Mine was just a routing check-up for my A/C unit. The tech was very cordial and informative throughout his visit. He was very professional and I liked that he had 'booties' on so as not to track in any dirt. He took a minimal amount of time, and made some safety suggestions for an alarm that should be installed. I agreed to the installation, and he performed it in minimal time. The prices are right in line with what I expected, and the maintenance program will save me money 'down the road' for upkeep of my unit. I would recommend them for your A/C or heating needs. Exact Temp was very responsive and punctual.They did a great job communicating different options after my AC had gone out. They gave me the option of fixing the current system but explained it would last anywhere from 1 to 2 years and may still need additional repairs along the way. In the end I went with a new unit. This was a split AC unit install for a condo and they needed to get a crane to get the equipment on the roof. This was no problem for them and they handled getting the crane scheduled to be here. On install day everything went well and my AC is now working better than ever. I'd recommend them to friends! read more

My experience was much different! They came out earlier than expected, which was the only positive! The Tech. acted like he really didn't want to bother with whatever problems I was having with my Heat Pump! He gave me every excuse in the book as to (WHY) he was not capable of diagnosing the problem! The "Worst Part" of this was that he LIED TO MY FACE about everything which came out of his mouth! He started by saying he really thought they should send A DIFFERENT TECH. OUT to diagnose the problem! He didn't think he could fit in the CRAWL SPACE under the house! My own Father & Son, BOTH just as tall as he was, (and any other Person) who has been under their, has never had any problems! He then decided that he would attempt to go underneath the deck because he couldn't tell anything from the outside. This didn't take long at all! He proceeded to tell me that the locks that were on the doors underneath, were rusted from the rain! He said he attempted to use the key to unlock it. However, it wouldn't turn & he didn't want it to break inside the lock! (ALL OF THESE THINGS WERE NOT TRUE)! He stated that the only option I had, was to contact someone who could CUT THE LOCK OFF OF THE DOOR! If I could find someone before they closed for the day, they would send him or someone else back out to take a look. If not, it would be Monday before someone could come back out! This took place on a Friday! I had NO AIRCONDITIONING from Thursday until the following Monday Evening! I did not call them back out because of being flat out lied to & so unprofessional! My Son came up over the weekend & inspected everything. He told me the LOCK HAD NO RUST AT ALL! HE PLACED THE KEY IN THE LOCK & TURNED & OPENED IT WITH EASE! He said he was not sure (WHO) I had called! However, to please not call them back again because they were not TRUSTWORTHY & HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING! He located A REPITABLE PERSON at a DIRRERENT COMPANY who came out, was Extremely Professional, & I had NO DOUBT'S HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING & HAD BEEN DOING THIS FOR MANY YEARS! Sorry to say, I will NEVER be calling THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES & CERTAINLY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! P.S. I LIVE IN THE "MINT HILL" AREA OF NORTH CAROLINA!
