Another update :( I've been going to Bending Wrenches for oil changes for the past couple of years…read moreand recently found out that tire rotation isn't included as part of their standard service. It costs an additional $10 and has to be requested separately - something I was never told during my visits. All other shops I've used include tire rotation automatically with oil changes, so this came as a surprise, especially after another tire shop pointed out uneven wear on my tires. I will now have to pay $300 to replace 2 tires early as their wear was halved due to this. Better communication from the staff would have prevented that issue. This isn't the first time I've had a problem here, but it's the one that made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend that anyone using this shop ask up front exactly what's included in their service.

Seriously took you 6hrs to evacuate the refer line, pull vacuum and then recharge to find out the compressor is bad. Took it to a Mercedes Shop the next day and they gave me a call within 2hrs confirming the Compressor which again 2hrs acceptable vs 6hrs WTF were you doing. Then on top of all this nonsense the Mercedes Shop stated the shop evacuated the line so there is no Freon. Called the other shop and the guy said oh well I'll give you back $6.00 when I was charged over 200.00 for the Freon. This Company is a scam artist and rip off BE AWARE go somewhere else not here.
