Montelucia Resort in Scottsdale, AZ recommended ExecuCar to take my family and I from Phoenix Airport to the resort. I booked a week in advance as I was flying my mother and sisters in from PA and I was flying in from CA. The morning of travel I received a call from ExecuCar as I was on my way to the airport that they would not be able to fit our bags (which I indicated the total when I made the reservations) and my options were to cancel or pay double and they would accommodate us. I cancelled and booked a midsize car which cost me over $400 for the days wer were at the resort. I was stuck as I was already in route to the airport and booked 8 min before boarding my flight. I can not believe they waited to contact me about this on my way to the airport when i booked days before. I called the resort and said they need to stop recommending this service. When I get to the airport they were there to pick me up because the resort was ready to pay the double fee for me, however at this point I had already pre-paid $400+ for the rental car. This service (ExecuCar) is horrible and did not even ask the size of our bags. We were able to get all of us and our bags into a mid size car. I am a Director of Sales and was excited to use them in the future and was treated so badly and put in a terrible situation by them and under a lot of stress on a holiday weekend. Use any other service than ExecuCar. Don't put yourself in a difficult situation of booking and them not coming thru for you. read more

We've used Execucar for several years, mostly for airport services. Their service arrival is usually flawless. Their reservation system could use some streamlining for frequent users. We've only encountered one "bad ride" where the driver had his radio on full blast and no air conditioning (phoenix in July!) and didn't help us with our bags to the door. We did file a "concern" with ExecuCar and they did not respond to us which we found odd. However, that was one instance and we are hopeful we will hear back from them since we did take the time to provide the requested feedback. If we don't hear back then we will assume that its a one-way relationship and we will look for another provider. read more

We were told we would just need to call the number on card we received and have the car in 20 min. 30 min before departure we called and was told it would be 90 min!!! 4 cars for this party and they don't get a piece. We have used ExecuCar for 6 years. Their drivers are always professional, courteous and very prompt. They have never been late...actually always early. If you call the office with a question, they answer your question(s) promptly and you can almost see them smile. I would give them more stars if their customer service is better. I would not recommend using them because you will end up paying extra if you make a mistake in anyway. There is no consideration at all. I was out another $36 because I did not notice that they put the wrong time for pick up. So my advice, if you will use them then you better be on top of your game, double check the times and arrive on time or else you lose your money and it is not cheap because they will not accomodate your request to get refunded but if I were you just avoid this company all together then you dont have a headache. read more

I travel a lot. I usually cheap out with shared vans but with two travelers, this service was only a little more. I discovered you get SO MUCH more. Our flights changed to nearly an hour *earlier* than scheduled. Phoenix dispatch was helpful and pleasant to deal with both when we called to report the change and when we reached the arrival airport. The car was there in about 5 minutes, as promised. My flight was 50 minutes early and my driver was already there at the Airport when I landed and patiently waiting till we were able to get to a gate (since we were early) and then patiently waited for me to file my lost baggage claim too. I arranged for two drivers for 6 of us from PHX to the Sheraton downtown. I rode with Kyle who was outstanding, very friendly, 5 stars. The reason I will never use Execucar again is that "Al" told me at the time of pickup that I should have arranged the timing of the cars better and he could charge me for overage (I'm confused by this as it was 7:26 and when I arranged the pickups I specified my flight landed at 7:15). He also told me it was cheaper to hire an SUV. I asked him what he was talking about and told him it was NOT cheaper as it cost $50 for 2 towncars vs $115 for an SUV. He just repeated himself, this time clearly annoyed at me, telling me he was waiting around for an hour. Very confusing and highly unprofessional. Additionally my coworkers tell me that he was bad-talking me during his drive. I can 100% guarantee I will not use this company again, and will also share my story with convention goers. read more

My best friend reserved a black sedan for me as transportation, I was suffering from a severe kidney infection. Executable showed up at 3625 e *****view pl, instead of 8625 e *****biew pl, despite the conformation having the address right. I waved down the sedan, who just stopped and waited for me to cross the streets to him (1st sign of an unprofessional driver.) upon entering car, the driver demanded I produce a credit card because the last card a previous customer used was declined. I told him I had only brought cash with me, and a friend had put the car under his Amex. After refusing to drive me now, I simply asked "I can barley walk bc of kidney inflammation, can you drop me off back across the street at my townhouse?" To which the driver responded "NO, you no pay, I no drive." I'm appalled at this style of customer service. A technical mess up on their part originally, combined with a driver who barely spoke English resulted in me crawling across the street. I'll NEVER use this service again. Drivers and their service is excellent, but customer service is non existent. Relocated to Phoenix area about a year ago. Since relocating have used Super Shuttle/Execu Car frequently. Drivers are very good - friendly, polite and courteous. My last trip I booked a reservation on line, the confirmation printed correctly, but the night before I received a call from a driver that he was at the airport. Explained that the reservation was for the next evening. Rechecked reservation and it was correct. Driver said that he would call dispatch and have it fixed. The day of my return flight called to confirm my reservation was in place. Was told that there was no reservation. Explained situation and was told that I would have to rebook reservation and would be charged. Agent was not helpful and said that there was no way around this - said that there was nothing that could be done. Understood if I had made the mistake, but something had gone wrong in their system and felt strongly that I not be required to pay twice. Don't know if agent was new and inexperienced, but it was not what I would have expected. Have another reservation for the 3rd, but will cancel and use Uber instead. read more
