I was looking for a simple third piercing in my lobes. Nothing fancy or overly adventurous. My first two were done when I was 13 or 14, likely in a mall. It was so long ago, I don't even remember. I'm now in my 50's and I know better than to get piercings done at a mall by someone less than half my age getting paid minimum wage. No judgement. Just saying. I hopped onto Yelp to check the voice of the people and the people have spoken! Exotix it is! I reached out to to the studio and enquired about an appointment with Jessie. Lindsay, the studio manager, responded with prices and Jessie's availability. I sent my deposit and confirmed my appointment! At the moment, certain protocols are in place and I felt completely safe being at the studio and interacting with the people there. Jessie is such a nice person and took the time to explain everything she was doing. She meticulously measured and marked the placement of the piercings until they were perfect (or as perfect as they could be given the existing piercings). Her attention to detail was very much appreciated. Once the placement was sorted, the actual piercing took mere seconds. Aftercare instructions were clearly explained which is likely a good thing because I'm of the generation where it was perfectly acceptable to douse your piercing in rubbing alcohol and continually twist it so it doesn't 'stick'! It's been six weeks since my piercings were done and things are healing nicely. My experience with Exotix was nothing less than outstanding. With everyone in masks, it's hard to say for sure who I encountered there but everyone was extremely professional, pleasant and welcoming. I definitely agree with all the reviews posted and if you're looking to get a piercing done, I absolutely would recommend coming to Exotix. I had a great first experience. Lindsay responded to my email inquiries promptly and thoroughly, and the studio was super clean (very surprised by how spotless the bathroom is). Gordon was my piercer, and he made the process very easy - this was my first cartilage piercing so I was nervous, but I felt very reassured here. I got two helix piercings and the pain was no worse than your usual flu shot. He went over the aftercare with me, stressed the importance of being on top of that, and also happily answered any questions I had. A week or so afterward, my ear became extremely swollen and painful and almost engulfed the piercing (at no fault of the piercer by the way, irritation happens). So I went to my doctor and she prescribed antibiotics to treat a potential infection. I also contacted Exotix to see if they had any recommendations and Lindsay recommended that I come in to get my piercing looked at and my jewelry lengthened to accommodate the swelling. So I went in and Gordon was there again, he could tell from his many years of experience that it was not an infection and he swapped one of my bars for a longer one. He was so slick with it that I didn't even notice the bar being changed, especially with how tender my ear was at the time. The only downside to this studio is that it is quite expensive. I paid about $290 total for the service and the two earrings ($50 service per piercing, $80 for each piece of jewelry, +tax) but personally I'd rather pay more for a good piercing than get a crooked one that I hate and end up taking it out after less than a year, which is what happened with my lobe piercing at a different place. I am now due to get my jewelry downsized in 2 days and my ear has healed incredibly well. The jewelry is beautiful and I will definitely be coming back for more piercings! read more

Last December, there was an discount through Yelp at 10% off jewelry and with raving reviews, I decided to pierce my nose for the first time here on a whim. A 30 by 30 goal. From making my appointment on the phone to coming in and leaving with my nose pierced, the process was amazing. The hostess at the front was so kind. My piercer was so patient as I took the time to decide between two studs, and then as she was piercing my nose she took note of the change in my behaviour which resulted in her in checking with me more than I imagine she usually would. I ended up coming back to get my bar changed after it healed, and then again to fix another piercing that came loose on my ear. Both times, the experience was quick and flawless. It also helps that they are clean and sanitary. This splurge was quite expensive, but well worth it in the long run. read more

Over the weekend I got suckered into getting a nose piercing. A friend of mine wanted to get her ear lobes pierced so we went to a shady shop that did it for 15$ a piece. I was asked if I wanted any piercings too for the same price so I said sure! 2 minutes later I walked out of the shop with a brand new nose piercing. It was a studded one with a flower kind of base.. very short tho. And yes, I was pierced with a gun. Everything was fine until the 3rd morning where I noticed that the stud had sunken into the hole. I quickly panicked and self diagnosed myself via Reddit and other untrustworthy sources. After what I had thought was a staph infection, Hep A, B and C.. I decided to call Exotix for a proper check up. Six was the person who changed my piercing and was very informative and helpful. Apparently if I had left it for longer, it would've sunken deeper and would've been prone to more infections. The whole process was painless and he offered to help me again in a week or two if I wanted to change the stud again. I reached out via their website inquiring about cost & appointment availability with Jessie for two nipple piercings. I decided to book here at Exotix because of the positive reviews. I had several piercings done at a variety of other tattoo shops, and they were mediocre. Being that I wanted nipple piercings, I spent a lot of time doing research since it's a big deal to me! Haha. Lauren (Studio Manager/Admin) got back to me within 24 hours, with all the necessary information & booking process. After thinking it through, I decided to move forward. Lauren was super helpful & answered all my e-mails in an efficient manner. Huge props to her, I've done a job similar to hers & she definitely goes above and beyond! BOOKING: I was placed on a waiting list for an appointment. I received an e-mail about 3 days later with some options, and was booked in for a few days later. Quick, easy, booked! Appointments are booked at one-hour intervals to maintain distance & sanitation. Doors are locked & they give you a call when they are ready for your appointment. My appointment was for 7:00, and they called right at 7:00! Very organized, and I felt very safe there with their covid protocols. PIERCING & JEWELRY: I decided to move forward booking with Jessie because of the positive reviews I've read about her. She was extremely warm & welcoming. She helped me pick out jewelry, and we went with a standard barbell, as the ones with gems were a bit expensive for an initial piercing bar. The jewelry Exotix offers is extremely high quality, & I do believe they are worth the financial investment. The total cost came to $190 before tax (& tip!) for the jewelry & two piercings. Jessie made me feel safe & comfortable. Conversation was casual, not awkward or forced (says a lot because I am very awkward lol). She explained all the steps very thoroughly, and before each piercing, asked for a Yes/No one more time. The piercing itself did not hurt too bad. I've experienced worse haha. Second nipple definitely hurt more, I think it's because the adrenaline subsided. Oops! Long overdue review for this place I got my ears pierced here by Alex about 2 years ago. 1) one done on the helix 2) one for each side of my ears lobes, this is the second piercing on my lobe. Alex was really nice about the process and took a long time to thoroughly make sure they were even and proportioned to my previous piercing. He was also accommodating about allowing me to use my own earrings. I get a slight reaction when I wear anything silver or steel in my ears. I haven't pierced my ears since I was a kid. Vaguely remember having it done by a family member with a needle and ice cube. Old school style! Lol. Anyways, I was wary of having the helix done cause I heard it hurts a lot. For anyone thinking of getting a helix piercing, it actually wasn't too bad. The recovery period I found actually hurts more. They say it takes 6 months to heal... But I would say for me, it took almost 9 months to a year. On and off, I would experience intense swelling and irritation. Sometimes it hurt a lot. However, Alex was very understanding and answered any concerns I had. I religiously applied the sea salt and water solution he recommended, which really helped with the swelling. Totally recommend this place. Just know it is pricy $$$, don't come expecting to pay what you would for a piercing at Claire's. Lol. But as they say, you get what you pay for. Oooooooooooooooooooooookay, okay, okay, people. CALM DOWN. I get that Six is cool and everything, and Jessie is great and all, but can we please take ONE MINUTE to talk about LINDSAY, the receptionist? First of all, I'd like to say that for the record, I have been here three times over the last 6 months, and all encounters both inside Exotix for work and outside (when I have questions regarding aftercare or jewelry quotes), have been 100% excellent due to Lindsay. She is super polite and has been so stellar when it comes to answering any questions I've had regarding aftercare, and also getting quotes for me regarding jewelry, She has kept me in the loop about what's going on or the process behind jewelry quotes, even if she doesn't have an answer right away regarding what I'm asking for. Did I mention that her response time is excellent? Lindsay has been a blessing to me throughout my experiences with Exotix. They are so lucky to have her (and I am so lucky to have met her), and if you ever get a chance to meet her, make sure you let her know that you feel the same. Now back to reviews on the piercers, hmm... I actually have 3 piercings from Exotix. I came here three times, and each time have walked out with something new. I have a daith done by Jessie, and a helix/outer conch AND an inner conch done by Six. They, too, are excellent piercers - very fun and social, and definitely know how to make you relax through the piercing experience. I highly recommended ANYONE you know to get their piercing work done here. A few times, I have also brought a friend with me to get piercings done also, who also informed me that he felt that Exotix was the best place he has ever been to in his life. I've had the pleasure of getting some BVLA jewelry through Exotix as well (currently ordered - thanks Lindsay!), which I am super stoked about. They have many options for high quality jewelry, as well, to facilitate your healing. The cost of the actual piercing are OK - some say it's a little on the high side. I'll be honest, in comparison to other places, I don't really notice a difference as it's so minor (5-10 bucks maybe?). You truly get your money's worth in all aspects, though. Knowing that, it doesn't warrant any complaints. The piercings are done well (EXCELLENT placement), minimally invasive and not super painful (just a tiny pinch). Even with aftercare, I haven't had any issues due to piercing placement, and have received many compliments on my piercings, even by others who oppose or don't like piercings, in general. Regarding the facility: It's SO clean. The decor is modern, and yet classy. Note that the office is on the 2nd floor ABOVE the restaurant at the same address. Appointments are welcomed, though not necessary. I find from my experience, it helps to make one, especially if you're looking to have multiple things done in one go. It'll help keep you organized to remember all that needs to be done, while making the most of your appointment. All in all, I would never let another studio pierce my body. MY ONLY two regrets regarding Exotix are 1) that I didn't find this place sooner and 2) that I'm currently running out of money because I actually want more stuff done. read more

The staff at Exotix rooooocccccckkkkkkksssss so freaking much. I decided to finally take the plunge and get my nose pierced after over a decade of deliberating. Based upon the exceptional Yelp reviews and the studios proximity to my hotel, I figured all of the stars were aligned and it was finally time to get my piercing. I was able to make an appointment easily. The studio is so clean and very well organized. They have a nice selection of earrings at various sizes. They guy who took care of my piercing was very thorough. He answered my many instructions and gave me detailed after care instructions. I wouldn't say the piercing was painless, but it I survived! I didn't pass out and the pain and was functional. I am extremely pleased with my piercing. Super, duper cute! Glad I finally did it! Unfortunately, I went back the next day because it was brought to my attention that the earring I selected was too big for work. Ugh! I made a mad dash back to Exotix. Hands down my favourite piercing establishment in the city. I've been pierced by both Jessie and Six. My first visit, Jessie pierced my nose. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and the placement was done well. Least pain I've felt on any piercing. It's been 8 weeks and my nose has healed with zero complications. I'm so happy with it. My second visit here was after another store botched up my ears and navel and Six was lovely enough to remove the ear jewelry for me and guide me in how to heal my navel. Super professional and very nice guy! I came back and had him do my snake bites, and I'm so glad I decided to have him do it. Seriously DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON PIERCINGS. Six was super precise, took his time to make sure the placement was perfect and you can tell he's really serious about his craft. The discomfort was very minimal and the piercings look flawless. I've gotten ear piercing twice before, once at claire's (with the gun) and once at a piercing/tattoo shop. Both times I had a bad experience, resulting in my piercing being too low on my earlobes. When I found this place, I was hesitant (how good can a piercing place be?). I nervously walked in and talked to Jessie and explained to her my situation. She immediately knew and understood my frustration and took her time to mark my ears where the piercing should be (and I mean with fancy measuring tools and all that) and I was able to check my placement multiple times before proceeding with the piercing. The one thing that impressed me the most is that they're so clean! They never use the markers used to mark your piercing placement.. I was so impressed. Jessie was also super sweet, patient, and extremely nice the whole time. Even though I paid a premium, it was worth the money as I know what a bad piercing could end up. I recently came here to get a piercing done and I had researched a bunch of places. I was previously going to go to a tattoo/piercing place but after thinking thoroughly about it (on my past experiences that my old piercings never healed/got really bad) I made the decision to come here due to the good reviews and the fact that they only do piercings here so they specialize in that. Another factor that made me want to go here was their options for jewelry was higher end and due to my ears being more sensitive I wanted to make sure that I didn't put poor quality jewelry in (I was pierced before with stainless steel and it never healed). I e-mailed them asking about pricing, the expected amount of time I will be there, type of jewelry and booking appointments. All were answered within 24 hrs. I was able to call and make an appointment easily. Their location was very easy to get to, and their shop is very clean. Lindsay (the receptionist) was super nice and helped me look at all the different types of jewelry that can be used. She was super patient and friendly, this is something that I appreciated a lot. Afterwards I was given a form to fill out and offered a beverage. I waited for around what felt like 10-15 mins, they advised me they were sterilizing the equipment. Gordon was my piercer (originally was going to be Six but was told he got double booked). Gordon answered all of my questions and marked the spot, he asked if I liked it there or he could mark somewhere else. He made the changes. He was super calm and the procedure itself was quite painless. At the end he gave me aftercare instructions, a timeline for when I can downsize my jewelry and a contact number to call in case of anything. I also purchased the sea salt there due to just wanting to pick everything up. This is indeed a pricier place to get pierced, but when you're more sensitive to materials I believe you get what you pay for. So far it's been around 3 days, and it has not given me a lot of grief (not sure for the future but for now...). Service was great and they are super clean - he ended up giving me the marker that he marked me with to keep because they don't re-use anything. I would definitely recommend coming here for piercings - you will feel and see the difference from going to other places to here. **Update: For those who don't know, anodized titanium loses it' color. I had a piercing from here in teal and half of it turned purple. They offered to re-color it at a cost. I'm not very happy about that... I think they should warn people that this is a risk before you pay $83 for a premium piercing. Better off to go with Gold at that price, as it is the safest material for piercings and it can be cleaned to restore its lustre at home... The guys here are very nice ( if not 100% honest and open about their products). The shop is clean and they do make you feel very welcome. The main reason for my complaint is: There isn't any benefit to the titanium (in terms of infection risk and healing time) - unless you are allergic to Stainless steel - and it's much more expensive. And I feel like I should have been told I wasn't a good candidate and that the healing was likely to take a lot longer for me. I went in about 2 months ago to get my navel re-pierced. It closed up after months of infection about 10 years ago. The piercing itself was very painful and took a long time - probably because of the old scar tissue. When I went to cash out , I was surprised to find the already steep price of $75 was not including tax - so I shelled out $83. That's almost double what other, reputable piercing places cost. I figured it was worth it because Six said the piercing would heal better this time around - with the fancy Titanium barbell. Two months later and it is infected and oozing nasty, smelly yellow pus. Not his fault - granted. I am only upset because I was told it would heal in 4-6 weeks - but I've read online it is more common for it to take 5 months to a year to heal the navel (one of the most easily infected areas). Also, i read that some people shouldn't get piercings if their upper and lower navel skin touches when they sit down - which is the case with me. I think it's still a good shop - very clean and pleasant - and he has offered to look at the piercing and advise me on further care, but there is NO BENEFIT to Titanium over the much cheaper stainless steel jewelry (in terms of risk of infection and healing time). Plus, anodized Titanium loses its color, so if you don't like constantly getting your piercings fixed/changed, go with the plain silver-coloured piercing... read more

I had a piercing that closed up on a recent vacation. I originally had it done at New Tribe but since my last experience there wasn't the greatest, I was looking for someone new to stab my body part with a needle. Using my trusty Yelp app (shameless plug!), I saw that Exotix had stellar reviews; also, Six (owner and piercer) was a Now Magazine "Best Of" winner several times. So with those in mind, I emailed to find out about booking an appointment. Six responded right away. We discussed my options and he let me know the potential price and when we could meet for him to take a look. He let me know that sometimes piercings could be reopened, even if it appeared closed to me. I didn't know that so learning something new made me feel more comfortable choosing Exotix. I went in the next day and didn't have to wait long for Six to appear. He was very professional and after studying the piercing, realized it would have to be re-pierced. He was meticulous at getting my piercing straight, and explained each step while he was doing it. It hurt like hell for me but he made sure to make it as smooth and quick as possible. The piercing itself was more than other places I had checked out but Exotix uses internally threaded titanium jewelry. I constantly lose the beads on my piercings so I was happy to pay more, knowing I'm getting top quality products with my piercing. When Six was done, he explained the aftercare and let me know that I could call anytime if I had any questions or thought anything was wrong with the piercing. Get ready for a story. This is the only place I trust to get piercings. When I first started getting more piercings, I decided to go to Exotix because of the great reviews and honestly after getting pierced there twice I knew this place was amazing. I got a personal area and my conch pierced by Six and he was great! Both times he took his time to find the right placement and I really appreciate that. With my conch piercing I didn't know there were actual soft spots but he felt around and told me I had two! Good to know! So both times, I left happy as eff. But this year I was impulsive to get more piercings and the only day I was free to get one was on Sundays and went to another popular shop that also had "great reviews" (note: I would've gone to Exotix but they're closed on Sundays). Long story short after getting pierced twice at that other shop I wasn't very happy with how the piercer pierced me. They didn't take their time to find the right placement (which Exotix did), it felt like they were rushing, and with my septum piercing, pierced through cartilage which made healing time a pain (and it was crooked!!). About two weeks ago I took my septum jewelry out, made an appointment with Exotix, and a week later got my septum re-pierced. I explained to them about my previous septum piercing and they were happy to fix it for me. This time I was pierced by Gordon and he was also great! Felt around my septum for the sweet spot (now I know it's small and low), took his time to find the right placement, and when he pierced it, on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the worst) it was a 2 compared to a 6 at the other shop. So I know it went through the right spot. I can't tell you how happy I am with my re-pierced septum. The receptionist Lindsay, also amazing. Any emailed question I had about piercings, prices, etc, she would reply back asap. Yes they are on the expensive side but honestly, WORTH IT! If you're getting a needle pierced through your body, go here. They carry high quality jewelry, their facility is clean, and you know the piercers know what they're doing. Really incredibly disappointed with my experience. Went in for two ear lobe piercings on May 9. The facilities are nice, the staff was friendly, and on time. Procedure was pain free. Here's the bad stuff: First off, we were told over email that the cost of an ear lobe piercing was $55. On arrival, we find out that's ONLY for the round silver titanium pieces. Anything else was MUCH MUCH MUCH more. We're talking $125 for ONE SINGLE HOLE IN YOUR EAR. I almost left then and there and kind of wish that I did. The piercer I had was helping me choose jewellery because I didn't want an ugly silver earring in my head for 3 months. I settled on the topaz, they suited my gold jewellery the best. She recommended a medium stud for the middle piercing and a small stud for the top piercing. I took her recommendation. Not three weeks later, the small stud keeps falling into the hole. This morning it RIPPED through my ear causing a lot of pain and swelling. I immediately went back to the studio and asked them to remove the small stud and replace it with the medium sized stud. To my SHOCK AND HORROR they CHARGED ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So two holes in my ears ended up costing me nearly $300 after this problem. Their excuse regarding the jewellery was that it is "non returnable." So the small stud was recommended to me by them, and was unable to properly heal...and they charge me again. I will NEVER go back to this studio. read more

my partner Christopher and I were Saturday afternoon walk-ins and still had the best piercing experience of our lives. if that doesn't tell you enough, let me tell you more. we were offered refreshments when we walked in. the space was bright and open. we didn't have to shout over obnoxious music. there were stacks of body-mod-related books to peruse. everyone was smiling, friendly, and chatty. there was a variety of jewelry on offer to suit many tastes and price ranges. going in, Christopher didn't even know what he wanted really other than an ear piercing of some kind. so Six and Alex took the time to go over different options and show him how each one looked. he settled on a conch. Alex, head piercer Six's young padawan, took care of both of us: my nostril, Christopher's conch. both piercings were done quickly and confidently. aftercare and possible problems were discussed openly. we never once felt pushed, pressured, or rushed. read more

As everyone has already mentioned, the location is very pricey. I live in the US, and it was more than twice the price for the piercing, however, there were so many dodgy looking places, that I was willing to pay for the cleanliness. I do have to say that the cost quoted on the phone was less than the price I paid, and I don't really care for inaccurate price quotes. Six did my piercing and was fantastic! He was a great sport, even entertained my foolishness as I requested a nose hair trim with my piercing. I had a fantastic experience and in my opinion, it was well worth the price paid. read more

This is going to be a super-subjective review. If you care more about the level of knowledge, experience, and adherence to best-practices type of stuff, other reviewers covered that well I'm sure. Septum piercing, 2014: perfectly fine, nothing went wrong, but I don't remember the name of the guy who did it. Nipple piercings x2, 2018: this is where I took off TWO stars for value. Let me be clear: Gordon is really nice, didn't rush anything, and tried to make me feel comfortable. But it was insanely painful and my piercings ended up being nowhere near flush - one of them, and apologies for TMI, looks like it's sticking out the FRONT of my nipple when erect.... Anyway, I'm sure that's not his fault, maybe I jerked during it from the pain or something, but there were other issues. I wasn't really asked any questions, had to volunteer info about my pain threshold, fears, etc., and also I wasn't given the option to choose jewelry, although I guess they use the long titanium 12G bars for a good reason. I just would have appreciated at least having that dialogue instead of leaving feeling like I was in the dark about options for my own body piercing. Then, and this is where my actual issue begins, when I emailed them asking about getting it re-pierced, I kind of expected better customer service - they'd have to re-charge me, which to me is a bit like getting nickle-and-dimed, plus if I wasn't satisfied the first time, what incentive do I have to go back unless it's them doing me a favor to make sure I stay with them for new piercings and other issues with the existing one? I get that this is the only piercing-only studio downtown and the tattoo places don't have piercers on-site all the time, but do you really want customers to stay with you only because nothing else was available at the time? That's just my opinion and others may not have the same qualms. Then, the miraculous turnaround happened, winning Exotix back one star (not the full two, since it was expensive). Nipple piercing fell out on one side, I went back the day after, worried AF that the hole had closed, but Jessie was an absolute gift from the heavens. I don't even know where to start: first of all she's incredibly friendly/talkative, which makes you feel a little relaxed already, then she got me a water and reassured me verbally about how it's understandable to be stressed out about this but that I shouldn't worry and she'd do what she can. She stretched it from I think 18 to 12, and fully went at MY pace. Y'all, she was so, so attentive. She made sure I was breathing right to minimize the pain, she paused at all the right times to check on me, she soothingly said I was doing well lol, and she shared my relief and happiness at the problem being fixed! Came here to get my second lob piercings and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional and the prices are reasonable for the quality of jewelry and service you're getting. A perfect example of fantastic service. Came here with friend to get our noses pierced. We were nervous but Jessie's professional and accomodating attitude put us at ease right away. She was very thorough, explaining the procedure and helping us decide the location of the piercing. She told us were she felt the best spot for it was and then asked us what we thought. When it came to the piercing itself, she talked us through step by step and I think that definitely helped the most ! My friend said her septum piercing was surprisingly painless while I had no issues with my nostril piercing at all. The prices are a bit on the steeper side but overall everything felt very professional and the place was spotless. I would absolutely recommend this place again and again ESPECIALLY if you're on the more cautious side and want to be taken care of someone who knows what their stuff. read more

From start to finish this is hands down the most amazing and love-filled space to get any piercings or body modification work done. The owner, Six is a gentleman and Gordon at the front desk is a darling. Also got to meet his other piercer Jessie (hope I spelled that right) and she is just lovely. Went in for a nose piercing that was fast and painless, my mom also came with me and got a second hole in one ear and two other holes in her other ear. Their studio is spotless and gorgeous with tons of "eye candy".....all the jewellery you can choose from based on what work you are having done. The blogs were right when they said this place is the place to go for tats and piercings. I got my navel pierced here and everything went smoothly. I went in without booking an appointment and the wait time was not long at all. The piercing was quick and was not even close to being as painful as a flu shot. The staff were kind and was willing to address any questions I had for them. They provided me with the necessary information to care for my piercing afterwards, as well as the date to when I am able to change my ring. They are on the pricey side (costed $113 in total for the most basic option) but you are getting what you paid for, and I was willing to spend the extra dollars knowing that I am in good hands. read more

I went in to look for some nice jewelry for my helix piercing. The guy that helped me out basically said he wasn't sure which earring would fit best so he said I could try them on. He brought me into a room and put them on for me after I removed my existing jewelry. When I bought the piece I thought the price was more than originally quoted but didn't think much of it until I got home and realized he had charged me extra for "changing the jewelry" for me which I did half of! Not very pleased by being duped out of my money as I am a student and it was already a splurge. read more

Jessie pierced my conch a few weeks ago and it could not have been a better experience. She answered all my questions with patience, and we had a great conversation as she was sterilizing and getting everything ready. This place has the highest standards of cleanliness. Jessie marked the spot on my ear where she thought the piercing would look best and I looked in the mirror and we discussed it. Jessie explained exactly what she was going to do for the piercing, and what she needed me to do. She made sure that I was happy and not feint, and asked if I needed any water. She made sure I understood how to care for the piercing, and that I am to go back 6 weeks after the initial piercing for a "check in" and to downsize the post. Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had. The shop sells high quality (and very pricey!) jewelry, but you most definitely get what you pay for. read more
