I contacted my property management and was referred to this company in which I left a detailed message and called several times only to never have been contacted back. I then went a step further by sending a text message to the mobile number provided via the email I was sent from the company to initially set up service. My message was seen "read" 27 mins later again to never have been contacted. I couldn't dream they would do a good job if they can't/refuse to respond. Having pest/rodents in your home is very uncomfortable and this is not a company that clearly cares for the serenity of their customers. 0 STARS. FAR from "On Point" as their business is named. They lack in efficiency for customer service. We have in the past left numerous text and voice messages, and would not hear from Andrew for weeks in response. Given the fact that we have a difficult and determined rat infestation, Andrew did as best he could in keeping them completely out of our house, however, the rats continue to get into our attic and garage. This last time, I personally left two text messages and my husband left a voice mail. It's been four weeks and no response by Andrew, the owner of the company. Previously my husband left several voice mails, but was told that our home number was inadvertently blocked. We are now looking into other options such as Rodent Stop that has an A+ rating with the BBB, is accredited by the BBB, AND will clean and sanitize the area. read more

I was given Andrew's contact info by a commercial pest control company. I called On Point and very quickly was able to explain the issue and set up an appointment. I was surprised by how fast, easy, professional and complete this experience was. I recently bought an older home and it was infested with ants, spiders and other insects. My step mother had a problem with rats getting in to her home and On Point came out and she paid $700.00 for the mitigation work. The work order indicated they would come out every three to 5 days following the mitigation to monitor traps. Beyond the point, when evidence of infestation ceased, she would have a three year warranty. Thirty five days later rats chewed through the water feed pipe to the dishwasher resulting in over $20,000 in damage. After the repairs I called to arrange quarterly inspections, essentially bringing them more business, not knowing the date/time of their earlier mitigation work. The owner returned my call and believed I was threatening to sue the company and told me I had to prove that the damage was actually due to their negligence on their part. He escalated the tone of the conversation to the point I had to keep asking if he stood behind the quality of his work and he refused to say that he did. Andrew and his staff were very professional at the time of rat trapping and clean-up, but they never responded to any of my messages a few months later when we heard rats above our beds again. Now it's 2020 and we have rats in our attic again (confirmed by a different exterminator company). A couple of the wire meshes that Andrew and his team installed were not fastened at the bottom so the rats must have been sneaking in that way. No one returned the messages that I left on a Saturday, but on Monday morning, I was able to talk to a real person and she scheduled someone to come out the next day. I have a lifetime warranty, four unreturned calls and a mouse in the kitchen. This company was amazing when the first time they came out and my mouse problem was resolved right away. Robbie was able to assess the problem right away and was professional and got the job done. Two years later the door on my water heater was off and the crawlspace under the house was open and Andrew came out July 1st or 2nd and promised to secure the door and cover the crawlspace and place traps for my new mouse. I think the door was missed as an oversight and the crawlspace was covered but not secured. Earthquake July 4th and they both popped off. I have confirmed that Andrew received all four messages and came home to a mouse July 13th. so assume traps didn't work.
