If you're in the market for a playground this is the place!! We purchased a playground set for the grandkids in November of 2024. They came out and installed it on a wet, cold day in order to have it up for the kids on Christmas morning! I was sure they would cancel and I wouldn't have the set up for Christmas - but no - they were here bright and early and got it set up! Several months later they came out to check that everything was good and that we were happy with the set! Who does that? Apparently the folks at Tree Frogs!! A couple of weeks ago we went out to Tree Frogs to get some paint and noticed the ropes that the sets now have. When I mentioned they were a pretty cool addition they offered to come out and put one on the set we purchased! They were true to their word (again) and came out and installed the rope! This place is the real deal!! Unparalleled customer service, great value and the quality of the playground is outstanding!! We've had it for over a year and it still looks brand new. We bought a playset and a trampoline from Tree Frog. The play set is very high-quality and installation was quick and very professional. These guys even know all of the laws to protect children and make sure they meet strict safety regulations. I was very impressed. The trampoline is really amazing, and has held up well even after two years. The trampoline has a net that goes all the way around it, and does not have any Springs. It's the safest version we have found. It's been such a hit with all the children in the neighborhood that the only downside is that now we have a bunch of kids over all the time! Oh well, my son is happy as can be, and so are we! I believe our sales person's name was Rick.
