using by ANYONE as too many mistakes, too many recalls and too many times did he simply "forget" to tell his crew to do one or other side, or other segment, one or other fascia, one corner etc... I'd rather avoid the headache and the argument and go somewhere else, even though he still owes me for a corner that was included in the previous estimate and bill, that was paid for, but was never completed. I would definitely not recommend this company, end of story. Frank does however, get an A+ at being a BS artist and salesman, not so at being consistent and professional.

Blue Line Stucco did a great job on a leaking window problem I had. It was an odd problem because the window would leak a small amount around the rough opening during very intense rain. So it was a problem with the exterior of the house rather than the window itself. I had multiple contractors look at it, and most wanted to do extensive repairs, like pull out the whole window, or cut into the interior walls and then spray test the whole exterior of the house to try to find the leak source. Needless to say this would be expensive and disruptive. Vince was the only one who suggested a much simpler plan: remove the stucco around the window and inspect the rough opening to see if there was any sign of water coming from higher up on the house. This was also the lowest-cost option, and made a lot of sense to me. Sure enough, Vince removed the stucco and found no signs of a larger leak. The problem was just a failure of the original construction sealing around the window itself. He re-sealed everything, re-flashed the window, repaired the stucco, and it's been perfect ever since. Thanks Vince for fixing a mysterious problem on the first try! I will definitely be using Blue Line in the future. read more

I called Vince because I had water damage in my home that I thought might be an issue with the stucco. He scheduled an appointment for that afternoon-even calling and letting me know he was on his way. (nice) In looking at the stucco, he determined that it was in good condition and let me know that in his honest opinion, he did not think it was an issue due to faulty stucco. I applaud his integrity as that has not always been my experience in the construction business. He is prompt, he answers his calls/texts, is professional, up front and honest in determining what you need. He also gave me a tip on painting vs fog coating stucco. Vince and his team did wonderful work on our home this week. We had substantial patchwork that needed to be done after replacing all of our windows/sliders, removing some wood paneling and also completing a small addition to our home. In general, I was REALLY nervous about someone being able to match our current texture. After searching Yelp, I found Blue Line. I needed ground in dirt removed from the stucco on the second floor of my house and well as cosmetic work done around the bottom front and side ends. Vince, the owner quoted me a price for power washing the dirt and advised that it might be necessary to "fog " the spot if necessary. He quoted his fees for those services at the site. Vince personally did the job well enough that the "fog" was not necessary which reduced the potential bill by more than half. He also advised against painting the stucco. I had some fairly large stucco patch work in several locations on my home. Vince came to my house and after looking over the situation said, "you can do this yourself." Vince not only walked me through the stucco process, he made a list of the tools and products I would need. I even called him with questions while at Home Depot gathering the materials. We removed our termite eaten planter box that hung in the middle of our stucco wall. We needed a professional to patch it up. They fixed a few cracks and put a flexible base coat it before spraying a new color coat on. It took about a week. When Pat inspected it he wasn't happy with the color uniformity (evidently this can happen with darker colors). I thought it looked good and would even out over time but he straightened me out on that. He sent his crew back out to fog the whole house and it came out really nice. Years ago, we had our AC units relocated to another part of the yard / house so while the units were gone and the pipes closed, they were still sticking out of the wall. After reviewing a half dozen stucco companies, we hired Pat and his team to properly remove the unsightly pipes and repair the stucco on the side of the house. Additionally, in the process of preparing the house for painting, we removed a ton of bougainvillea and shrubs that were along the house and retaining wall so they can paint. Once removed, it uncovered a lot of stucco damage to our retaining wall so I reached out to Pat to have those added to the job. To add to the chaos, we were getting our roof AND whole exterior part of the house pressure washed so I wanted to make sure that didn't conflict with the work that Pat and his team were going to do. Pat was very accommodating with our schedule and put our mind at ease that all would be fine with the timing of everything else going on. Carlos and Jose P. came to do the job on a Friday and went right to work prepping the area before any work was done. Carlos repaired the retaining wall and was a master at cleaning up the corners and edges to match the rest of the wall. You can't even tell that there were any cracks or chips -- and he color matched the wall perfectly. It looks like a brand new wall! The side of the house...oh my goodness! More perfection. We've been looking at these ugly pipes and the terrible stucco patch job for years and it was such a relief to finally have them gone. Better yet, it looks as if they were never there!! Jose did such an INCREDIBLE JOB on the stucco - we could not have asked for better. Yes, we could have just left and painted over and all would have been fine but hiring Pat and his team was the right call and we are so happy with the work done. Our painters came the following Monday and they were really impressed with the work done too and asked for Pat's number. I was more than happy to pass along and I will continue to recommend Pat whenever I can. I know I went to a lot of detail but I just wanted to accurately express how much we appreciated Pat and his team. So many times we hire contractors and while we are thrilled the project is done, you feel meh about the work. Not at all the case here. Pat and his team checked all the boxes for someone who is pretty particular (aka. OCD) and hard to please when it comes to something visual (hey, I'm in marketing). Pat was knowledgeable, responsive, honest about the work needing to be done, fair in pricing, timely, provided a superb team with excellent skills--and they left the job as if they were never here. Once received, he texted a competitive quote and said he could take care of our job the same day (light workload that afternoon). His men arrived ahead of schedule, walked around our home to double-check areas in need of repair, masked work areas to protect pavers, worked efficiently, and completely cleaned up after themselves. The lead installer showed me their work prior to leaving to make sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I texted Mike afterwards, made payment, and asked a question afterwards about dry time prior to painting the patches. He was super responsive throughout this same-day process. The wall had a long-running moisture issue that caused bubbling in the painted finish, so we wanted to cover it with stone veneer while still allowing the wall to breathe and drain properly. Hugo helped think through the right system, including creating an air gap behind the new veneer, and the installation was done beautifully. Once the prep work was complete, Christian applied the stone veneer, and his attention to detail was outstanding. The wall is an irregular shape with slopes, steps, angles, and awkward transitions, but he cut each stone carefully so the finished wall looks seamless and intentional. That level of patience and perfectionism is rare to see. Both Hugo and Christian were courteous, professional, and easy to have around the house. They kept the job site clean, tidied everything up at the end, and even hauled away the empty brick pallets, which was not part of the original scope, at no extra charge. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the finished wall looks great. I would definitely use Superior Stucco and Stone again!

No bill came, piles of trash bags were left. Then a company rep came to the door demanding money! I asked for porch beam to be replaced and patio furniture to be put back and trash to be hauled away. THEY REFUSED. The owner came pounding on the back window threatening legal action after i had to bill just 4 days. EXTREMELY UNPROFRESSIONAL. Way overpriced.

On the first day upon arrival, the install team laid-out protective covering over the entire garage floor, and covered the washer and dryer too.
