They were both very friendly and more importantly didn't talk over my head with a lot of technical mumbo jumbo like a lot of computer tech guys do. After diagnosing the problems and laying out a few options for me, It wound up my laptop was basically toast, which I had suspected. It was about 5 years old, so I wasn't surprised. John gave me an amazing deal on a new Gateway that was twice as powerful as my old one. Not only was the price great, he gave me a really good guarantee on the laptop.
