Their response (the perennial manager) said that their never have any dead flowers or pods on their plants. I asked what happens to them. She said they are trashed. And I ask if it's possible to save them for someone like me? And that I'd be happy to pay for them. She said no. It's going in the trash and it's now just a total waste. Soo.... That's awful in my opinion? The heck. 2) for being so "pristine" and "posh" in finding quite a few aphids. At least in their native section. So obviously that's a huge ding as well. This isn't me saying they should treat it with any pesticide but at least trying to make an honest effort to kill them by hand Overall I actually like the plant nursery. Every Wednesday they go out of their way to have deals. And the perennial manager did point out some 50% off milkweeds (even though at the register it wasn't well communicated about the sales. But I reminded them and it was all good.)

My wife's plant journey started here 2 years ago when we came in and she saw a 50% sale during winter season and she got a cactus. That cactus started it all. Now we have plant shelves and stands all around the house with pepperonias and hoyas and any plant that's generally non-toxic to cats. But, we still drop in quite regularly to see what other variations there are. She is into plants. I am not. But, a while back, the owners had 4 new barn cats. I always walk in and make it a mission to find all 4. The black one is the shy one and is usually the hardest to find. Brazil is the easiest. Lately, I havent been able to find them though. Still liked the adventure.

Stradler Nurseries came to plant trees on the border between my HOA (Armistead Park) and the HOA next door (Fairfax Landing). As I walked home from dropping my kids off at school at about 9:30am yesterday, I saw a Stradler employee with his coworker picking fruit off my tree and pocketing them IN BROAD DAYLIGHT! Keep in mind that I have a sign saying not to pick because it is stealing. As I approached, they quickly walked away so I could not talk to them, but one of the employees came back the next day with his boss so I confronted him then. After confirming they work for Stradler Nurseries, the employee suddenly said he couldn't speak English. Finally, the employee admitted he was at my house but he was "just looking at the fruit" but not stealing them. The boss repremanded his employee but took no other action. But then why did he gave giant orange fruit in his hands as he walked away?? I'm very disappointed in this company.

From the start, Tile Center made this piece of our process easy and pleasant, and we love the outcome. As project manager, Joe was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. He came to our house very quickly after our initial outreach, returned later with grout samples, and walked us through options at the showroom. He always responded quickly to emails and texts. He helped us navigate tile shortages and advised us when we needed to order from a third party. Thomas, the installer, was also fantastic. His work is beautiful, and on top of that, he was just incredibly lovely to be around. He not only tolerated, but was awesomely kind to, our very loud and unhelpful dog! He also went above and beyond dealing with various issues that arose. James, who came on one of the days, was also great. On top of everything else, we really appreciated how both Joe and Thomas worked things out so that we could live in the house throughout the installation. That was really helpful as far as both hassle and the potential extra cost of lodging. We got porcelain wood-look tiles, and we really like the outcome (see picture). 100% recommend.

I utilized TW Perry for a deck project, using them for roughly 90% of my materials and they were extremely professional. There were a few snags during the process, but both Santiago and Fernando made them right! It was a lot of materials that were ordered so small hiccups like missing parts (very small ones) and damaged items (most likely in transit) are to be expected. They credited me for the damages and even gave me the missing pieces, without giving me any grief. A++ I highly recommend this location, looking forward to my next project using them and will absolutely be referring people word of mouth style. Thank you Santiago and Fernando, you guys are awesome!

One time to check on the inventory and the second time I came with a truck to haul the wood. All staff encountered were pleasant and pretty helpful. In addition, the price at TW perry was $11 less per sheet than a local competitor. It saved me $50 going here. The parking lot is small, but it's not needed to be any larger since the traffic was minimal both times I visited. It's nice that the entrance is off the main road and it's easier to exit, especially with large trucks that frequent there.

I ended up here because I am decorating a home and they claim that they are going out of business…read moreso the prices should be competitive. PROS: I went on a Sunday and they weren't very busy so it was easy to get the attention of the sales team. Make sure you go upstairs where the accessories are on sale the main show room and then the huge warehouse in the back. There's lots and lots of lots of items to choose from. Since they claim they are closing the store, which most of them said wasn't until March, the accessories were on sale for 50%off and anything with a blue tag on. It was an additional discount that they didn't give a specific percentage, so I guess it was negotiable. CONS: As far as prices go, I wasn't impressed. Definitely go in there Educated about what you want and what the prices are for those items in other stores. Their discount pricing was similar to stores like Wayfare, overstock, HomeGoods, HomeSense, at home, etc. I did receive a blue ticket that allowed me to receive a small or medium piece of artwork for free, no purchase necessary. That motivated me to go back upstairs and look at the artwork. As a result, I ended up buying two additional pieces of art, so that promotional incentive worked on me. The prices for the rugs are way way way overpriced. Especially because it appeared that many of them were used and dirty. The lamps and the artwork were reasonably priced with decent selection. This is in the upstairs section. Overall, it's just OK. Maybe as they get closer to closing the store, the prices will be more reasonable. However, it's not worth me making another hour long drive back up there I'll get the newsletter and think about it.
