It's interesting to see that all of the reviews are either 5s or 1s... hmm. I am going with a 3 for 2 reasons - 1) the time of our pickup got pushed back by 15 min the morning of our flight. I did not receive a call or "normal" text, rather, I received a text message link to where our driver was on the Beltway and after clicking the link, happened to notice the time was different. 2) the van was full (no problem) and when we were dropped off, the driver casually said 'they didn't have a van for you this morning, I had to come out of VA to pick you up.' UHHH OKAY. I am not filled to the brim with confidence. read more

We arraigned for a pick up at Dulles International Airport for our family returning from Hawaii, there were eight of us in our party. We landed at 845pm and expecting a text or call with our drivers information. 915 no call or text, we called the number provided and were promptly told "oops" we were supposed to call and tell you we had an issue and you don't have a van. They then proceeded to tell us that they were sending a car and a SUV, which with our luggage and personnel, would not work (1000). After several calls they sent two Suburban's after squeezing in we finally were on our way home. Driver 1 was helpful and apologetic, Driver 2 was dismissive and aloof. After a week of back and forth we were told we would have to contact ExecuCar for a refund, but not who we booked with. 18 days later NO REFUND and no communication! The worst ending to a wonderful vacation! NEVER AGAIN! read more

I called and spoke with a very nice person to arrange for transportation from our home to BWI. I upgraded to a towncar for $65 so that we wouldn't have to deal with all the stops of a passenger van. She assured me that we would be picked up at 7:15am and be on our way to the airport with a reliable and dependable driver. We got a phone call this morning at 7:20am from the driver and he told me he needed 5 more minutes bc he ran into traffic. When I asked where he was, he was 20 minutes away from our house! I immediately cancelled, and we drove ourselves to the airport and I have made a claim with Execucar to pay for our airport parking. The stress level imposed by this service this morning was unreal & the worst part, was the driver never even said he was sorry. I would not recommend. The phone agents are great, but the driving staff, not so much. I would not recommend at all. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a reservation for a car to pick up from BWI at 1130pm. Plane landed and I proceeded to follow the instructions given with the confirmation which was to follow signs for ground transportation and then call dispatch. I called the number and after a few minutes on hold, the dispatch picked up. I gave my information and they proceeded to tell me that they were having "difficulty" getting to the airport? At 1130 pm at night...there is no traffic? They then told me they would call me a cab. WHY?? I have pre-paid for your service including gratuity. Why would I need you to call me a cab when I'm already at the airport with 10 cabs sitting in front of me. There was no explanation given. I was beyond furious as I had made the reservation so my boyfriend and sleeping toddler would not have to come to the airport to get me. I received no prior notification of the difficulty making it to the airport to make other arrangements prior to landing. I have used Execucar services before in San Diego and they were great which is why I had no hesitation to use them in Baltimore, but never again here. If you plan to use this service, beware...you may end up stranded or taking a cab who I believe the driver was drunk and drove 85 miles an hour to my house. read more

I was away almost 3 weeks and using super shuttle is my go to ride to the airport for a dependable ride and avoid large parking garage fees. The rides to and fro from BWI airport was uneventful. The only problem was that the online check in did not work. They send you an email when you arrive and you check in when you have your luggage and it tells you where to go. I went to the area dragging my 2 suitcases and 2 carry ons. Waited 10-15 min, no sign of shuttle. I asked 2 people where desk was because no signage available and construction. Found desk and clerk verified that online check in was not working"it has bug". I said you should tell people to do it the old fashioned way-just find the desk to check in. I was hot and tired and took 3 planes from Alaska and just wanted to get home. It would be 5 stars if online check in worked and they had sent me an email earlier before trip verifying I was still on the books for pick up. It is hard if you book way in advance and your nerves hope they will really show up. I did get texts on day of pickup. read more

During my recent trip to Baltimore the transportation to and from the airport was seamless. The drivers were helpful and very timely. As I walked out the appropriate door to the curb, a friendly SuperShuttle staff person pointed me in the right direction. The status updates on my phone indicated how far away the van was. I paid for the car for taking me to airport and returning and including the tip. Our flight was over 4 hours delayed. Called the driver. Never checked the return flight and was waiting at the airport. I called him from our delayed location and he seemed surprised. You would think a car service would check it, that is why they ask for it in the first place. After speaking with him, he said call dispatch. He left, considered us a no show. Dispatch said they can't do anything. Called the company, nothing happened. Sent email and no return email or call. Lost my money and will never use them again. I will be filing a formal complaint to get my money back. No one cares when they already have your money. The taxi that brought us back was very nice and part of the airport and was the same price. Better off just getting a taxi up and back without the headache or call an Uber. read more

The shuttle arrived on time, I followed its progress live on a map link provided by Super Shuttle, received text status reports, automated checkin after my plane landed, and a safe ride home even though it was after 2AM. The only "problem" was that I checked in at door 9, the closest to my baggage pickup, and was told to go to door 2, a long walk at BWI, in order to check in there and pick up a shuttle there. The long walk with baggage was inconvenient, and since it was after 1:30AM, I wasn't sure I'd make it in time. Absolutely abysmal service. While the pick up from your home is usually (but not always) reliable, BWI airport pickups are exasperating. Despite repeatedly asking for a text from the driver to be received upon landing at the airport it never happens and you have to call Execucar to get a driver to call you. When you do that you have to be transferred to "dispatch" who usually doesn't answer right away and then scrambles to find your driver who may not even be the one that was supposed to pick you up. This evening I had to call twice and wait for 40 minutes. What's touted as white glove executive service is anything but that. There is only one reliable driver who it's best to communicate with by personal text and who should be running the whole company because he's the only one who knows how to provide the service you would expect from an operation like this but if he is not available forget it! Unreliable airport pickup - The driver was not at the airport at the pickup time and there wasn't anyone at the ExecuCar counter. When I went to the SuperShuttle counter (owned by the same company), I was told that my driver was currently dropping off another client. The employee said she would find another driver. I assumed she would find someone from the company, since I had already paid in advance, but instead (without my knowledge) she asked an independent cab driver. I ended up having to pay twice for the trip and then email and call customer service for a refund. read more

I have used this service twice and both times I paid for a premium sedan and didnot receive it. The first time they sent a Ford Taurus when I was supposed to get a Suburban. The second time I got a Toyota Prius. While the drivers were nice and helpful I did not get the car I paid for. You can't trust you're going to get the car you book. read more

Took the Super shuttle from the Capital Holiday Inn to BWI. Arranged the service on line from my phone easily early the morning of. The van arrived on time, the driver was courteous and careful, and the rate is much better than taking a taxi or Limo with no risk of transfer issues like taking the train. Exec you car is a wonderful company. Our driver that picked us up to take us to the airport was on time friendly and very helpful with our bags. We had a nice conversation with him. It's nice to have somebody that talks to you so you don't have that awkward silence. When we returned from our vacation we had a different driver pick us up. He was even more friendly than the first driver and I already thought the first driver was very friendly. This driver had no problem making sure that our only job was to get in the car while he put the bags in the car. Again we had a nice little conversation. I asked him if he would stop at a convenience store so I could pick up a few drinks of water. He had no problem with that and once we got to our destination he opened the door for us and took my luggage where it needed to go. I will is this company again! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! It is SUPERSHUTTLE. This is the worst service provider out there. I had made my reservation two weeks prior to my travel. They charged my credit card and sent a confirmation the day prior that they would pick me up 4:40am for my flight from LAX. One hour prior to my pick up they called and left a message that they cancelled my reservation and would refund my money. I called them back and spoke to Anthony the guy who left the message. He could care less if I had a ride to the airport and he stated that they do not get the drivers until the day of service. Then why did they send me a confirmation? I stated to him that I had no other way to the airport and he said sorry you will have to find another way there. I asked him "so I am SOL" he stated yes. I had to pay more to get someone else to take me last minute to the airport. I will never use them again and I would never recommend then to anyone. NEVER, NEVER,NEVER AGAIN! Made and confirmed the reservation for pickup at BWI (Baltimore/Washington International). Received text that the driver (name, car, etc.) was waiting even though we arrived 10 mins. early. I was impressed! Went to the location where the driver was supposed to be and he wasn't there. Called the number I had on the e-mail confirmation. They were closed. Called dispatch. (By now my wife and I had been looking for well over an hour AND it was now after midnight...well after midnight) Dispatch reported a previous passenger pickup was delayed so he was going to be late. How late? Answer: "An hour and a half". No other driver available. The best thing this company could do for customers needing a ride is go/get out of business. They are more of a disservice than a serviceI wished I had read other reviews on this service before booking. I hope you reading this review read them. I did get my refund and we ended up paying $60 for a taxi ride to Maryland. Thanks for nothing Execucar! read more

Both drivers (ExecuCar booked through Super Shuttle) were professional, helpful and friendly, and their cars (personally owned) were immaculate and comfortable on a hot and steamy day. Well worth the extra added expense. We did have a fifteen minute wait when we arrived at BWI Amtrak Station, which the driver communicated to us was due to a traffic delay. I think the drivers should allow extra time to get to their pickup destination to avoid delays - standing in the sun, when we could have jumped in one of the numerous (and less expensive) taxis and been on our way, left us wondering if we could rely on them. Our second ride, from Annapolis back to the train station, was right on time. read more
