Nora is an absolute genius! She helped me with my pond, gave me the equation on how to figure out how many gallons my pond is and recommended the right plants and the right fish. Their service guy Anthony was wonderful. He brought the plants and the fish, but probably because I was also giving them some Koi. Otherwise, I think you go pick your stuff up yourself, unless they're doing a service. They don't charge by the hour, like some of the ridiculous companies in Tucson, they charge by the job. To me that's fair. Way more fair than sending two of guys with only pressure washer experience at 150 bucks an hour! And as far-fetched as that sounds, I promise you there's a companies in town that do exactly that. Ponds Plants and More have great fish, great plants and great folks. I'm really happy that I found them. And I'm looking forward to making sure that they're the only ones in town that help me with my pond from now on.

Beware of this company. They installed a new pump in my pond. Then cut the wires exposing them…read moreabout two inches above the water and "sealed them with a liquid tape. For this I was charged $646.00 $389.98 for the pump and $225 for the service call. I had my electrician look at the pump and he informed me it was very dangerous. I brought this to the attention of the owner and nothing was done. I then had a pond expert check the wires out and he agreed it was dangerous. He replaced the pump and charged me $400 pump and labor. Certified letters requesting some kind of reimbursement were sent. Spoke with them and they denied wires were cut even though I have a written note from her stating that she sealed the wires she cut with liquid tape. They have refused any ownership of what was done or reimbursement. Do not use this pond company.

We went to another furniture vendor, before going to Bob's. At first, the prices for bedroom furniture looked equivalent. Then I noticed that Bob's was selling complete bedroom suites for the prices of headboards and footboards at the other store. We ended up buying two complete bedroom suites with white glove delivery and set-up service. The furniture was delivered within days of our order. The delivery was flawless, efficient, and professional. The gentlemen who installed the furniture took the time to look at the locations and discuss layout options, with an eye towards, accessibility, functionality and aesthetics of appearance. They constructed the furniture on site, and cleaned every bit of the debris away, including vacuuming any stray bits of Styrofoam. In and out in less than 3 hours, they did a fantastic job. Moreover, the furniture is all high quality lumber and sturdy construction. There's an old saying, "Happy Wife, Happy Life." Well, my wife loves it. So, needless to say, my life is great! Bob's Discount Furniture- Warranty Experience…read more I am writing to formally express my extreme frustration regarding the handling of my "Goof Proof Warranty" claim for a sofa set purchased in September 2025. On November 22, 2025, I filed a claim for a ripped flip-down table. Since then, I have experienced a series of administrative failures and misinformation: - Initial Delay: A technician did not visit until December 9, 2025. - Misleading Information: Despite being told in December that a replacement part was ordered, I discovered through the portal that the order was not actually placed until January 9, 2026--the same day I called to follow up. - Incorrect Part: After waiting until March 3, 2026, for delivery, the part received was incorrect. - Communication Failure: I have submitted photos of the incorrect part via the portal per Bobs request and responded to their specific email requests three separate times. Despite this, I was told that my claim is being restarted due to a perceived "lack of response" on my part. I have spent hours on the phone attempting to resolve this, only to be redirected to generic email addresses that clearly do not track my submissions even while I was on the phone with the agent. March 19, 2026 - Starting this process over after four months of waiting is unacceptable. As of this posting, I am waiting for the 2nd tech appt that is to occur today, thus starting the process over after 4 months of no resolution.

I should have written this review months ago! We purchased patio furniture in 2017, we spent over…read more10k. We noticed the furniture paint was peeling off in 2021. I assumed it was a terrible manufacturer. We later learned we received a "bad batch". The manufacturer (Sunset West, Laguna Collection) failed to cure the powder coating. House & Garden was aware of the issue. They never reached out to let us know the furniture could have been replaced due to a manufacturer recall. When we complained they replaced a couple pieces but refused to replace the entire set. The remaining pieces are now showing the same paint peeling. This furniture that sits under cover should have lasted a lifetime! We were long time customers that have spent thousands of dollars. I will never purchase from them again. Disappointed!!!!

We looked through several options and the sales representative explained all the mechanics really well, which gave us further insight into the price point. We haven't made a decision yet, since what interested us the most was not on display. They do offer delivery and install, so they are definitely on our list of finalists. This business is locally owned, which I also think is important to note. In a world of big box stores, it's so important to support the locally owned businesses and they gave us a good impression.
