I recently hired Rose Magic Cleaning to help clean our kitchen after our Thanksgiving holiday, and…read morethe experience was excellent from beginning to end. Getting an estimate was simple, and I was able to let Rosa know which services we would need and which ones were not as important. Rosa and her assistant arrived early, even though I was expecting them at 1:30 pm. The main task was to rinse and clean the dishes from our last meal, which we did not have energy for after cooking for nearly two days and managing our two-year old! They asked questions about where things should be put away, and where supplies were located and where the trash was located. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They didn't just do the basics, they really went above and beyond and did a deep clean of our counters, appliance cart, and microwave. The floors looked fantastic, the powder room looked great and small corners were taken care of. They were also careful with my belongings and moved through the house efficiently without rushing through cleaning. I offered extra to help clean our ceiling fan, which they took care of. It was clear their company team was friendly, respectful, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work.Rose Magic Cleaning will be who I call next time for reliable, high-quality cleaning services with a personal touch. If we can find it in our budget for next year, we'd love to have them visit every month!

Review from a Pet Owner!!…read more So as someone who has a pet, she's my everything - and I wanted to find a cleaning company that understands what that means to own a pet. Which also meant, they understood what it means to clean a house with a pet and they use non-toxic cleaning chemicals. With this company - they just get it. And I'm finally writing today because of what happened at my home today. The cleaners arrived as normally scheduled, on time, and all that jazz - and I'm at work about 20 minutes away when I get a call from Shawn. He told me that the cleaners were concerned about my cat because she was in the bathtub and seemed very stressed out. She's normally very friendly and calm, so this unusual behavior prompted them to call Shawn (I guess he runs the office) who called me immediately. I told them to ignore her if she didn't look like she was in any danger, and just ignore the tub for now. I left work and drove 20 minutes home, to find her in the bathtub. Apparenlty she got spooked at something, jumped in the tub, and because it was wet from my shower, couldn't get out. They were willing to get her out, but I told them to leave her if she was stressed because I would be home soon - and a stressed cat is not one you want to pick up as a "stranger". I feel most cleaners would have ignored her, and wouldn't have recognized her unusual behavior. Had I not been called, my poor baby would have been sitting in that tub, wet, all day long. SHe was so happy to see me home, she was totally fine, she wasn't in any sort of actual danger - and now she's in my lap dry and happy as a clam :) Now, in terms of the cleaning service itself! they are fantastic. Especially as someone who has some serious cat hair everywhere, they do an amazing job getting it all. Coming home to a cat hair free apartment is a god send. They use green, pet friendly products - everything is spotless, and they really take care of everything. This is a class act service!!!! If you own a pet, stop looking anywhere else - and call these guys up, seriously - from one pet owner to another, you can thank me later :)
