Summary: Do NOT shop at this place. They owe me $300+ and products. Read below for details…read more Update: it has now been 35 days since I have returned the item. I still have not received a refund or the other item I purchased. Instead, I received an email from the business owner indicating his displeasure with my review. I strongly advise against ordering from them online. I ordered two items and, aside from an automated confirmation email, heard nothing for over a week. After several attempts, I finally reached someone who informed me that one item had shipped (which it hadn't, as I discovered later) and the other was listed online by mistake. Despite the rough start, I tried to be understanding, knowing they are a small business. Unfortunately, I regret sticking with it. When I received one of the items, I needed to return it. I followed the website's return instructions but didn't hear back. After a week of calls and emails that were left unanswered, I got a response after filing a dispute with my credit card company. They asked me to cancel the dispute, return the item, and promised a refund. Trusting their word, and still wanting to support a small business, I canceled the dispute. It's been 49 days since my purchase, 17 days since the item was returned with over $100 in shipping fees, and numerous follow-ups later, I still haven't heard from them.

I made my appointment online and waited three months for my appointment date of January 30. When I walked in, I was welcomed by Robert Seda And his female colleague. They got me two new wheels for my stroller, A brand new chair, A stroller organizer and the new bumper bar for such a good price. Parking was a little bit difficult, but there is a parking lot at 75 Smith Street that is pretty affordable right down the block. The store was very inviting with all the uppa baby merchandise. They made me excited for my upcoming Bundle of joy. I just wish they had more locations Maybe in the future, they will make more. Thank you to Robert and his team For the great customer service. They made my six year old stroller look brand new!

I was happy with the customer service and I just showed my stroller to a new mom friend who pushed it around and commented on how well it functions. Highly recommend taking your Uppababy strollers here for servicing. Wish there was one in the Bay Area where we are now but the closest one is in Santa Monica. At least there is one in the state. I forget how much we paid but it was reasonable if there was a charge and I remember feeling like it was worth the visit and cost to bring the stroller there during our trip back to NYC with our then 6 mo old baby for a friend's wedding to get this done.

They make me comfortable coming in and out and not feeling like a burden. Second they really do have great customer service. They aren't pushing for a sale. They make sure they provide what you need and is ok if you don't like what they suggest. Prices vary but they have a selection of everything which is nice to see.

The first item on our wish list: a hat for our 1-year-old nephew. The clerk quickly showed us to a display of winter hats, and we found a great knit hat for roughly $30 that will hopefully stretch a bit as our nephew grows. And since we have a baby on the way, we couldn't resist looking for something fun for our babe too. Smoochie Baby carries everything from baby and infant clothes and shoes and accessories to books to nursery decor to toys. (I particularly remember that Smoochie Baby carries shoes because in perhaps an example of Brooklyn extraness, the customers who came in after us asked the clerk if they stock any vegan baby shoes.) We ended up going with a soft, plush dragon -- our future son's first stuffed animal. It seems well made and didn't break the bank at about $35. And it makes me smile every time I look at it. Smoochie Baby also offers gift wrapping. Whether you're buying for your own kids or others, this is a great place to stop.

Never going to this store again. I went to visit this store to help out a family member pick out…read moresome clothes for our Niece and Nephew. The moment I walked through the door, the man standing guard barked at me as asked me "What are you doing here?". What sort of question of that!? Obviously i'm here to shop. When I stated such, he pretty much tells me i'm not allowed because "Kids aren't allowed in here/you need to be over 18". I'll admit, I am shorter than my age suggests, but what should that matter? He even went so far as to subtly threaten me to leave, or else. Naturally, I took exception to that, and explained how bogus of a policy that is. Even if I was a youth, why should that matter? I'm here to spend money in your store, what does my age have to do with anything? What kind of department store BARS ITS TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC FROM SHOPPING IN THE FIRST PLACE?! I expressed how insulted I felt about his comments and rules, and kept telling him that I am old enough to belong. He just stared at me with such spite and hit me again with the lowkey threat. Frustrated and short on patience (I just came from a trip out-of-state and was especially tired...) I gave him my ID. Even with proof in his face, it still wasn't good enough for him. He pulled a Co-worker over for a second opinion. When the nice woman confirmed that my ID checked out (Shout out to her, btw. You rock!), it was only then that the Doorman relented and let me pass. I've had encounters with scummy people before, but I have never been so emasculated in public in all my days. To the entity who did that to me: Sort yourself out. Whether you're 13 or 130, those who walk through your doors should be treated with basic human decency. I was not some "kid" out to cause trouble, I was a Customer that YOU told that I shouldn't be gracing your store with my service. Do you ban elderly people from Arcades because they're "Too old"? So why is it ok to shoo me away because I don't look the way you expect? Shame on you, and shame on this store. You will never get my money, and I will recommend that everyone else keep theirs as well.
