This is the absolute worst limo service I have ever experienced. We hired them for a party in…read morewhich they were to drop us off and pick us up at the same location. The arrangements were for us to be picked up at 12:30am. At around 11:45pm, we received a text letting us know that the limo was there. Then we got another text shortly after warning us that we will be charged $75 if we were any later than 12:30am and another $75 for every half hour after, followed by other texts to make sure we would be out in time. Hold your horses buddy.. We still have 30 min. Anyways, we were sure to be outside and ready to go by 12:30am only to find the limo overheated and the driver laughing. Sure, these things happen. No biggie. However, the way they handled the situation was unprofessional and with poor business ethics. Mr text happy could have let us know that the car overheated and we would be waiting an hour for another car to arrive. They could have also made up for the problem by reimbursing part of the cost, upgrading us or offering a discount for the next time. No. Instead we got laughed at and had to sit around for an hour to finally get a ride back home. The driver was extremely rude and uncooperative when we asked questions. What a joke!!!! Stay FAR away from this company! There are many other limo companies that treat their customers much better and take care of them, especially when these things happen. This is NOT one of them.

Worst customer service on phone from girl named Aimiee. The driver accepted cash as a gratuity, but…read morethey also charged us 20% gratuity on our credit card. The driver never mentioned anything. When I called she informed me that she did not have the authority to credit me, but that I would receive an e-mail/phone call from one of the managers the next day. The phone call began ok, but she became rude and condescending when I questioned the practice of including a gratuity, I'd like to use my discretion and tip more or less depending on service. Phone call became heated at the end. I did not receive any communication from company the next day, so I attempted to call to settle, they blocked my cell phone number. Contacted my credit card company to handle the rest.

I've used them exclusively for the last 5 airports runs and while some of their fleet is a little older, they also have some newer vehicle as well. I've been in the older cadillac stretch as well as the newer 12 person bus. There most important thing is getting to where were going and Jim, Larry, and the other drivers have been reliable every time. The one thing that sets them apart from all other limo services I've used is their communication, care, and the little things like stopping off to get coffees for us before picking us up. No back alley Eastern Bloc guys with thick accents, just friendly local drivers with great personalities and constantly monitoring your flight times for adjustments and texting you the night before for confirmation and driver details. We just used them for a group trip to ohare and Larry was as friendly and helpful as Jim. The whole group took note of their "car-side" manner and have asked for their information for future travels. I will continue to use these guys going forward. Thanks again!

Horrible Experience!!…read more Short Version: Did not get the limo we reserved, a different limo company was sent, charged an extra hour we didn't use, my credit card info was given to the other limo company without my consent, and when I spoke with Mike about my issues, he hung up on me Long Version: We hired Major Symphony for a funeral service. Specifically asked for a 14 passenger black limo, as it was for a funeral. Mike stated that there was a 1% chance we would get a white one I Now personally doubt he even has a black one because a white limo shoeed up from a different company. We got back 10 minutes past the 3 hour reserved time. Mike had told me that he would pro-rate any extra time. My credit card was charged 393 by Major Symphony and 131 by MM limousine for the extra hour. I never hired, provided, or authorized any other company to charge my Credit card. After trying to resolve this issue with Mike, he gave me the run around. I confronted him with proof that we were not in the limo for the extra hour and he hung up on me. When he called back he said the contract states he charges hourly, which trumps what he told me. He then told me if I wrote a bad review, he would sue me for slander. If you do hire Major Symphony, make sure you get everything in writing and read the fine print. If you get the 1% speech, know that your probably getting that 1%. Also that Major Symphony might not be picking you up and that your credit card info will be passed on to another company. When you call to dispute something, you will be met with ignorance. Too many other limousine companies, to deal with this one.
