The guys at LG have taken really great care of my car. I originally picked their shop because it was close. I am so glad I did! The first time was after an accident. They helped me to get a rental, worked with the insurance company, and got the work done quickly. The workmanship was great. The service was incredible. So when my check engine light came on, I called them to see if they could help. They've worked with me to get my car back on the road for a price I can afford. I will continue to send folks their way and will trust them with this car and any car I get in the future. read more

My friend referred me to this shop as my car was vandalized. They were very fast and informative in the beginning of this process. Fast forward TWO months later I can't get a text nor anyone to answer a call. The voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. Keep in mind the car needed repainted, door trims replaced, tires replaced and here I sit. No idea what to do at this point. I just want my car back!! Update: here we are 7 days later. After last review I was contacted almost immediately and they said I would have my car today. Guess who's not answering a phone or text and guess who still doesn't have their car. read more

Excellent, personal service. I even got a ride home to get my ID and then to the rental car location. Quality of work was spot on! I'll never go anyplace else for bodywork. All the staff is so friendly. read more

Some "great" person did a hit and run in the parking lot while I was at work. I took my car to two body shops and L.G. Collision offered an estimate of almost half the price of the other body shop. After reading some reviews, and despite my friend recommending the other auto shop (based on his experience), I went with L.G. Collision because of the price. They did take longer than expected to fix the damage, but the price was worth the wait. I love Allan and the other staff. They're very friendly and don't just treat you like a number. I posted before and after pictures. I definitely recommend this place to other people! If you want great work done for a fair price and don't mind the possibility of extra time for your car to get fixed, this is the place for you! read more

I was referred to this fine establishment by my dad and I was very pleasantly surprised!! It was by FAR the cleanest, best smelling auto body shop I've ever been to, not to mention quite homey!! I went there for an estimate and Amadeo was the most helpful, sweetest guy. Even though it's a bit of a drive I would most definitely drive the distance for the fantastic service, and you should to!!! read more

LG Collision - Among the sports paraphernalia, this sweet reminder~ - Auto Repair Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

It's been over a year since I was here and promised to leave a review. Why wait that long? One benefit is that I can say that the work done has stood the test of time and other than the title it would be hard for someone not very well versed in used cars to tell it was ever in an accident. The process of working with LG was very good with some phone tag, but not excessively so. There were complications from the kind of accident it was and insurance companies involvment that caused delays plus the difficulty of getting parts from Japan at the time made it hard to get a handle on how long it would take for me to rent a car for. In the end they helped me out on the deductible as their site says and a few days car rental so It was fair. I'd be more than happy to take a car back here should the need arise and I'm pretty sure you'll be in the 4-5 star range when you do. For me 4.5 read more

I had purchased a car from a small dealership and they told me that the car was a clean title. I took it to L.G. Collision today to have it inspected because I had pulled up an auto check saying my car did in fact have frame/structural damage. Luis was extremely thorough and showed me with a flashlight exactly everything that was wrong with the vehicle. I felt very informed- and I also felt the customer service was great!!! Thank you for all your help! I will be returning! read more

Still 5 stars in my book!! They found damages on my car that I am sure would have been missed. After 10,222.00 worth of damages and 42 days (not their fault, VW slowed them up on parts)...my 2013 GLI looks as good as new. I HIGHLY recommend the team at LG!! Thanks Luis!! read more

The owner had the nerve to tell me he is very disappointed with me because of the review I left on his shop! On a previous outlet. I have yet to get my vehicle back! Over 3 Months now on a job that should have been done right the first time! I feel as if my car is being held hostage now due to this. They did waive my insurance deductible but that shouldn't give them the right to take there sweet time! Very disappointed in this body shop! Owner Louis was very rude and In helpful. Will contact BBB if I don't get my vehicle back by Monday! Thanks yelp read more

If I can give zero stars I would. Stay away from this place. I previously had a good experience so when my car needed repairs I right away called Allan and that was a mistake that I am still dealing with. Took my car in May received back in September. went ignored many times had to physically go just to even see if my vehicle was there. Because of the length it took my car rental was promised it would be paid by them several times I am now sitting in collections with car rental company. Paint job not finished missing parts in vehicle. Worst place stay away from here. read more

The quality of work I received on my Honda CRV was outstanding. From my first phone call to our final goodbyes everything went smooth, on budget and on time. LG is a little bit low key when you first come in...I later learned it is because they let the quality of their work do the talking for them. I wondered how is it possible for a company to get so many 5 start ratings...Now I know. I rated them all 5's across the board. If you are looking for a body shop...stop looking. LG is the right company for you hands down. Thank you LG for a great experience and for taking such good care of my car. Kudos! I wish I could show the amazing work they did. Kudos LG! I am still on cloud 9. (I wish there was a 10 rating) read more

I was in need of a body shop that waived deductibles due to a series of events all at once. I brought my car in 9/7/17 to be assessed. I already had an estimate /quote from State Farm. The Owner Luis called to make sure that I had the check from state farm endorsed to his shop ASAP. I know from previous experience that payment isn't issued until ALL repairs are done. In any case State Farm reached out to him to confirm pymnt would be sent to him. After about 3 weeks, I called LG Collision to get status of my car. There was no answer or able to leave a message because mailbox was full. after several attempts I called State Farm to help intervene. I finally would get a call back from the owner, explaining any and all hiccups that came up and why my car wasn't ready. I emphasized that I had a rental I was paying and needed my car asap. Luis stated he would help me with the rental fees. The owner would always say he would get back to me either later that day or the next day. But that never happened. I would always have to call over and over until I could get a hold of someone at his business. After a month, of false expectations of return calls, I had to have State farm call him once again to get status of my car. Well my car still needed additional repairs that needed approval from State farm, which I understood. I spoke to Luis mid October, and he said he would let me know once approved. By this time I was able to pick up my car minus the additional repairs needed. Another month went by and still no word from him. I called yet again and verified with state farm that the additional repairs had been approved, but had also been paid to the shop!! But how, my car was still damaged!! again several calls to them to finally come get my car at work and finish the repairs over two days. I am not happy of the customer service they provide, nor the quality of work done. The owner also stated that he would help with the rental portion I had to pay, which he never did. In any case, I have my car after 3 months of waiting and going back and forth. I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

After reading so many 5star reviews and comparing some estimates from other body shops I chose LG because i thought they could do quality work and save me from my insurance deductible. While both goals almost happened, their communication and service was SO HORRIBLE there's no way I could say it was 5 stars. First of all, I was never given an actual estimate verbally or in writing despite that I did ask for one. I was told they would use my insurance company's estimate and "probably" be able to save me 400 or $500. So, after asking for it in writing the best they would do was write down on their copy "-$400". This was my big mistake. Unfortunately, I ran into some additional financial liabilities outside of LG. Since my truck is 10years old and I do not plan of selling it anytime soon, I asked them specifically to skip a couple of minor repairs (scratches on driver's side door and tailbed body) in order to save extra money. I asked them this before they began anything repairs however Alan, the first person i spoke with, wasn't there when i dropped it off and asked. I was told Alan would talk me the next day. He never did, I waited day in the day to call and confirm with him my requests. He agreed to accommodate me. He then said he would call me later in the week to update me as far as any unseen/unlisted damages. He never called. Again, I waited to call to give them the opportunity and not pester them. I called the ended of the week and left a message. No call back. I waited for a callback Monday the following week. No call. I called back finally got a hold of someone whotold me they hadn't even started repairs basically. I asked this people, not Alan, to confirm that my requests would be honored because I suspected communication was not there strong suit by now. I was told my requests were doable. Needless to say my truck was not ready in the 2 weeks they estimated. It took closer to 3 weeks. And once again I had to be the one calling nearly everyday to see if my truck was ready as things droned on. When my truck was finally ready, I asked for the total. They had saved me almost my entire deductible, nerly an extra $300 in my pocket. However, I had assumed a much greater savings since i wanted them to not to pull dents or repaint on my driver's side-door and tailbed which means they wouldn't have to replace the Model name/logo which was $100 alone in my original estimate! So. . .i asked the gentleman, not Alan, if these requests were honored puzzled as to how this bill could be. He informed me only the tailbed was not repainted. I argued with him that i was being forced to pay for repirs i did not want. Eventually, he reduced the total by $200 IF i agreed to pay cash which i did so reluctantly. Upon arriving to pick it up, I found out they did skip other repairs i did not want skipped, like: my rear alloy tire rim, my Model logo. At this point i was done with them and did not even mention it because i needed my truck back pronto. Upon leaving with my truck, I noticed the side mirror does not respond like the original. It was flimsier and started shaking/twitching at 65mph. You get what you pay for. I wish I had gone elsewhere. read more

Friendly, honest and professional. Luis and his team not only repaired the damage of my vehicle at the price and during the agreed time period. They also watch out for my safety, conduct an apprentice program that helps the community and keep you informed of all developments every step of the way. Their facilities are safe, with the latest technology and the staff courteous and knowledgable. They vindicate the reputation of auto body shops everywhere, or are they the exception to the rule? I hope not to have to visit their business again however, as long as I reside in Phoenix and find my vehicle in need of auto body repairs, I wouldn't trust anybody else. read more

If you need body work, this is the place to go! Unfortunately, I have had to take my car for body work several times in life, both in other states and here in the Valley. I have never had an experience as impressive as this: 1) The owner, Luis Gonzalez (LG), personally drove to my place of work and checked out what needed to be done. 2) LG helped coordinate my rental car (which insurance covered) so there was no time without a car. 3) LG took my car and drove it to his shop, so I did not have to take time out from work to go there. 4) When the car was ready, my car was returned, looking good as new, to where I work. The interior was clean and vacuumed, with paper floormats having protected the floor from dirt, and the exterior was totally clean; the windows were all cleaned inside and out. 5) LG then drove my rental back to the agency, saving me from having to return it and lose more time. 6) Best of all, he saved me money, so my out of pocket expense was lower than my deductible! Where else can you get this kind of service? I recommend any of his locations. He is also rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. read more

I researched auto shops that waived deductibles. I had several unforeseen life changes in a short period of time. I also needed to have my car repaired after an accident. I found this shop and called to verify that deductibles are in fact waived. After confirmation, I set up a time to drop off my 2012 Kia Soul that that had extensive damage to the entire right side of the vehicle. This was on 9/7/2017. I already had State Farm write up a quote for all the damages. I gave the info to the owner's nephew and he politely explained that if any other damage not on the quote would need to be approved by State Farm for additional payment. I agreed and left my car. The day after I had the owner Luis calling and asking if I had the check from State Farm, which I did. But it was in my name and Wells Fargo who is the lien holder. Luis was very persistent that I get the check endorsed to him ASAP. Which I did have State Farm re-issue the check to the body shop. My car was in their possession for almost a month! I had to pay partial rental for the duration they had my car. I called several times, to find out the status of the repairs. Most times I could not get a hold of anyone or I couldn't leave a message due to mailbox being full. If I did talk to someone, I was promised a call back that day or the next day, but that never happened. After several tries, and being frustrated I contacted State Farm to help intervene. When I finally did get a call back from Luis, it was to tell me that either parts were not available, or there was additional damage not on the original quote. I explained that I needed my car and could not pay the rental anymore. Luis agreed and stated I could pick up the car and wait for the additional repairs to be approved by State Farm. By this time if was 10/18/17 and I called several unsuccessful times to find out status. I had to reach out to State Farm again. That is when Luis would finally call and say he had the parts ordered to do the final repairs and contact me once he had them. I month passed and still no call back. I had to call AGAIN and find out what was going on! I was at a point of firing them, State Farm had paid them for the additional and all repairs, but my car was still not done! All the owner Luis could or would say is he apologized and thank me for my patience. ?? He also stated he would help me with the rental costs as a courtesy, well that never happened. The additional repairs were finally done the week before Christmas! The quality of the work is subpar. I may not have the most luxurious car, but I value my car. I also feel he was finding additional repairs to make on my car to make up the waived deductible cost! Needless to say not happy with their customer service, mediocre quality of work and false promises. They have no due diligence whatsoever. I do not recommend this shop based on my experience. read more

I bottomed out my vehicle and took it to LG for some undercarriage damage. They are the opposite of the typical auto repair shop. Great body shop! I needed a rear windshield ASAP because I was from out of state and they were able to get one for less than the dealer cost and install it the same day. Horrible! A repair that was to take 2 weeks is now going on over 2 months. Zero communication. Straight up lies. Excuse after excuse. WE had to keep calling for updates. At each update, they gave us a timeline for completion and then missed that timeline without calling us. When we'd call them, all of a sudden they are waiting on another part, or the right paint color, or this or that. We caught them not remembering one of the lies they told us. One employee called another employee a liar in front of us. They told us it was ready for pick up early in the week, but due to us being out of town for Thanksgiving and work, we asked to get it the following Monday. Guess what we found on Monday? A car with no front bumper and no hood scoop insert. Later, they called us stating the battery was also bad and that we had to pay for the scoop hood. I THOUGHT IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP EARLY THAT WEEK BEFORE, SO WTH? Back when we talked about the hood, they told us a scoop hood was all they could get and NEVER once said it would cost us any money out of pocket. Horrible. read more

Absolutely the WORST!! Avoid this shop at all costs! What was supposed to be a 6-day job on my 2017 Jeep Renegade, turned into 19 days, and when the car was brought to me at my business, the new roof rail was missing a cap, the Jeep nameplate on the front of the hood had not even been installed, and the car had not been washed as promised. Not to mention the fact that I was told the car was ready 5 days earlier, and when I arrived at the shop to pick it up, the roof rail hadn't even come in yet, the trail rated badges were laying in the cup holder, and the interior of the vehicle was filthy! And if that isn't bad enough, the rear passenger door that was repainted, had raised bumps in the finish and had to be repainted again! Poor communication, excuses, lies and incompetence! That pretty much sums it up!! read more

The car was also fixed on time and the car was totally washed and cleaned inside and out amazing service. They get 5-STARS, because everything they told me was done. I took my 2015 Kia soul here when I was rear ended in an accident. I had to use my own insurance due to the driver that hit me was an excluded driver on the policy. Allan did a great job preparing me for the upcoming events of dealing with an insurance estimator and their practices. He inspected my cars damage and wrote up an estimate. Everything that he told me to watch for occurred with the insurance estimator. When I was ready to bring the car in for repairs... Allan called Enterprise and had an employee, from Enterprise, pick me up at the shop and drive me over to the rental car office. Once the rear bumper was removed a supplement repair order was issued for extra damage. Allan had told me that these items would need repaired in the initial consultation and that the insurance companies estimator wouldn't find them to be damaged or would over look them. My car was ready on the day promised and even 5 hours early. My car was repaired to look like new and the paint matched perfectly. I would recommend, to anyone, to trust LG Collision. These guys do great work and truly look out for you, the customer, first. They stand behind their work and craftsmanship. Personally, I didn't want to have my car repaired at an insurance company recommended body shop. Those shops have the insurance companies best interest as a priority. ...not the customer. I will use these guys again and refer anyone needing a body shop to LG Collision. Thanks again , great job Allan and the whole crew! read more

I brought my car to them in June 2016. After I had brought my car to them to crunch the numbers I didn't even know they had started working on it as I was waiting for the phone call to say the insurance company had approved. They NEVER called me with updates, I always had to call them and if I didn't call I heard nothing. It took 3 weeks longer than what they said to get it fixed. When I brought my car to them I had 2 working headlights and now I have 1 and the other goes in and out all the time. I brought it back to them 3 times to fix and they are still not working. The last time I brought it back I met with Luis and he said the original part was a used part and they would order a new one, that was almost 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. They also never put in the side light or cover so I have an open piece by my drivers door. Overall this process has been a nightmare, I picked these people because of all the good reviews but now I would have to say that those reviews are fake. They were paid by my insurance company for a job they never finished and have no intention on finishing, its now 3 months later and I don't believe it will EVER be finished. read more
