I had surgery with Dr Jason Hess and his team October 2020. The office staff was helpful in dealing with an insurance issue and with all the other steps in the process. Dr Hess was also great himself. Very attentive and explained everything. Always asking if I had any questions at every visit. Post surgery he called me that night to ensure everything was good. I think his process was very up-to-date as he explained the "old" way vs his recommendations which we followed. His process had me healed very quickly and I was approved to return to the gym without restrictions 3 weeks post surgery. I felt well enough to ask to return 1 week in though and was partially granted. Overall a great practice and I came out with a great result. I am a 63 years old woman, who had four children all c-sections, a big incision scar from my gallbladder removal back in the 90's, a stomach that was large and excessive skin that draped around my clothing. 5 Stars! Love everything about Dr Hess and his team; they are understanding and compassionate! After having 4 kiddos (2 of them almost 10lbs), I had severe diastasis recti and was unable to repair my abdominal wall with exercise and weight management alone. I went to multiple doctors before Dr. Hess for free consultations and even picked one I liked. However, after meeting with Dr. Hess I really appreciated his unique bedside manner. He is empathetic to your insecurities yet honest about his capabilities. He is very genuine and has a way of just telling you how it is which I truly respect. I also feel that he is not a person to take advantage of someone financially. After hearing much higher quotes from other surgeons and even bringing up a question about how there is a perception related to cost of a service and the value of what you receive he said there is no reason to charge for something you don't need nor mark the price up simply because that may be the going rate. Even though I was a ball of nerves on the day of surgery Dr. Hess and his staff made me feel safe. They explained everything to me very well and made me feel comforted the entire time. During the weeks following the surgery Dr Hess was just a phone call or text away which gave me unbelievable piece of mind. I had a ton of questions along the way and Dr. Hess has always been very patient with me. As for my results, they are even better than I could have imagined. I have never felt so confident in clothes, even before my babies! With my diastasis I used to dread clothes shopping...especially bathing suit shopping! Dr Hess did my breast augmentation one year ago and had an amazing experience. The staff are all very kind and helpful . I never felt pressured in any way. He was honest, realistic and always made me feel comfortable. My boobs look amazing!!! They are very symmetrical and the scars are minimal. I do get some numbness on one of my nipples but this a normal thing when the nipple is cut. Most women I've talked to you have had their breasts done experience a little numbness.
