    Third lobes brand new

Love! Got my 3rd lobes done on both ears today. Beautiful jewelry offered. Informative and extremely clean. Great atmosphere and a great piercing experience! Book online using their website :)

The piercer is very knowledgeable. He makes sure everything is clean and sterile. They do still have covid restrictions like you have to be vaxxed, limited amounts of people, and you have to wear a mask. Other than that it went well. I noticed that the piercing wasn't centered and double checked with him but he said it was fine and didn't move the position. It definitely wasn't centered and he should've listened but honestly I don't really care most of my piercing aren't centered so.

    Septum piercing by Cory!
    Cassandra C.

I had a septum done with Cory Simpson during the covid 19 pandemic. He did an absolute great job. Was super friendly and informative about what to expect, what myths to let go of. (ie: you can't flip up the jewelry as it heals.) he remained sterile the entire time we were in the piercing room. It sucks everything they have to do because of covid. The face shield makes it really hard to see but he did a great job. It took a little longer to do but it wasn't more painful or anything like that. Just a small inconvenience he seemed to be able to adjust to with grace. Cory was super kind, very clear about the process and expectations of me as far as covid. I would recommend Cory and Evolve any day. One of the best in Seattle for sure. I spent about $100 for the piercing, including jewelry and tip. Thanks again Cory!!

nostril piercing $35 + charge of stud ($55)
    Tina C.

I got the nostril piercing with the deposit of $35 and a $55 charge for the stud of my choice, so the total was $90 + tax if anyone was wondering! I thought the shop was super COVID friendly, and John was so clear with how he was going to sterilize his station and pierce me. The process was quick and easy, I got in and out 30min at most! Love my piercing and will be coming for future piercings!!

After consulting various experienced APP piercers in my home city in Houston whom expressed apprehension to perform a daith piercing on my ear anatomy. I have a very small daith area. I found John's shop while I was in Seattle for the week and I was shook that he expressed no apprehension. His technique and professionalism were A1! I felt immediately at ease when he said that bis bread and butter were penile piercings, I figured then a daith piercing should be a walk in the park. And it honestly was, the pain was significantly lower than I had imagined. Even when I went back to Houston's 713 tattoo and piercing shop, the piercers were impressed with the placement of the piercing in my difficult daith anatomy and they spoke fondly of John.

Poor customer service. Extremely condescending. The store had nice jewelry but find another shop. This place is not worth it.

It was so amazing and I was so impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a very nice way, my needs were heard and respected, and, oh my, what a selection of different jewelry they have to pick from, very impressive! Adam did my ear piercing and listened to where I wanted the new piercing and Adam double checked before we proceeded with the piercing. But what most impressed me was how he prioritized Sanitation. I think he must have changed his gloves four times after he touched every item needed for the process. He explained aftercare very well. Checkout was wonderful too, they made sure that I knew how to contact them at any time if I had any other questions or concerns after the fact. Oh, and they made sure I knew what the end cost would be even before the actual piercing so there are no surprises at checkout.

I am beyond furious with the way Pierced Hearts handled my sister's navel piercing. From the start,…read morethis experience has been a disaster due to sheer negligence and a complete lack of accountability. My sister clearly explained to the piercer, Jaime, that she has a very flat belly button and specifically asked if the standard navel jewelry would be appropriate. He confidently said yes -- and we trusted his professional judgment. That trust was completely misplaced. As time passed, the jewelry began to embed itself into her skin, which should never have happened with the right jewelry in the first place. We returned to the shop, and Adam helped change it to a floating navel piercing -- the type she should have received from day one. He apologized and even took a photo of the damage because it was obvious something had gone terribly wrong. But the damage had already been done. Within a week, she developed a severe infection -- one that urgent care later confirmed was likely due to the original jewelry creating a gaping wound that never healed properly. Despite following aftercare instructions to the letter, she ended up on two antibiotics and hydrocodone just to manage the pain. Yet when we returned to the shop a third time to request a refund and share what she was going through, the staff were incredibly dismissive and refused to take any responsibility. They immediately shifted blame, accusing her of neglecting aftercare, even though we were meticulous. No effort was made to offer a solution, express genuine concern, or show even the slightest empathy. Just said "well, do you want to get it pierced again?!" ... no! Her belly button area now is completely bruised and mangled because of this place. We will never be coming back here again. To make matters worse, the owner was outright disrespectful and condescending over the phone. When we told him that medical professionals advised removing the piercing and draining the infection, her arrogant response was, "Why would they do that?!" as if she knew better than actual doctors. That tone alone spoke volumes about how little they care once they have your money. We asked for a refund because of all the trouble we've been through after the negligence of the first piercer, now having to pay for urgent care visits and medication. I chose this shop based on their glowing reviews, but let me be clear: if you're considering any body piercing here, don't. They might be decent with ear piercings or tattoos -- but when it comes to body piercings, especially anything more complex, they are careless, unprofessional, and utterly unwilling to take accountability when something goes wrong. My sister went in for a simple piercing and walked away in physical pain and emotional distress, and not once did they offer real help, only excuses. This shop failed her. Completely.

During that time I've never actually written a review before, but my recent sessions with Tim Bradley (aka Mean Ole Tim) at the Wallingford location deserve one. Tim has been an absolute standout. He's not just a skilled tattooer -- he's an artist and professional in the truest sense. His ability to translate an idea into something that feels both deeply personal and beautifully cohesive is unreal. He recently completed a full torso panel of my German shepherd, Stryder, in an Irezumi-inspired style, as well as two custom hand pieces -- and every step of the process was collaborative, thoughtful, and executed with precision. What I appreciate most is Tim's mix of humility, humor, and quiet confidence. He listens, gives honest feedback, and works with a level of care that shows in every line and aspect of the piece. The end result isn't just cool ink -- it's art that carries weight, intention, and soul. After nearly a decade with STTN, I can say this has been one of my best experiences yet. If you're looking for someone who genuinely gives a damn about both the craft and the client, Tim's your guy.

Fabulous experience!…read more I have been planning my tattoo for two years, researching artists, contemplating designs, considering placements. I didn't want to offend my friends and acquaintances who are tattoo artists, but I was looking for someone who would not only understand and appreciate the history of my tattoo, but contribute meaning to it themselves. Ting and Carson listened carefully and asked questions as I explained the design elements I had chosen. They looked at pictures I brought of my inspirations. Ting told me she and Carson would research the event and memorial that were the catalyst for my tattoo, then Carson would design the artwork and send it to me for approval. They went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with the design that spoke deeply to me. Afterward they gave me clear instructions for tattoo after-care and sent me home with some A&D ointment packets. I really appreciate the extra effort Ting and Carson put into connecting with me and my tattoo design. It was the first time I got a tattoo this large, and Carson was very patient when I needed breaks from the needle. I am definitely going back if and when I get another tattoo. The entire experience was amazing! Thank you, Ting & Carson! If you're curious about the Bainbridge Island Japanese Exclusion Memorial, you can find more information about it at https://bijaema.org/. Let it not happen again. Spoiler alert: it's happening again now. June, 2026

They offered a free consult which few shops do. I go there they had a screen of all different lion tattoo variations. A specific program for tattooing. Very cool. They printed out a few I liked and we three discussed pros and cons of size and placement. Ying, myself, and Connor the tattoo artist. I embarrassingly had to reschedule a couple sessions and arrived late for my first one (100% my fault) and they established with great kindness a boundary around time while giving me the full time of tattooing. They could have charged me the hour I was late (bad communication on my part) they did not. Now don't take that as permission to do what I did cause you might (and should) be charged, but I share this to show how friendly, understanding, and at the same time professional they are. Took two sessions a total of 7 1/2 hrs I think. Second session I was on time ;) Connor starts a stop watch when he begins and shows you. That's when the charging begins , and stops the stop watch immediately when he's done , and shows you as well. I thought that was very cool of him and all ships should do that. The place was sparkling clean, organized, and worth Connors time. He's an amazing artist.
