Great customer service and the tech that came out was great the staff was excellent and the whole process was a great experience

They showed up quickly and as scheduled. Knowledgeable, friendly and didn't try to upsell. Was a welcome change. The price was fair as well. Highly recommend. read more

Overpriced and Poor Quality Work Exact Temp Heating & Cooling repaired my HVAC on June 10th and overcharged me for the job. Less than two months later, the system failed again. Instead of standing by their work, they tried to charge me for another repair on the same unresolved problem. Very disappointed -- poor value and no accountability. read more

Requested a quote and service through Yelp to many, and they were SO fast, responsive and respectful. Price was very reasonable and they were able to fit us in for the next day. Kayvan came out, called me to explain everything multiple times (as the jargon can get confusing). He was respectful, patient, and super knowledgable. I requested he let me know what he was doing every step, as I was not home, and he was very responsive. Will definitely be using Exact Temp Heating & Cooling again. Thank you! read more

The technician who came to my house to provide an estimate on a new a/c was very helpful.

Kayvan from Exact Temp has helped me out by coming quickly when my heat went out. Quick response, good explanations, and acting professionally mean I will be recommending them to friends and neighbors! Thanks! read more

I'm very pleased with the service provided by this company. They responded to my Yelp quote request very quickly the same day and answered follow up questions too. They were able to schedule me for a same day visit for the lowest rate of the three quotes I got. The tech, Kayvan, arrived a tiny bit earlier than their quoted time, which was great for me. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed my issue, suggested a path forward (which was to not do any service at the moment), and gave me options for how I could approach it with pros and cons of each. He spent extra time telling me about my system and giving me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I will absolutely work with this company again. read more

I had a furnace not producing heat. We did some troubleshooting but couldn't figure it out. Kayvan was methodical and personable, very respectful of property. Glad to have someone I trust to handle future issues as well as service read more

The folks from Exactly Temp did great work! In time and on budget as quoted! I got a brand new split A/C and furnace plus condenser installed in 1 day. It's been running now for over 1 month and absolutely no issues. I highly recommend Exact Temp! read more

Exact Temp responded very quickly, sent a technician w/in a couple hrs, & fixed my A/C. Kenny, the technician, was polite & explained the problem, as well as the cost to fix it. He went above & beyond by checking my filters. When I had a question, Crystal (at the office) answered clearly & courteously. I can't speak to the value b/c I have no comparison; but I felt the charges were very reasonable. read more

The customer service lady was really nice, I just told her: " it 's not working." I was so happy she made the appointment for the next day. thanks god I didn't have to waited long. Kayvan ( the technician) came out on time ; he was knowledgeable , professional, and competent . Most importantly , he fixed the problem! I'm glad I had picked this company , and they don't charge 3% if you are using American Express credit card to make a payment! I will use this company again for any HVAC problems. I highly recommend this company, and I will be passing word of mouth to my families and friends . read more

The vendor was extremely responsive. Reasonably priced, thorough in their workmanship, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely work with them in the future for any HVAC issues. read more

Mine was just a routing check-up for my A/C unit. The tech was very cordial and informative throughout his visit. He was very professional and I liked that he had 'booties' on so as not to track in any dirt. He took a minimal amount of time, and made some safety suggestions for an alarm that should be installed. I agreed to the installation, and he performed it in minimal time. The prices are right in line with what I expected, and the maintenance program will save me money 'down the road' for upkeep of my unit. I would recommend them for your A/C or heating needs. It was easy to make the appointment, and they kept me informed as to when the tech would arrive. Thank you Exact Temp! read more

Really can't say enough good things about our experience with Exact Temp--we just moved into a new house that had a myriad of issues including not cooling. They responded to my outreach almost immediately and set up an appointment exactly when we needed it. The technician, Kayvan, was extremely knowledgeable and able to provide solution options and recommendations for all of our problems. With his input, we were able to prioritize effectively to spread our expenses out. He completed all the agreed work that day and the following day. We will absolutely use Exact Temp for the items not urgently prioritized and anything new that comes up. read more

Timely response especially given it was November when I needed them to come out I thought it was a bigger issue than it was. Thankfully they were conscientious and told me of the simple fix and only charge me the fee to come out. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

I've been through a half-dozen or so HVAC contractors over the years. The one I had before hiring Exact Temp had damaged my Schrader valve, yet they told me my coil was leaking and I needed to have it replaced. Kenny from Exact Temp came out and did a thorough diagnosis and discovered the problem with the Schrader valve. He repaired it, saving me thousands of dollars! Exact Temp has now been my HVAC servicer for the past four years, and I am their loyal customer. I TRUST them--which says a lot! read more

I called for a new thermostat. They thought I wanted a completely new system. All I needed was a new thermostat. After I told them that, they totally disappeared and ignored my request for a replacement thermostat. read more

Exact Temp was very responsive and punctual. They did a great job communicating different options after my AC had gone out. They gave me the option of fixing the current system but explained it would last anywhere from 1 to 2 years and may still need additional repairs along the way. In the end I went with a new unit. This was a split AC unit install for a condo and they needed to get a crane to get the equipment on the roof. This was no problem for them and they handled getting the crane scheduled to be here. On install day everything went well and my AC is now working better than ever. I'd recommend them to friends! read more

Excellent job! Knew almost immediately what the issue was and fixed it for very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

My experience was much different! They came out earlier than expected, which was the only positive! The Tech. acted like he really didn't want to bother with whatever problems I was having with my Heat Pump! He gave me every excuse in the book as to (WHY) he was not capable of diagnosing the problem! The "Worst Part" of this was that he LIED TO MY FACE about everything which came out of his mouth! He started by saying he really thought they should send A DIFFERENT TECH. OUT to diagnose the problem! He didn't think he could fit in the CRAWL SPACE under the house! My own Father & Son, BOTH just as tall as he was, (and any other Person) who has been under their, has never had any problems! He then decided that he would attempt to go underneath the deck because he couldn't tell anything from the outside. This didn't take long at all! He proceeded to tell me that the locks that were on the doors underneath, were rusted from the rain! He said he attempted to use the key to unlock it. However, it wouldn't turn & he didn't want it to break inside the lock! (ALL OF THESE THINGS WERE NOT TRUE)! He stated that the only option I had, was to contact someone who could CUT THE LOCK OFF OF THE DOOR! If I could find someone before they closed for the day, they would send him or someone else back out to take a look. If not, it would be Monday before someone could come back out! This took place on a Friday! I had NO AIRCONDITIONING from Thursday until the following Monday Evening! I did not call them back out because of being flat out lied to & so unprofessional! My Son came up over the weekend & inspected everything. He told me the LOCK HAD NO RUST AT ALL! HE PLACED THE KEY IN THE LOCK & TURNED & OPENED IT WITH EASE! He said he was not sure (WHO) I had called! However, to please not call them back again because they were not TRUSTWORTHY & HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING! He located A REPITABLE PERSON at a DIRRERENT COMPANY who came out, was Extremely Professional, & I had NO DOUBT'S HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING & HAD BEEN DOING THIS FOR MANY YEARS! Sorry to say, I will NEVER be calling THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES & CERTAINLY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! P.S. I LIVE IN THE "MINT HILL" AREA OF NORTH CAROLINA! I DON'T KNOW WHY IT'S SHOWING CALIFORNIA? read more
