Horrible unprofessional service!! I made a round trip reservation & paid in advance 2 weeks ahead. Execucar called me 45 mins before they were scheduled to arrive and told me they had a scheduling conflict and needed me to take a taxi. On my return trip to the airport they completely NO SHOWED me!! I had to hail a cab and barely made my flight. Their only excuse was again a scheduling conflict!! We went on an end of summer vacation with the kids from Phoenix to San Francisco and used ExecuCar to take us to Sky Harbor and pick us up when we returned. Both rides were awesome. I used to take a shared van but I really hated the time it took being the most distant pickup & dropout usually. I decided to try a private car when my wife and I were talking a trip together to see if the extra cost would offset by the better pickup time. Both of us were impressed by the quality of the service, the comfortable ride and the professional driver. The car arrived on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to clear security. The experience was so much better that we decided to always use Execucar for all our airport trips. Since then we have used them several times and have always been totally satisfied with everything. I love the fact that I can open the app and it will tell me how far away the nearest car is. This is great when I need a very nice, clean, safe and reliable ride from point A to point B. My wife and I travel in and out of Phoenix frequently. After renting cars, driving ourselves and paying for parking, getting friends to take us to the airport, we finally tried ExecuCar. Over the last three years, they have been excellent with on time pick ups, comfortable and safe vehicles, and almost always safe and courteous drivers. We can count on them to get us to the airport and be there to pick us up when we return. My only wish would be to have a "frequent flyer" kind of sign in program. I usually sign up for a trip on the web, and it doesn't recognize me even though In have used them six or seven times already in the last several months. It would be nice to have all of my pick up and drop off info entered automatically. That being said, it is a reliable and safe transportation option. read more

This car service had been consistently great at drop off but 100% a holes at drop off!! We have used them twice in N Phoenix when we go to Turf Paradise. We get picked up at Hilton Pointe Tapatio and the driver has no issues finding turf paradise but when it comes time for pick up, the drivers cannot find us and have been so rude!! I am going to use a cab company going forward. No need for the attitude because you don't know your way around!! read more

After my car not showing up, I called and was put on hold for 25 minutes to find out "there were no available cars" to pick me up. Very bad service. Just got back from a trip to Phoenix and I can't say enough good things about ExecuCar. It was my first time using their service. I made a reservation on line for my trip from the airport to the hotel and it was a piece of cake. I then made a phone call to customer service before I booked the return trip because I had a stop to make on the way back, and wanted to discuss particulars. The whole booking experience was painless and the woman I talked to about the return trip was very nice and helpful. I had confirmation numbers for both rides and was given a number to call upon arrival. My flight into Phoenix was about 3 hours late and I was concerned they wouldn't hold my reservation. However, as I was walking down the concourse on my way to the exit I called the number I was given, gave my last name, was told what door to exit and to walk to the island in the middle and look for a black Lincoln Town Car. I'm not kidding when I say I no sooner walked out the door that this car pulled up almost directly in front of me and out jumps the driver, asks my name and off we go. It was literally less than 10 minutes from airplane to air conditioned town car on the road. Certainly helped that I didn't have any checked baggage. The return trip was just as pleasant. Scheduled an 8 am pickup the following day and I walked out the door of the hotel at 7:30 am and the car I had reserved was pulling up. Both drivers I had were very pleasant and cars were well taken care of. Cost me about 110 bucks each way with tip, (I stayed 30+ miles North of the airport) and it was well worth the money for me. No hassle at all. I will definitely use them again. read more

Double charged for a pre-booked and pre-paid car from Execucar. I will be using another car service from now on. Yelpers have reviewed bad experiences with the Phx location and other Execucar locations like LAX and Dallas. 5 hours before scheduled pick up I get text that driver is waiting for me!?! The experience deteriorated from that moment. Phone call to dispatch and informed that because airlines are in merger the flight information the airline gave me was incorrect. huh?!? The info I gave Execucar was the info on my flight confirmation, and on my boarding pass, and yet I am now accountable for this?!? I chose to book another reservation to make sure I could get home that night, and not be hanging around too long late night at Sky Harbor. No offer of assistance, no offer to refund the pre-paid trip home. Cindy A from Customer Advocacy put this off on me and the airline, and took NO responsibility for their failure. In short, I paid $200 for a pre-booked, prepaid car to get from Phx airport to South Tempe. I will never use Execucar again. read more

I work for a hotel that uses Execucar as their primary supplier of transportation. This is not the review of someone who has ridden inside a car, but worked alongside and depended upon their drivers. Response times are often poor, even for the dedicated service we're supposed to receive, and their dependability is mediocre. Their drivers are temperamental and argumentative. On several occasions they have attempted to confront or get into altercations with other cab services/drivers in unprofessional manners. Relative to the half a dozen or so car services I have worked closely alongside in my time working hospitality, Execucar has been provided less than ideal service. Wherever possible our staff avoids using them. read more

Called 35 minutes prior to reservation time to ask that the driver go across the street and wait 15 minutes for my manager. Agent told me there was no way to reach the driver and dispatch was too busy to try to find the number for my driver. I told him to cancel the reservation and he said he would but that he would be charging me. Agent was rude and clearly company is organized well if they can't reach their drivers. Montelucia Resort in Scottsdale, AZ recommended ExecuCar to take my family and I from Phoenix Airport to the resort. I booked a week in advance as I was flying my mother and sisters in from PA and I was flying in from CA. The morning of travel I received a call from ExecuCar as I was on my way to the airport that they would not be able to fit our bags (which I indicated the total when I made the reservations) and my options were to cancel or pay double and they would accommodate us. I cancelled and booked a midsize car which cost me over $400 for the days wer were at the resort. I was stuck as I was already in route to the airport and booked 8 min before boarding my flight. I can not believe they waited to contact me about this on my way to the airport when i booked days before. I called the resort and said they need to stop recommending this service. When I get to the airport they were there to pick me up because the resort was ready to pay the double fee for me, however at this point I had already pre-paid $400+ for the rental car. This service (ExecuCar) is horrible and did not even ask the size of our bags. We were able to get all of us and our bags into a mid size car. I am a Director of Sales and was excited to use them in the future and was treated so badly and put in a terrible situation by them and under a lot of stress on a holiday weekend. Use any other service than ExecuCar. Don't put yourself in a difficult situation of booking and them not coming thru for you. read more
