T & S Auto Glass knows how to hire quality people and execute great service. Denote was my technician and he was also a good representation of professionalism and took care of installation, vacuuming all the glass and didn't leave any glasss in my drive way. He was clean, through and got me driving a hour after he arrived and replaced my window! I was referred to them by my Insurance, State Farm and they will now be my preferred choice for my households auto glass replacement. I had to have my back window replaced and I called T & S Auto glass and they got me on the schedule within 24 hours and the process was smooth and easy. They handled everything. No one paid me for this review it was on my own!

They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

Safelite initially ordered the wrong window for my 2023 Tesla Model 3. I was told that it was their automated system that caused the mishap, which I was willing to understand. Mistakes happen. Before going through this again, however, I specifically contacted Safelite and asked them to confirm that the replacement they ordered was the correct window. I was assured that it was. Then, about 30 minutes later, I received a call telling me that, once again, they had the wrong window. This time they blamed it on Tesla. If the first order was incorrect because of information provided by your poor automated system okay I am willing to give this shop another chance. After the two mistakes, and especially after a customer specifically asks you to double-check the replacement, I would expect someone to actually verify the part before confirming it is correct. I ultimately gave up and contacted a different local auto-glass company. I sent them the information, and they immediately noticed the part-number discrepancy, confirmed the correct window, and were able to come to my house the same day. One mistake would not have prompted me to leave a negative review. Even two mistakes can happen. What bothered me was that I specifically tried to prevent the second mistake by asking Safelite to confirm the part, was told it had been confirmed, and then learned 30 minutes later that it was wrong again. Auto glass stars are the best!! I have had 3 new windshield…read morein the past 2 years (thanks Arizona roads). All 3 have been replaced by auto glass stars! Hands down the best. Gretchen is so incredibly nice and helpful. They are able to schedule you super fast and get the job done quickly. This last time I decided to tint the front windshield and it looks amazing.
