My now husband and I paid all vendors and services in advance specifically to avoid any stress or payment issues on the day of and yet, exactly what we were trying to avoid happened. While I was taking last-minute pictures before the ceremony, my bridal party tried to board the bus and were not allowed in. Then, the driver started asking my friends and family for money. People were calling my husband, who was already waiting for me at the church, while this chaos unfolded. Eventually, they came to get me, and while I was showing my phone to prove payment, my friends and family kept offering money as if I hadn't paid. After I sent a picture of the receipt to the manager/owner, only then were we finally allowed on the bus. This entire scene was embarrassing and stressful. Once inside, there was a very explicit video playing on the bus TV that I honestly thought was p__n completely inappropriate, especially since there were kids present. This added to my stress and made me late by a few minutes, leaving me no time to relax before walking down the aisle. After the ceremony, the champagne included in the package wasn't ready when we came out. The best men had to go back inside the bus to grab it, and when they asked for champagne glasses (also included in the package), they were given red solo cups. A family member decided to skip the toast altogether, and we left feeling disappointed. On the way to the venue, the driver suddenly stopped the bus in the middle of nowhere, right in front of a parked truck. We were all freaked out not knowing if the bus had broken down or if something worse was happening. There was zero communication from the driver, which made the situation even more unnerving. I called the manager on Monday to discuss everything. He downplayed the issues, saying it wasn't a big deal since we still got from point A to point B. He did assure me the video wasn't p__n but a "kinky music video," which I appreciate him clarifying. However, for everything else the payment confusion, the inappropriate video, the champagne fiasco, and the random stop he insisted it wasn't a big deal. Honestly, this was a hugely disappointing experience on what should have been one of the happiest days of my life. I do not recommend VIP Limousine, Inc.

There was one thing....I was told my remaining balance would be a certain amount but the driver actually charged an additional $20. I didn't let it get it to me...I just took the $20 out of the tip. All in all, I would use them again.

Our evening driver threatened to leave our remaining guests, wedding party, bride & groom because he did not read the schedule provided by our wedding planner & AGAIN thought he had not been paid when he had. I am giving 1 star for the clean & pretty trolley, but the humans involved made for an honestly terrible overall experience. I would NEVER recommend Cloud9 for an important event. Our major issue with Cloud9 was attempting to pay them, despite a contract & down payment from us. They make prepaying quite inconvenient, so we figured with everything else going on, no big deal we will hand them a card on the day. We tried to do this, however, they had no way to accept payment, were not able to process the apple card & therefore wanted to take pictures of our credit card & IDs (uncomfortable). They then demanded a different card, which we provided. However since we had now provided my Father in Laws card & the ID was my husbands, they had a melt down about this as well instead of calming solving it. They angrily called our wedding planner incessantly. Yelled at members of our wedding party, including the groom, during photos. After this was "resolved" & paid (keeping in mind that they are walking away with digital images of our IDs & credit cards..) this information was not communicated with our evening driver, who was AGAIN demanding payment from my Father in Law in front of a trolley full of guests. The driver even THREATENED TO LEAVE our remaining guests, wedding party, bride & groom because he thought he had not been paid when he had & he ALSO had our scheduled times wrong. My Father in Law had to pull up his account statement & show it to the driver in order for him to take us home AT THE CONTRACTED & PAID FOR TIME. Our venue closed at 12, we scheduled our additional two hour time (for MORE MONEY, a part of our signed contract from months before the wedding) from 10:15-12:15. The driver insisted that we should have been back at the hotel by 12 & again threatened to leave. All of this, coupled with an unfriendly, bleeding morning driver leads me to this review. The trolley itself was beautiful, it is a shame that it was absolutely ruined by our experience with Cloud9 employees. Do NOT entrust them with any important events. Additional: 1. Including a screenshot of the "payment options" sent to us, with no "easy and fast online pre-pay" option. The FIRST card provided was given WITH a matching ID. Your company was unable to process this apple card due to outdated & lacking payment processing options. Therefore in the scramble of our wedding day, we provided a NEW card for YOUR convenience & did not update the ID that had previously been given. 2. These raised voice conversations occurred outside of the trolley and/or when no music was playing at all. It did not "come across as yelling" it was raised voice, aggressive yelling. 3. We informed the driver of the blood on his head. He was unconcerned & did not attend to the situation. Regardless of why or how this injury occurred, I consider in unacceptable to have uncovered blood at my wedding or in any other public or professional setting. First, they refused to accept my Apple credit card because it doesn't have numbers on it (for security). The only way they would accept payment the day of was with a photograph of your ID and credit card, or cash. Really? You can't process a credit card without me giving a sketchy driver a photo of my ID and credit card? We came up with another credit card after having our wedding rudely interrupted by the driver and thought it was fine. Fast forward to the evening of the wedding. Cloud9 proceeded to call our wedding planner incessantly saying we hadn't paid them. At the end of the night, when the trolley was meant to shuttle our guests back to the hotel, we were told that we hadn't paid and they were leaving without us. On top of that they got the timing of the shuttle service wrong and tried to rush us out of the venue early. Not something you want to have to deal with on your wedding day! We finally got to the driver and showed him the charge on our credit card... they had been paid all along and made a giant fiasco out of nothing because they were greedy and impatient. Please, anyone planning a wedding, do not give a penny to these people--there are many better options out there run by much better people!
