The movers worked very quickly and protected the homes thoughtfully. They made quick work of packing up items that we hadn't boxed yet.

I had a great experience with the two movers from Excellence Moving (卓越搬家）. They helped us unload furniture that had arrived via ocean freight, uncrate everything, assemble the furniture, and haul away all the packing materials and trash afterward. They arrived right on time and were incredibly efficient. What impressed me most was that they were able to assemble a fairly complex storage bed without any instructions. They also took care of all the wooden shipping frames and foam packaging, and even helped us get rid of a bunch of unwanted items from our backyard, including a few old furniture pieces and cardboard boxes. The pricing was very fair, especially considering how much work they handled. Overall, the service was professional, efficient, and well worth the cost. I would definitely recommend them and will be reaching out to them again for any future moving or hauling needs. read more

Contacted them very last min at 6pm on a Friday evening with an awkward amount of furnitures to move to my parents' house. Was worried about getting ripped off with not even 1/4 truck of the load. Guys showed up at my door slightly passed 7, the move was smooth and professional, they brought carpet and wraps, communication was very pleasant, hearing I was taking pictures to post online one of them rushed back to the truck to put on the company shirt, it was actually very cute. They gave me a discount for having not much stuff, definitely within my expectation. Overall experience was probably the best I have ever got so it's worth a post. read more

I would recommend this moving company to all kinds of people in the Bay Area. I made a lot of stupid mistakes while moving. The workers working here never complain about any thing. They just helped me to make my new home pretty and clean. Worth to mention is I had a wonderful experience by the Japanese-style moving service. It means I don't have to prepare any box. No pre-packaging needed. They helped me to package everything. The price is fair, and they move fast. Just stay there and watching is fine, don't blink your eyes or they will empty the house and fill the new house again in a short time. read more

My review is overdue. Excellence Moving Company is exactly that... excellent! I was moving within the same apartment complex, so we didn't really use their truck since my new apartment was steps away. They moved all of my furniture over and made it a very smooth process. They were very respectful and courteous. Although their English was limited, I was still able to understand them. Also, I called around to many different moving companies and their prices were the most fair and affordable in terms of quality and value. Definitely recommend! read more

I recently moved from San Mateo to Palo Alto. My husband got a few quotes from yelp and I got to know excellence mover from my neighbor, who just moved in last year. We are very happy to choose them. They have the best price and best service . They arrived one hour early though I was not ready yet. No problem. Once they started, they were non-stopping. They worked from 8:30 to 6:30, and only charged us 8 hours because they took 30 minutes break for lunch. I mean, really? I would be willing to pay for their lunch break time. Thank you, thank you, excellence movers! read more

Hands down the best moving company I've used in the Bay Area. The 5-star rating started from the moment I called - I was provided with transparent and fair pricing, the best you'll find in the Bay Area. Not only did Excellence Moving called me the day before my move-in to confirm the logistics, but the movers also arrived right on time on the move-in day. I am extremely impressed by how efficiently the movers worked and appreciate how carefully they wrapped and handled all my furniture. Excellence Moving is highly underrated, and I cannot recommend them enough to other people who are also moving. I will absolutely have them move for me again and will tell all my friends about them. read more

I've moved around the US for 7 times in the last 7 years, no one can match this top notch 5 star service! Really good VALUE, responsive to all my texts and calls, efficient packing and unpack...really, what can I ask for more? Excellence moving helped me move interstate, the route goes over highway 88, full of traffic out of bay area and windy roads in the mountains. They arrived at my new home 6AM in the morning and finished all of unpacking within an hour. SAFE and sound. Very gentle with large furnitures, and they ALWAYS ask me first if the furniture needed extra care. I will definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family :)) read more

The request for the quote was easy and promptly responded. The crew arrived at the time specified and started to work so efficiently! It took 10 and half hours because two trips were required (an hour away) due to many wooden work related stuffs. The team worked really hard to get things done as fast as possible. We will definitely use their service again. read more

Excellence moving company The company name says it all. They are living up to their name. We had a remodeling project. We had a bad experience with other company when we first moved our furniture out to the storage . So we were looking for another moving company. We saw the company truck on the road and noted the phone number. It turned out that it's a good bet. The owner is Mr Yang. He and his team helped us to move our fridge out of the storage first. And then moved the rest of the furniture when our remodeling job completed. They did excellent job to protect our furniture and new floor while working. His quote was upfront and no hidden fee even when he encountered difficulties on moving our fridge. We really appreciate their work and highly recommend this company if you ever need a moving task. read more

I highly recommend Excellence Moving Company for any kind of move! I met Mr. Yang about a year ago when my friend was moving and I noted how he was not only professional, efficient, and friendly, but he really cared for the furniture and the space as if they were his own. I was particularly impressed when Mr. Yang not only took apart and reassembled my friend's bed frame, but he also noticed that my friend had previously assembled it incorrectly and he took the time to show him how to do it right! That's when I decided I'd get his contact info for any future moves. Today, I was equally impressed as Mr. Yang and his partner carefully wrapped the doors as well as the furniture, laid down long red carpets on all the stairs and entryways to prevent damage to the space, and even cleverly used shrink wrap to tie open one of my doors that didn't have a doorstop. They were extremely polite and unobtrusive the entire time, but also were happy to engage in chitchat with me while doing smaller tasks. Everything was clean, quickly and safely moved, and the price was very reasonable--better than any of the other companies I looked up. Our communication beforehand over text was also exceptionally efficient, informative, and pleasant. My dad has experienced over 20 moves in his lifetime and he exclaimed that he has never met a better moving company. If you need to move, just contact Mr. Yang! 你需要搬家的话，就找杨师傅吧！ read more

Truly excellent and reliable! We called excellence for a last minute move because our previous moving company ghosted us the day of our scheduled move. We called excellence and they were able to accommodate us the same day! They were also the most reasonably priced. They showed up on time and worked very efficiently. They were even creative with getting our large workout equipment off of the 2nd story balcony since it did not fit through the door. All in all, I highly recommend Excellence moving company for anyone's moving needs. read more

I've been trying out movers throughout college and after full time working. But I gotta say excellence moving company is by far the best I've ever worked with and this is why it's our second time moving together. The movers are super friendly, and they will ask for your instructions always on how to dissemble/reassemble the furniture. I got a lot of good things to say and recommended all my friends who are moving to work with this company, because they do cross states moving as well. They are just starting the local small business, really genuine people, great work, hope you all can try moving with them if there's a chance! read more

Excellence moving provided a GREAT service!! They worked super efficient, never loaded half of the troller but a BIG WHOLE one(about 4-5 boxes per load), packed well, used big box for pieces stuffs, and the two helpers worked very well!! We moved from 1st floor 2B2B apartment to tri-layer 3B3B multi-family, they did well on protecting the doors and stairs first, then moved very promptly, they also helped with installing our 75inches TV. We finally get this done in 5 hrs, but we think their work worth the value!! read more
