I hope this review helps someone avoid the mistake I did by booking this Dr. His 5 star reviews and certifications convinced me he was a good decision. The fact that someone I know had gotten implants with him and had a good experience, seemed like the safe way to go at the time. I went for a consultation for Dr Sadrian for a breast lift. We spoke about the size and symmetry I was wanting. I liked his friendly manner and felt like he really knew what he was doing. After that I went over to the person in charge of booking the surgery. (Whom I also knew by mutual acquaintances) so I felt even more safe. (Wrong again) A month before surgery I went in again for a recap of what I wanted. I once again expressed what I wanted in terms of size and symmetry. I also asked last min him if I was a candidate for a micro/ mini tummy tuck. I only wanted and needed minimal skin removed from the front of my abdomen. (After a baby I had 1yr ago) To this, he said yes. I was very happy that only a small incision was going to fix a minor issue I had. (Or so I thought) Come surgery day he did the Breast measurements, again he asked what size I wanted my breasts and what things were important for me to improve. As to the mini/micro tummy tuck, we didn't discuss too many any details because I was so focused on my breast since they were the "bigger issue" for me. After surgery was complete I went home to recover. 8-10 days after my surgery I saw my new abdomen scars. They are HIDEOUS. Super long/ thick and crooked. He ended up doing an Extended tummy tuck (which was not discussed or agreed on) The scars are very difficult to hide even with thick thong or underwear. (I had already had a previous tummy tuck with another doctor a few years back and those scars were straight and could easily be hidden with the thinnest thong!) I went in to fix an insecurity and came out WORSE. When removing all the skin that he did he also went into my hips and glute areas. Making my buttocks smaller and hips smaller. I look like a box! No shape at all. In addition with removing a lot of my skin... this caused my belly button to go down a good inch (or more) from where it should be. Or from where a normal human being would have it. It also looks horrible. (let's add that to another insecurity.) I have already addressed him about how I felt . He listened kindly. And explain to me why he did the things that he did... but no matter what he says, there was no reason for him to cut me the way he did. I was not a 180 pound woman. I did not have excessive saggy skin. I loved my hips and I loved my glutes. He offered a revision for the scars.. however, I've obviously lost all trust after what he did. And I would never let him cut me again. So just to recap, 1. Now I have ugly scars that go past my hips. That cannot be hidden and will never get smaller. 2. Belly button position is anatomically wrong 3. My shape or body contour. GONE! 4. Boobs are smaller than I had requested. (But in all honesty, this is the least of my worries.) there is not a day I don't regret doing this procedure. Makes me SOOO sad to see what was done to me. Why a Dr would cut more than they should of. I went in there to feel better/ and came out worse than how I went in. I have spoken to other plastic surgeons since, and none of them have been able to understand why he extended the incisions the way he did. I'll attach photos below and whoever reads review can be the judge . If you go into consultation with this Dr ... or any Dr, please ask to see his or their stitching. I love this place, l go to the Del mar location in Salon Republic at the Del mar Plaza. I had Joanna Nicholson do my botox and filler. She is fabulous, and is a Dr PA, not just a nurse. I never thought I would get breast implants but then had a sudden desire for them in my early 30s. I wasn't super unhappy with my breasts to begin with, I was just looking to enhance my own natural beauty. I was meticulous in finding a surgeon online and out of all the websites I came across -- Dr. Sadrian's resonated with me the most -- not only the website's aesthetic, organization, and education but Dr. Sadrian's extensive credentials (double board certified!) and experience (20+ years and tons on boob jobs!). Most importantly, I fell in love with his results after viewing the gallery of before and after photos (they are by far the most beautiful, symmetrical, and natural looking I've seen)!!! I planned on interviewing several surgeons (women only) and ironically ended up only pursuing Dr. Sadrian. Dr. Sadrian has such a kind, safe, and gentle nature, as well as a perfectionism in his work. He was always patient with my long list of questions. After our consult, we decided that breast implants (450-500 cc) and a "donut" lift (concentric mastopexy) would give me the best results. He actually recommended the "lollipop" lift but I met him in the middle and opted for the other one due to less cost and scarring. The entire process, including the day of surgery, was a very feel-good and smooth experience. I loved that the surgery room had a big bright window with natural lighting. All of the staff and nurses were great throughout. I felt very well supported while I was healing and comforted to know that I could reach out to Dr. Sadrian for immediate assistance at any time if needed. I appreciated his more-natural recommendations before and after surgery to maximize healing and results. The first 1-2 weeks of recovery were the most challenging, as to be expected, but it got easier from there and I never had any issues. My breasts changed overtime in the weeks following surgery as they "dropped and fluffed" but I loved them pretty much immediately and they just got better and better. I've noticed a new kind of confidence that I didn't realize I was missing before - I feel more proportional (lifted and filled out) and feminine. I am so happy with my results and grateful to have found Dr. Sadrian. I highly recommend him for breast augmentation. Getting a breast augmentation is a big decision and you want a surgeon/clinic that you can trust. I believe, regardless of anyone else's experience or opinion, the decision has to feel right for you and come from a healthy place. I came to San Diego for a visit and wanted to make an appt with Dr Sadrian as I noticed he had a good rating. When I went into the office there was an older woman in black scrubs taking a patient back to a treatment room. She had a lot of dandruff on the shoulders of her scrubs. Before closing the door she just brushed the dandruff off and closed the door behind her. This just seemed very unprofessional to me, grossed me out and I just left without making an appointment! When I was considering surgery I was disappointed to find most reviews were only a few weeks post-op therefore I waited to post this review. I had a mommy makeover: full tummy tuck, fat transfer to breasts, liposuction to tummy, flanks and outer thighs. The tummy tuck has been the biggest improvement. No more extra skin and tons of stretch marks from pregnancy. My stomach is flat as a board, could not be happier. I had breast implants done about 3 years ago I definitely can't complain. He has been very attentive and caring. Once I was done with my surgery he told my family to notify him if they saw anything wrong with me that he didn't care what time it was that he would be available. He was not kidding when he said that because we did end up calling one day aound 10:30pm. He was paged and he called us right away. Overall I have had nothing but good experiences with him. Before I went into surgery they went over the risks of what could happen to me while in surgery or after surgery. I would like to encourage anyone that is looking for breast augmentation to meet Dr Sadrian. I met him 11 years ago. After having two children and breastfeeding them well....let's just say I needed a little help. Sr Sadrian's demeanor is so calming. He is a brilliant surgeon and takes his time with you. He isn't one of the drs that just grinds out Aug after Aug. the size was conservative but, exactly what I was looking for he preformed a lift and I was ecstatic with the results. Next day my daughter said Mom what is wrong with your breast? Oh no one side was twice the size. I have been going to Dr. Sadrian's office since 2015, and I will not go anywhere else for surgical procedures, laser facials, Botox, or anything. Along with Dr. Sadrian being the finest, most mild-mannered doctor I have ever met, all of the nurses and staff members are excellent. I absolutely adore Cynthia and Suzanne. Suzanne has done almost all of my Botox, IPL, and Laser Genesis procedures these past 6-7 years. I am never disappointed. Her attention to detail is obvious, and she takes very good notes, so my chart is always accurate with exactly what works for my personal skin. I even have my 16-year old daughter going for laser hair removal now. I would not trust any other office to work on my skin or my daughter's skin. I got lip fillers done with Valerie Sheldon and she did an AMAZING job! She is extremely professional and she makes you feel comfortable with the procedure. She walks you through everything so you're aware of what's going on the entire time. I was really nervous at first, but Valerie talked me through it and I was ready to go. I'm a weak person when it comes to needles so I did start to feel a little faint during the procedure, which was kind of embarrassing! But Valerie gave me a break to sit there and drink some water and didn't start back up again until I felt completely better.
