I typically only visit this Kohl's for access to the Amazon return drop…read more The drop is located in the back left corner of the store & wait times are typically very, very minimal in comparison to other drop off locations. The employees here are always very friendly! I appreciate the convenience of this location as it is near to my home, however, I experienced issues with Amazon since starting to use the drop-off service at this location. On two different occasions, I have received emails from Amazon (weeks after returning an item) that Amazon either did not receive my return or received a different item than was expected & would be charging my card if did not return the item by a given date. I have always returned the right items & consequently have had to dispute the issue with Amazon Customer Service. Both times my disputes were successful for refunds but it is still unclear to me if the processing errors were because of Kohl's procedures or Amazon's, so just FYI -- returner beware. Pro tip -- keep your return receipt! There's a 20% off coupon on each one. And sometimes this drop offers an additional coupon for 10-20% Sephora at Kohl's purchases.

I asked an employee if they had a product in stock that I saw online and she seemed to be so annoyed that I didn't say Hi how are you first. It's the south but I guess I just needed to get going. I felt embarrassed. I smiled and said good how are you and then repeated my question. She said no. And went back to work. I turned around and the item she said they didn't have had a stack right there lol. I got what I needed but wish I wasn't scolded for not being more friendly. I really do respect everyone. I grew up working in fast food, retail and childcare. Oh well the lady who checked me out was beyond friendly and helpful as I had 3 separate purchases. She let me know right away to sign up for their rewards program so I can get 20% off.

It was a smaller, but very nice store with a lot of offerings that couldn't be found elsewhere. I loved to shop here when my kids were young, and I knew I could always find an upscale outfit for myself when I needed. However, the selection seems to have started going downhill after the Hudson Bay acquisition in 2013. Every time I went in, there seemed to be fewer and fewer products and more open space. I think they tried to pass it off as more open space made it feel more boutique and more refined. I say it just made the store quicker to shop. The one exception was probably the Louis Vuitton shop. I don't know if it was actually independently operating within Saks or still a part of it, but it did always seem better staffed with a much better inventory than the rest of the store. My last visit was before the 2025 holidays. I went expecting to see much more inventory for the season. Instead, it was very sparse, and it didn't look like there was any more in there than at the end of a season with a few sale racks and not a lot of new merchandise. The system would not allow me to modify it, so I ended up creating a new appointment under my name instead of my husband's. When we arrived, we were greeted and assigned to a young associate. While he was polite, it was clear he needed more training. He had difficulty locating the right suit jacket and did not ask about preferred material, style, or fit. I ultimately had to step in and select better quality and style options myself. After directing us to the fitting room, he left to assist other customers. I noticed another associate assisting a customer nearby, and he was excellent. He measured his client, discussed styles and alterations, and was very attentive. After my husband tried on pants that were too long for his liking, I asked that associate if we were supposed to be measured. He said yes and even suggested a more tapered pant style that would better suit my husband. He then informed our assigned associate of what we needed and encouraged him to assist us properly. From that point forward, the service improved. Overall, the experience was okay. I do not believe anyone intentionally dismissed us, but I did book an appointment with the expectation of being assisted throughout the process. We were there less than 30 minutes, and I don't feel that was too much to ask.
