RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. Overall quite satisfied with Green Oak. Recommend.

I reached out to Green Oak after searching on Yelp (s/o), and was extremely glad I did. Brian H. took me through the process from start to finish, including an insightful explanation of the insurance claim process. The free estimate happened within a few days and ended up being lower than the insurance-assessed quote. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. The team was efficient and respectful, with a huge attention to detail. TL;DR - Highly recommend giving Brian and Green Oak Exteriors a shot to help fix your home exterior issues, especially when you are in a bind with your insurance company!

I got several quotes from other gutter replacement groups in the area, and when I first met Charlie I instantly knew he is who I wanted to hire to replace our very cool (but old and failing) front gutter. Charlie even helped me better understand my home beyond the gutters (and gutter guards). On top of all of that, the quote was just slightly higher than the cheapest quote I got--absolutely worth it. Definitely recommend!

They even went the extra mile by replacing the neighboring shutter as well, just in case there was any fade difference between new and old. A special shoutout to Charlie, who helped us and also did the work -- he was amazing! Extremely communicative, kind, and respectful. He kept us informed every step of the way and truly cared about getting everything perfect. This may have been a small project, but they treated it with first-class service. I will be telling anyone that asks, and probably some people that didn't ask, what a fantastic…read moreexperience I had working with Roof Fanatics. One of the best experiences I've had working with anyone. Let's break it down: Honesty - I called Rob at Roof Fanatics after getting the high-pressure sales pitch from two different companies in a row. I was dreading getting another quote. Rob's entire ethos is the anti-high-pressure pitch. He told me what I needed to know, gave me options, and then let me decide. His prices were very fair and super competitive for the level of attention we received. We also needed to delay work while we addressed a non-related structural issue. Rob was patient, and never pressed us to move faster than we were comfortable with. Attention to detail - After coming by to look at the roof, we asked him to come back to look at the siding as well a few weeks later. Rob remembered my dog's name - this might be a minor thing, but it spoke to the fact that he was paying attention, and treating us like a valued customer (before we had paid him a cent!), not just another stop on his route. He personally inspected the work after each crew had finished - siding, roof, gutters. He noticed things down to the last screw, and took care that everything was done to the highest standard. Quality - Our house looks @#%! awesome. We started with an old roof that, cracking vinyl siding, and gutters that were not getting the job done. I'm very pleased with the final result - Rob even custom-sourced gutter diverters to help us install rain barrels. The final result is better than I could have hoped. Service - Along the way Rob spent a ton of time communicating with me - answering questions, discussing options, and helping me understand every detail of what was happening to my family's home. I know he has other customers, but the level of attention I received for our project made me feel like the whole company was focused on my job. Rob will truly stop at nothing to make sure you are satisfied with the result. For a job as important as dealing with the roof or siding of my house, there's no one I would trust more than Rob to do an excellent job. I feel confident that our work will last until Rob is long retired, but in the meantime I urge anyone else that needs this kind of work to give him a call. UPDATE: I also referred Rob to my church, where we asked him to do some siding work and to look at the roofs of two church buildings where we had experienced leaks. Rob found damage to one roof caused by a tree, and with the other roof found that the shingles used were of an old, discontinued type that couldn't be easily patched. That eye for detail - the discontinued shingles - convinced our insurance company to cover the entire roof. Rob also worked with the insurance company to get the other roof covered as well. I don't believe we would have been successful without Rob's extensive knowledge of his craft and sharp eyes - his work has saved our church from a large planned expense, allowing us to use that money in the community.
