I recently contacted my apartment management company for pest control and they connected me with a company that was awful (Not Evict! a different company). They had a horrible phone manner and were very condescending. So I went back to my management company and asked them if there were any alternative companies we could try, and they sent me Evict Pest Management and the difference was night and day! Evict is woman owned small business that takes pride in what they do. My experience with Chris and Tiffany was first class all the way. We even had a scheduling miscommunication at one point, and Chris handled it with grace and professionalism as if we never missed a beat. I was having issues with severe ants and spiders and other unwanted bugs, and since Chris's treatments, the problem has completely subsided! It was a lot to do, making everything accessible for Chris to treat for bugs, but the trouble was worth it because I feel like my apartment is mine again and not the ants! I am so happy I held out and asked for a better experience and that is exactly what I got! Thank you so much Chris! I will recommend your company to anyone who asks, again and again! Cheers :) read more

Christina was recommended by my neighbor. She is very professional. She inspected thoroughly the exterior of the house, the garage, and the attic. She knew exactly where to place the traps and caught a rat on the first day. She sealed the holes in the walls and replaced the metal screens. Everything was impeccable. She was always on time and very attentive. Highly recommended. read more

I used Evict once again! I suddenly had a roach problem after a few new neighbors moved into the building. Chris spent time thoroughly inspecting my condo and found the root cause of the issue (not something the bigger companies did when I called them). She then created a customized treatment for my specific issue and worked her magic. She even advised me on specific precautions to take with my dog so that she didn't inhale any chemical smell (the products Chris used weren't toxic, but dog could smell things I couldn't). She even applied a little psychology to help calm my nerves - I hate bugs! After the treatment, Chris followed up a couple of times to see how things were going. I have not seen ONE roach since she serviced my unit - something the bigger companies couldn't achieve. Evict provides results, and fast!!! I highly recommend this company. Zero disappointments here!!! read more

We recently discovered we have a rat/mouse problem. We tried handling it ourselves by setting traps but we weren't getting rid of the problem. We hired another company initially but their service did not work. We then called two others companies for quotes. Both companies inspected the attic and quoted us astronomical prices. They were also a bit dishonest about what was required, trying to sell us on replacing all of our insulation in the attic unnecessarily. We decided to call Evict Pest Management. They are a new company so we were a little hesitant at first but we thought it was worth a try. They came and inspected the attic and gave us a quote. They explained that we did not need to replace the insulation, that it was fine. Instead, they explained they just needed to seal the house completely to get rid of the problem. Their services were priced at a fraction of the cost of what the bigger companies wanted to charge. Based on their explanation, we decided to go with their services. They sealed our entire house, every inch, to make sure rodents could not enter. They also set traps to catch any remaining that were in the house. We had very tough spots to reach but they made sure they found every inch needed to be to sealed. They were professional, honest and hard-working. Since they came, there have been no further issues with rodents and I can finally sleep at night! We are extremely thankful we found this company and highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed, they will make sure to get the job down right and also have reasonable prices. Excellent service, 5+ stars! read more

Amazingly effective, money well spent. Non-nonsense professionals. For years, we were constantly terrorized by Ant attacks. Water bugs were always scurrying in our bathroom and kitchen as well. Once Christina paid us a visit for about an hour or two, we never saw another ant or water bug again. I had no idea how bad the situation was until it was corrected. We purchased the quarterly maintenance plan. We have pets and were hesitant to act; out of concern for them. But Christina explained exactly where she'd need to treat and how the risks would be virtually nil, given the chemicals used and placement inside and out. Scroll no further. These ladies get the job done. read more

This is a woman owned pest business, which is so refreshing! Chris is so friendly, accommodating, and professional. She is so knowledgeable, and talked me off the ledge when I discovered I had termites. She has treated my infected bar wood, and come out for multiple follow ups just to put my mind at ease. I had another company come out and tell me there wasn't much they could do, but Chris was very diligent in checking everything. Her prices are the best I have been quoted, and she is so nice, I couldn't imagine dealing with these disgusting termites in my home with anyone else. I was ready to sell before I met her. Now I'm termite free :) read more
