I love that there are classes every hour on the hour and there's always different options to challenge yourself. All the instructors I have had class with are all very knowledgeable and so sweet and caring and really do want you to leave class educated, and refreshed. Any questions you have they always answer. Not to mention all the staff there is super friendly. I feel like I leave with a new pair of socks every few visits. I love their after hour theme classes. Can't wait to keep learning and growing and being challenged.

Although they were really big on making sure you have grippy socks (I think they left two VMs about it and texted twice), other than that, it was pretty seamless: I signed up, showed up, and they did not try to sell me on anything. I took the class, and they did a 2 minute speal after, but they let everyone leave when it was over, and there was no pressure to buy a package, which I really appreciated. In sum, the study is very clean, the instructor was very nice, and I really enjoyed the class. If I didn't have access to free pilates, I might be interested.

I've been going to the La Mesa & Santee studios for about two years and genuinely love both…read more Pilates is the first workout I've been able to stick with--great instructors, welcoming staff, and a group setting that keeps me accountable. I've seen real gains in strength and mobility, and classes feel accessible for all ages and experience levels. Highly recommend either location. I've heard great things about almost every instructor, but these are the ones I've taken most and would recommend 10x over: Tracy F. - Warm, funny, and welcoming. I've taken 150+ of her classes and they're always fun, varied, and challenging. She creates a supportive environment, encourages growth, and keeps things fresh each week. Her TRX class is one of my all-time favorites. Anel - My first-ever Pilates instructor and a big reason I stuck with it. She teaches a more classical style and clearly explains form and function, which built my confidence early on. Consistent warmups, always-changing flows, and uplifting energy that carries you through class. Jenni G. - A newer instructor to me and now a weekly favorite. She's super attentive (always remembers my lower back issue), offers great modifications, and gives cues that just click. Her flow and TRX classes are fun, challenging, and set to great music. A great pick for beginners or anyone leveling up. Stacy C. - Somehow both challenging and calming. She has a peaceful, encouraging presence and checks in with everyone during class with gentle corrections and praise. I love how she weaves in anatomy and form education--her classes fill up for a reason. Jade (Front Desk - La Mesa) - Truly deserves a shout-out. She keeps the studio welcoming, remembers everyone by name, celebrates milestones, and handles hiccups during classes with total grace. Her seasonal decorations and positive energy make La Mesa feel special.

It's a little far from me in the South Bay but I knew I had to try it. For parking, the lot is shared with other businesses so when I got there, it was full and parked in the lot down the street. I wouldn't suggest to park in front of the NXPT if it's the games classes since we're using wall balls near cars. When I found the class on classpass for Wednesday night, the name of it was a little confusing because it said "OCR/Games/Hyrox/Deka" so I didn't really know what that meant until I showed up to the class to learn that depending on when the next event is, that is the type of training they're doing. So my class focused on the Hyrox because the Anaheim event is in five weeks. Hannibal is the trainer and he was friendly with a quick introduction and had to jump on a call before class started. I asked around to sign the waiver and got someone to help me. I wanted to make sure that didn't slow me down starting the class on time. Thankfully I do strength training and hot yoga outside of this class so I felt I could keep up but having been to new classes before, they seem to take care of newbies with just a few more instructions. I ended up figuring it out and maybe the style of this gym is no hand holding but I ended up asking other attendees in the class about the structure. Most of the moves in this class were standard but when it came to Sled, I wasn't sure in my form. I'd suggest when they get newbies in these games classes to ask them if they've done anything like this before and if not, show them the proper technique of the moves. That helps in the actual events since form matters and also prevents injuries. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll be back!

It's as if a water station is not a normal thing at a work out studio so I don't understand the attitude in the response. They probably wanted me to buy their water which I can understand, however it was the attitude given to me that bothered me. I took a break outside of the class and there were other girls outside taking a break as well, indicating that they had empty water bottles and the heat was too much for them but they didn't have any water. I gave more stars than I wanted because of the instructor, Sam. She was so nice and accommodating and I loved her energy. She checked in on the people taking breaks, I appreciated her teaching the class!

The workout was amazing, that is probably the only positive about my experience here. It was a full body workout, which is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, there was absolutely NO customer service, acknowledgment, greeting, NOTHING! When going to a new gym or studio there is a an initial conversation or greeting some type of acknowledgment - not a thing! I was even spoken to upon me walking in, I actually did all the speaking. As someone that works out often - I am so grateful that I know how to modify and adjust for my body because the instructor did not even ask me if I had any previous injuries, if I had anything that was bothering me, didn't even acknowledge me as being someone new in her class. I am only giving a 2-star rating because I truly appreciated the workout, as yoga sculpt is something that I really wanted to try out for a while. Customer service, experience, and acknowledgment is everything. I definitely have enjoyed coming to this gym for the past 3 years as a student. I really like how big the gym is, it has two floors, and they also have areas where you can lift and also join to do classes. The one thing I dislike and lost a star was that it can get VERY overpacked, and that they don't have enough machines for this. There is way too much people waiting on the one machine they have, valley enough treadmills for the amount of students that attend this school. They always run out of paper towels especially when it gets done to the evening crowd. I'd definitely recommend attending an evening time for the gym

The facility upgrades are fantastic, but it's sad that the facilities are no long open 24 hours! I assume it's to allow staff to deep clean the place? There are two main gripes I have about the ARC: 1. The students need to learn how to rerack their dang weights. 2. On weekend nights sometimes the walkways are cluttered with hot dog stands -- including in the bike path near the arena and the ramp to the gym. I don't remember that being an issue pre-COVID. I bike to the ARC to avoid parking, but having to navigate my bike around hot dog carts in a thoroughfare is annoying.
