My stay was almost 2 months ago now and I STILL have not received the damage deposit back despite exchanging emails with them about it two weeks ago. They also only accept checks (and will only pay back the deposit by check) which is absurd and antiquated. Will NEVER be booking a vacation home through them again.

Let me start by saying this: if you're looking for a waterfront hotel in Annapolis with a great…read morelocation, this is probably your best option. The views are beautiful, and being able to walk into town is definitely a plus. That said, if you're looking for value for your money, I would look elsewhere. We paid $1,866 for two nights and expected a true 4- or 5-star experience. Unfortunately, that's not what we found. The hotel is very dated and in need of significant renovations. Aside from the waterfront location, it felt more like a 3-star property than a luxury hotel. To make matters worse, the restaurants were under construction during our stay, which further limited the amenities. The bright spot was the staff--they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated that they accommodated our request to check out early, allowing us to move to another hotel that better matched our expectations. If your top priority is the waterfront location and easy access to downtown Annapolis, this hotel may work for you. Just know that, in my opinion, you're paying almost entirely for the location--not the quality of the hotel itself. Happy vacationing!
