Ivo Vargas, the head mechanic, set up my bike quickly and did a fantastic job. He also added their Flat Tire Protection (an add-on, but if you've ever stepped on a goat head, you know you want it). I was so surprised when they called me the next day to say my bike was for pickup, even though they say it (currently) takes 4 days - speak about over-delivering.
