I am definitely a fan all dealers should be like this one. I was in need of a car asked my friends turns out I have a friend that is in the car business called him up went to the dealership he works at the car had major issues he asked me to talk to the manager before I leave or he would get in trouble a mistake he tried pressuring me for at least 30min and would not take no for an answer I finally walked out don't want to use the name because my friend still works there apparently. Drove around and saw the same car but in white in front of excellent choice auto sales that was really the color I wanted . Mustered up enough courage to go to another dealer as soon as I got out of the car I told the sales guy I am only looking lol He said no problem let him know if I had any questions i asked about the escalade he told me the price i thought was very fair considering i just look at a pile of .... for 1k more i read not to show emotions about price i asked to drive it Juan asked me if he could go with me or if i would like to go alone i thought that was cool never had that happend before when i was driving it back to the lot he told me i should really drive it on the freeway to see how it drives very cool of him again any ways after driving I fell in love with my new car I read to find things wrong to ask for a discount based on those things I couldn't so I flat asked for a discount . He then asked the manager and done . I felt at ease the whole time met the manager all the staff Chris was my finance guy . He helped me look at my credit and told me what to do to help some issues I have on there great finance rate considering my credit all and all wonderful place as long as this place is around I will only buy from them and recommend all my friends there Glad I didn't read these other reviews because I wouldn't have gone here and would have missed out. AVOID THIS PLACE! I am having a hard time understanding, I GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFO over the phone and set up a payment plan for a down payment.... They have sent me a letter for a collection agency and let me know they've tried to reach me? Which they haven't. AND TODAY, I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM SOME GIRL NAMED JEN OR SOMETHING...SHE THREATENED ME NUMEROUS TIMES WITH LAWYERS AND TOLD ME "SEE YOU IN COURT" All of this over $300 that they were supposed to take out of my account....THEY HAVE MY CARD INFO AND AUTHORIZATION TO DO IT!!!! How is this my fault? MY CAR- Bought a 2005 4runner, ran perfect for 1 day....all of the check engine lights came on and I had to spend $1900 just to get it fixed. They hadn't done any oil changes, my tranny was going out, and I had to do a full tune up-WHICH IS SOMETHING THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD PERSONALLY GOT DONE!!!!!!!!!!!! SALES PEOPLE- Every person I had interacted with completely shadey and make you feel uncomfortable. HIGH PRESSURE sales. Not like the usual car dealer. The ONLY nice person there is Sammy. He is easy to communicate with, and seemingly caring. Ross and Jen(or Jan?) were unprofessional and completely rude. They BOTH threatened court and instead of just talking with me about running my card THAT THEY HAVE. Its just bizarre. Take your business else where. There prices are higher than competition and they will pressure you into something you dont want. You will feel awful about your purchase when you drive away, like you were taken advantage of. They wont stop though, they will make it impossible to pay your account off and tell you you're doing so much wrong when you are under the impression that you're good to go. read more

I purchased a 2008 Silverado 2500 from this dealership in October 2019. Buyer beware. A list of the larger repairs completed as of December 2020: Steering pump, AC compressor, CV axles, ball joints, tie rods, oil pump. I have a list of 27 individual repairs of costs of up to $1500. The warranty I purchased has covered in excess of $10,000 within the 14 months of ownership. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed the salesperson had clicked past the service system light. During my first tire rotation the shop noted my tires were not rated properly for my truck. They had an index of "F." A Silverado 2500 requires an "E." The tires would only inflate to 65 PSI rather than the truck's required 80 PSI. The wheels installed on the truck were also inadequate, they were for a Silverado 1500. A few months in a repair facility pointed out multiple panels of the truck had been repainted (rippled paint) and noted that my bed and cab do not align properly- my truck was wrecked. This is not shown on the carfax or title. This truck spends weeks in the shop, drives a thousand or so miles, then ends up at the shop for major repairs again. After 14 months of ownership I intend to sell this vehicle. If you buy- get an inspection and buy the warranty. Update: two days after writing this review my truck is in the shop again. I am sorry but everyone who goes and buys a used car has to know how the game works. I agree with some of the other posts that are on here but prices at this dealership are asking prices not prices set in stone. I just bought a car at this dealership and I had a wonderful experience with Juan Aguirre who over sees the Internet sales. I cannot vouch for anyone else at this location but Juan treated me like a friend (I have NEVER met him before). And after taking the car home which is 3hrs away the car made it with no issues and I even had my own mechanic look it over AND say the car was in good shape overall but needed a few replacement parts to make it a great car. I am ok with this because 1. its used 2. its an 1989 GT and 3. its used. Please remember if you are not happy with your experince do not buy something. Its a dealership and they have many people come and look at cars and not buy. Be that type of person if that works for you. I took over two months to finally pull the trigger and buy the car do your research and know what the car is going for at other dealerships and then start the negotiating process never go in without preparing yourself that's how salesmen get you. I would like to give zero Stars!! Yes Katie and albie we're nice and personable during the deal.... But it's all a scam.... 6 days... That's all it took 6 days.... Driving our vehicle off the lot just for the head gasket to blow within 6 days!!! We waited 5 hours in the hot sun for their mechanic to show up who was less than 2 mi away.... Then came 2 weeks of no communication whatsoever, to where they told my husband that he was not priority.... Are you freaking kidding me?!!! We drain our 401K for a down payment, we sit at your dealership for 5 hours waiting, we have our vehicle for less than 6 days and it blows up, but you can't take 20 minutes out of your day to communicate with us what's going on? You are more concerned with sales then you are with helping people in tight situations... We told you our situation, we told you what we could afford, you guaranteed it was a good truck... But you are Sly and slick and manipulative and deceiving because you make us wait 5 hours to sign paperwork and of course we're going to sign paperwork because it gets us out of there faster, and then you fuck us over by selling us something that blows up within a week!!! Well, I had to double-check the address and company name to make sure I was going to be commenting on the same company as the currently active reviews, because my experience was awesome! Excellent experience from beginning to finish. Here are some details: We actively shopped around for a few weeks, and did leave our contact info with a couple of dealerships. Of the follow-up calls we received, the ones from Excellent Choice were very professional, not confrontational, not pushy. When we came back to negotiate they were very reasonable, not at all pushy, gave us a very fair trade-in value and worked with us to structure the deal in a way that worked for our finances. The vehicle has been great! We wanted to have it checked out ourselves and they didn't give us any grief about this, accommodated us without any hassle. And when we had it checked out, it was just as their inspection, no issues. Miss Toni, Ross, and Juan were all great, professional, respectful, reasonable. First of all Brian is a great guy. I usually don't compliment car salesmen. I had been looking as I had to trade in my 07 Lexus IS250. I really hate dealing with a trade. I loved my Lexus. Been to a couple other dealers who low balled me so bad at the start I just walked out....SEAVIEW CHEVROLET was the worst of the lot. I needed a pick up truck. I went to the Everett store, and of course, everything I was interested was in Marysville. They brought 2 trucks from the Marysville store down to Everett. They could have said I needed to go to Marysville but, instead made it convenient for me. That is service. Over the time it took to finalize a deal, I never felt pressured or was treated with anything less than respect from Brian or anyone else there. Long story short, ended up with a Chevy Colorado Z71 and completely happy with the purchase. Hope to do more business with Brian and Excellent Choice Auto Sales again. I recently bought a 2006 Mercedes here and had a great experience. I saw the car listed on line and went in to drive it that day. I had never been to a used car dealership before, and was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the staff and the condition of the car. I had a test drive with Ross when I got there. The car ran great, they showed me the service records for the work they had done to it, oil change etc. The price was fair, especially for a Mercedes. They also helped me to secure financing through a local credit union and got me a very low interest rate. This was my first time buying a car all by myself, and I thought they treated me very well, not only Ross but the guy in finance as well. They answered all my questions and I felt they were honest and did not try to pressure me at all. In the future I will come here to purchase my next car, and I have recommended them to my friends. We had been without a vehicle and using public transit for months and finally decided to venture out and see if we could actually get a car. The first place we went to the salesperson was very condescending to us when he did actually acknowledge we existed. He threw a piece of paper at us to fill out then "took it to the boss" and came back to tell us there was no way. Fast forward to us arriving on the lot of Excellent Choice, and there were two people waiting for us outside before the taxi driver could even put the van into park. Patricia was our salesperson and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very upbeat and excited to do whatever she could to get us into a car. When the first financing option didn't work out they were able to get us another that not only reduced our interest rate but even the duration of the loan by a year. The car we have now is wonderful. It runs very well, super clean, and much better than our old car. We plan to go back to them for our next car purchase. read more

When by chance we stopped at Excellent Choice Auto Sales as we were passing by while looking at the many car sales lots up and down HWY 99 from Seattle to N Everett. We found not only two perfect cars but were welcomed by the most wonderful, Helpfull, Informative and generous staff one could wish to meet, Ross, Guan, Shaun to mention a few were HONEST!!!!! and upfront with everything. Everyone here was amazing and super friendly but Mo really went above and beyond for us (both of them). They found us a car that fit our budget and our needs perfectly and even managed to get us lower financing terms even after we had already found a loan that worked within our budget. Even with an active car loan already (Our previous car had been rear ended as was being declared a total loss) they were able to find us a deal that worked for us. All around great experience and they treat you like a friend instead of trying to squeeze you for all they can. 10/10 all around great experience and I'd buy from there again if I ever need another car. Update: Recieved a call from Mo not even 24 hours later to tell me that they kept working on my financing even after we found good terms, and with a few more pieces of paperwork to resign he got us a deal that was going to be almost $100 cheaper per month on payments. So let me start off by saying this... Before my husband and I decided to go here, we went to Pierre Money Mart BAD IDEA!!!!!!! We were treated so horribly there. They didnt listen at all to what we were saying we needed for our family, kept pressuring us to buy this ugly ass Nitro which is NOT what we wanted. So we walked away. I remember talking to Ross a couple times, and on our way home, I called asked to speak to Ross and within 15 min we were there. He met us outside with a friendly greeting and Sammy the GM introduced himself. My husband and I are going through a credit rebuild, We explained this to Ross told him what are needs were and within 3 minutes he had found us the truck we have been dying for. Lets be honest. WE ALL heard about how slimy car sales men are. So when I was looking for a new car for my family. I was super nervous! I brought my daughter along with me, and we were browsing the lot. When one of the car sales men approached me (Juan) I believe, was his name? Bottom line, he kindly greeted me and my daughter. Asked me what I was interested in. I told him. I was looking for a car, that had good fuel economy. Since I drive a lot from home, work and to my daughters soccer practices. This was important. He was extremely helpful. He landed me in a car I never thought I could get! I was blown away. It was priced UNDER the KBB value. When I asked for more info on the car, he promptly gave it to me. The sale was straightforward, I thoroughly inspected the vehicle during a test drive and was aware I was buying the truck "as-is". I gave Anthony my purchase window which wasn't for another week or so, he was more than willing to work with me. The GM, Sammy (possibly the owner) was willing to work with me on price and again was willing to work with me on my purchase window. Andre suggested I check out a 2013 Cadillac SRX which happened to be the perfect small replacement for my old Escalade I was truly in love with but needed something as luxurious but half the size. And he found me exactly that. I appreciate all of those guys and how friendly and welcoming their environment is. I had never bought a car from a dealership before and I expected to be much more pressured and intimidated, that was not the case here.
