Joey was very flexible with great customer service skills. Adam was the lead mechanic who has his own hot rods so he had the skills to do the work. The rebuild had a number of challenges which delayed the process including an issue with the initial engine rebuild that Engine house did resulting in a 2nd removal and rebuild. Core covered the cost and held Engine House accountable to fix it. I could not have done this level or work myself so it was great to have partners to work with in it and very happy to be driving my chevelle again and now with a freshly rebuilt engine! Thanks Joey, Adam and Ben!!

I would highly recommend to everyone to stay as far away as possible from Ben Camacho, Camacho…read moreCollision and Jason at Broken Toyz! Mr. Camacho is a straight up con man! He does have health issues, and he WILL use them as an excuse! He is a flat out FRAUD! I have spoken to 3 of his former customers and all have same or similar story to mine. In a nut shell, he is happy to take your money, but given you shotty or no work at all. He will also to pressure you to use Zelle "quickpay" though your bank. This allows to to directly transfer money from your account to his. FYI- there is ZERO FRAUD PROTECTION when money is transferred this way. He had my truck for nearly SEVEN months! Each time I went to check on it he was either nowhere to be found, there only to "supervise" or would tell me that he wasn't satisfied with the work HIS body and paint man did. Each time he "promised to make it right". One or even two mistakes I understand, but everything he did or whoever he sublet work to just made a bigger and bigger mess each time the tried to "make it right". Ben takes ZERO responsibility for anything. He only blames others for the mistakes!!!! That says a lot right there!! Ultimately, even though he wasn't the one who did any of the body work or the paint, it was HIS employee or the people HE had to the work on his behalf. IF you are going to business that way, you MUST take responsibility for the outcomes! I finally went and got my truck, after way too long. I took it to a QUALIFIED body shop and painter. Not only was the ENTIRE truck completed in less than ONE WEEK, it looks immaculate! They also CORRECTED EVERYTHING Ben/Jason/unknown made a mess of. I was sent pictures and videos the entire step of the way. Not just to show me the progress, but more to show and document ALL of the MISTAKES made by Ben/Jason/unknown! Both the new painter and new body man just shook there heads at what Ben/Jason/unknown did. They couldn't believe that Ben/Jason/unknown have any repeat customers! I am now in the position of trying to recover the money I paid Mr. Camacho. Chances are slim that I am able to recover even a penny. I am sorry about his health issues, but that can not be used as a blanket excuse for all the mistakes. A REAL and HONEST businessman would have let the customer know the situation, declined the job and offered an apology. Instead he opted to lie, cheat and steal. If nothing else, I hope the $2,600 I paid him went towards his medicals bills. The money, obviously, was NOT spent on my truck!
