Even after I repeatedly explained that it was only a stain and not no-chip, the nail tech began drilling my nails without asking for permission first. To make matters worse, the front desk staff and nail tech refused to listen to my explanation and still increased the price for services they decided to perform on their own. We never requested extra services, and we were not even getting polish applied afterward. A customer should always be informed and give consent before additional services are performed and charged. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and very frustrating. I would not recommend this salon based on how this situation was handled.
