Today they took OVER 35-minutes after their text saying it would take 15-minutes. I called them at 25-minutes and the dispatcher made up some story about a back-up for a ticket booth. I must have seen 50-people walk out of the baggage claim and get into their limo. No one else had limos 35-min after they called. The driver shows up and repeats the same nonsense. It's offensive! Don't lie to me. You over booked and couldn't get back to the airport. Apologize and discount the ride. Like I said, they always take longer. Now, I'm done. Too many other options out there, and I won't tolerate being lied to.
