If I could leave no stars I would. I contacted my property management and was referred to this company in which I left a detailed message and called several times only to never have been contacted back. I then went a step further by sending a text message to the mobile number provided via the email I was sent from the company to initially set up service. My message was seen "read" 27 mins later again to never have been contacted. I couldn't dream they would do a good job if they can't/refuse to respond. Having pest/rodents in your home is very uncomfortable and this is not a company that clearly cares for the serenity of their customers. 0 STARS. FAR from "On Point" as their business is named. Terrible experience. read more

I used them in 2019 and I had to call them this month again. They promptly located my invoice from my previous service and told me I was still under warranty. I am glad I selected On Point in the first place. They will be back this week to check the trap that was set. read more

They lack in efficiency for customer service. We have in the past left numerous text and voice messages, and would not hear from Andrew for weeks in response. Given the fact that we have a difficult and determined rat infestation, Andrew did as best he could in keeping them completely out of our house, however, the rats continue to get into our attic and garage. This last time, I personally left two text messages and my husband left a voice mail. It's been four weeks and no response by Andrew, the owner of the company. Previously my husband left several voice mails, but was told that our home number was inadvertently blocked. We are now looking into other options such as Rodent Stop that has an A+ rating with the BBB, is accredited by the BBB, AND will clean and sanitize the area. read more

On Point Exterminating is the only company I will use. The latest problem was ants coming from every direction into my house. I tried every method to get rid of them and finally gave up and called On Point. Not one has reappeared. They are the nicest and most through company and very fairly priced. read more

I recently bought a house that came with some other unwelcomed tenants. I tried to get rid of them myself, but they kept coming back. Needless to say, I called On-Point and they came out the next day! Andrew made sure I was well taken care of and Cory walked me through the process every step of the way. On-Point was very affordable and very professional; I'm bummed I didn't call sooner. Good-bye rats and termites! Thank you On-Point! read more

Unfortunately prices keep increasing and I'll have to find another company. Great service! I was one of the original customers. Best of luck! read more

I was referred to On Point from a family friend and after working with numerous exterminating companies. I can honestly say with confidence I will not use any one else from here on out. I manage 12 residential homes, and 3 commercial properties. Andrew and his team were professional from the start. I always get 3 estimates for all my contracted work, and they have always been the fairest prices, with more services included. They did a full Fascia install with treatment and paint and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. They are also now on full time for monthly service. They go above and beyond each time they come out and the communication and customer care is top notch. read more

Andrew was very professional and on time. He Introduced himself and asked if I had any specific concerns. He listened well and addressed my concerns by inspecting specific areas where we had seen signs of rodents. He gave us an estimate right on the spot, and we set up an appointment to start the removing of our unwanted guests. Followed up, and finished the job. I highly recommend this company, and plan on referring him to our friends. read more

Andrew and his team at On Point Exterminating are extremely competent, knowledgeable, and professional. They consistently have gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet and exceed our needs. It's hard to imagine a more frustrating feeling than having your kitchen infested with some unknown bugs from an unknown source. Andrew diagnosed the problem, developed a sound plan-of-action, and communicated with us through every step in the process. Robbie on his team is also an excellent communicator and very professional. From personal experience, I highly recommend On Point for your personal and business Exterminating and Pest Control Needs. They are flat out the best in the business. read more

I was given Andrew's contact info by a commercial pest control company. I called On Point and very quickly was able to explain the issue and set up an appointment. I was surprised by how fast, easy, professional and complete this experience was. Andrew has a vast knowledge of pests (in my case rats) and how they penetrate homes and how to end that and prevent future issues. In addition to providing a wonderful service, I was given a time for the service (not a 4 hour window, imagine that!), and a heads up on arrival time! I feel comfortable that we will be taken care of for any future issues and I learned a great deal about this problem. I highly recommend Andrew's services and wish other companies held themselves up to his standards from start to finish. read more

I recently bought an older home and it was infested with ants, spiders and other insects. Called On Point and Robbie came out right away serviced my house and literally the same day it was already noticeably better. Then after my house was all moved in, I had a rat problem! I called Andrew the owner and he had a team of people at my house the next morning!! They made sure my house was secure and my rat problem was fixed almost immediately. Andrew personally came out to check up on the work. The customer service and sense of urgency is unmatched. The whole team at on point is awesome and treat you like family. I have recommended them to ALL my friends and family. read more

My step mother had a problem with rats getting in to her home and On Point came out and she paid $700.00 for the mitigation work. The work order indicated they would come out every three to 5 days following the mitigation to monitor traps. Beyond the point, when evidence of infestation ceased, she would have a three year warranty. Thirty five days later rats chewed through the water feed pipe to the dishwasher resulting in over $20,000 in damage. After the repairs I called to arrange quarterly inspections, essentially bringing them more business, not knowing the date/time of their earlier mitigation work. The owner returned my call and believed I was threatening to sue the company and told me I had to prove that the damage was actually due to their negligence on their part. He escalated the tone of the conversation to the point I had to keep asking if he stood behind the quality of his work and he refused to say that he did. Needless to say I will not be doing business with On Point and will likely seek the counsel of a lawyer read more

I've worked with this company for quite a while. They are professional, courteous and most important ...honest.

We used this company in 2015 and had the lifetime guarantee. Andrew and his staff were very professional at the time of rat trapping and clean-up, but they never responded to any of my messages a few months later when we heard rats above our beds again. Now it's 2020 and we have rats in our attic again (confirmed by a different exterminator company). A couple of the wire meshes that Andrew and his team installed were not fastened at the bottom so the rats must have been sneaking in that way. No one returned the messages that I left on a Saturday, but on Monday morning, I was able to talk to a real person and she scheduled someone to come out the next day. I'm happy to say that the company was much more responsive this time around and took care of the clean up, screening, and set rat traps asap. read more

On Point Exterminating is a top notch company. I have worked with them since their inception and have never had a bad thing to say. Andrew is a phenomenal owner who will make sure satisfaction is guaranteed. I highly recommend their work, so much so, that my company (we are in the same field) will refer clients to them when we cannot accomodate their schedule. If I could give them more stars I would. Keep up the good work! read more

I have a lifetime warranty, four unreturned calls and a mouse in the kitchen. This company was amazing when the first time they came out and my mouse problem was resolved right away. Robbie was able to assess the problem right away and was professional and got the job done. Two years later the door on my water heater was off and the crawlspace under the house was open and Andrew came out July 1st or 2nd and promised to secure the door and cover the crawlspace and place traps for my new mouse. I think the door was missed as an oversight and the crawlspace was covered but not secured. Earthquake July 4th and they both popped off. I have confirmed that Andrew received all four messages and came home to a mouse July 13th. so assume traps didn't work. I duck taped the best, that I could but not a way to treat a customer and guess I have a new houseguest. read more

On Point does great work. Andrew O'Brien is the owner-operator of On Point Exterminating. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field. He is professional, reliable, and courteous. I have been using on point for the last 6 months. We first called them when we had rat issues. They were super responsive and got us in the books fast. Andrew addressed and solved our rat issue quickly and effectively! No more rats in the house! I was so happy with the results that I switched to on point from another exterminator company for ants as well. They come every 2 months to spray for ants and spiders and I haven't seen any ants/spiders in between visits. Everyone I've dealt with at on point exterminating is super fast at getting back to me and so helpful. I have recommended on point to a couple of friends already. The on point team is super friendly, professional, punctual and so easy to work with. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed! read more

Need an exterminating company? Look no further because you have found it! I have been using Andrew and Robbie for many years now and I don't plan on that changing for as long as they offer their services. Andrew the owner does an incredible job and his customers best interest is always his top priority. When hiring On Point Exterminating, you will receive an honest bid and top quality service all at reasonable pricing. Their communication is outstanding, if you call, they will answer promptly, if you text, they will text back quickly. They're work is clean and most importantly they respect your home. For some reason that is hard to come by now a days. You will not be disappointed! read more

We use OnPoint for our monthly spray service at our house. Both Andrew and Robby are great. They text the day before they are coming to ensure we know that they'll be there. Andrew is super helpful and will answer any questions we have. Would suggest then to anyone! read more

I have used On Point for a few small jobs and will continue to do so because I believe Andrew to be honest with the information he gives. I received estimates for small jobs from multiple companies in the past, and the others charged more and were too eager to tell me all the other areas my house needed treated. I appreciated that On Point differed by not jumping to the most expensive, most invasive treatment, because Andrew felt that was not needed at the time. read more

Our house had a pretty substantial rodent invasion and we were referred to On Point. Our rat problem was resolved quickly and we are happy to recommend On Point Exterminating. Andrew is polite, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Lastly, he is punctual - which anyone who has ever had to wait for a "4 hour window" for a technician to show up can appreciate! read more

We heard rats on our attic and called our termite company. They recommended On Point. We called and were astonished at the lifetime gurantee they offered. They came out, sealed everything up, made sure there were not actual rats inside when they did. We've not heard of any rats since. Thank you On Point. The technician Robert was great too. Nice to work with and a real professional. read more

If I could, I would give Andrew ZERO stars. We hired him in 2013 on the recommendation of our termite company. He came out once, did a fine job, and then convinced us to sign up for his lifetime guarantee plan ($1k!!!!!!). How many times have we seen Andrew since then? Yep, zero!!! He took our money and never looked back. We have left multiple messages and he has never bothered to return even one of those calls. Total and complete waste of money!! Buyer beware! read more
