I came here from Long Island for a repair on my uppa baby Vista stroller from 2019 Because the brakes were not working on the stroller. I made my appointment online and waited three months for my appointment date of January 30. When I walked in, I was welcomed by Robert Seda And his female colleague. They got me two new wheels for my stroller, A brand new chair, A stroller organizer and the new bumper bar for such a good price. Parking was a little bit difficult, but there is a parking lot at 75 Smith Street that is pretty affordable right down the block. The store was very inviting with all the uppa baby merchandise. They made me excited for my upcoming Bundle of joy. I just wish they had more locations Maybe in the future, they will make more. Thank you to Robert and his team For the great customer service. They made my six year old stroller look brand new! read more

I was in NYC for a visit and we noticed some damage to our Vista. Probably happened on our flight into town, but rather than duke it out with the airline and that we needed the stroller while in NYC, I tried my luck at the Hub in BK. I think you need an appointment, but I got there right before they opened at 9am. They were able to sneak me in. I came back at the end of the day and everything was as good as new. They also steamed/cleaned the seat area as well. The people there were very nice as well. Although we slid by without an appointment, I do not recommend it as they did get busy. read more

I used this hub service center in November 2019 for my 2016 Vista stroller and they did an excellent job cleaning and servicing it. I was happy with the customer service and I just showed my stroller to a new mom friend who pushed it around and commented on how well it functions. Highly recommend taking your Uppababy strollers here for servicing. Wish there was one in the Bay Area where we are now but the closest one is in Santa Monica. At least there is one in the state. I forget how much we paid but it was reasonable if there was a charge and I remember feeling like it was worth the visit and cost to bring the stroller there during our trip back to NYC with our then 6 mo old baby for a friend's wedding to get this done. read more

UPPAbaby - Brooklyn - 2016 Vista - Baby Gear & Furniture Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Whoever decided to put this UPPAbaby HUB here was thinking. Because: 1. This is a neighborhood that is not just overflowing with children, but also with parents who are UPPAbaby owners. 2. I live around here, and it makes it super convenient for me. If it's not convenient for you, that's less important to me. No offense. In addition to their excellent location, it's very helpful for your UPPAbaby needs. Whether you need your stroller steam cleaned because kids are grimy little monsters, or your wheels repaired because your stroller has been your kid-transporting, grocery-carrying, everything cart for nearly six years, or if you need a new tray because your second kid destroys everything she touches...they've got you covered. The guys working here were efficient (got me out faster than estimated), pretty friendly, and the replacement parts are not quite as expensive as I imagined considering how expensive UPPAbaby strollers are in the first place. I like that even though this thing functions as our vehicle half the time, we only paid for the parts, not the labor. All in all, a good experience. read more

After buying an UPPAbaby stroller a little over a year ago, this location providing service has been a godsend. Have had to come in for two different issues (broken wheel brake and frame broken) and both times we were worried about cost and the possibility of the repairs taking a few days leaving us stuck at home. Luckily both times we came in with no appt in an emergency, the staff have been super accommodating, helpful, and very quick! Haven't spent a dollar bc everything was covered on warranty. Sincerely appreciate the team that works at this location, can't thank you enough. Piece of advice: DONT FORGET TO REGISTER YOUR STROLLER WHEN YOU BUY IT!! You WILL need to get maintenance done, and you'll have to pay out of pocket because you didn't spend 60 seconds registering the stroller. Our two trips would have cost $300+ in parts alone. read more

My husband and I were in dire need of cleaning our Uppa bassinet and we had such a great experience at this Hub. Bobby and G were tremendously accommodating and considerate of us coming all the way from Queens. The process was seamless and both gentlemen were professional and courteous. We definitley recommend this hub location. read more

Big attitude from the empolyee who greeted me. Was never told to make an appt when I called in advance regarding inventory, but was given attitude when I arrived (which the employee was aware I was on my way). Bad customer service manners. I don't think it reflected will on the wholesome company I know uppababy to be. read more

You have to make reservations beforehand. They do a quick maintenance check on your uppababy . If there are issues, let them know so they can address. We waited for 10-15 minute for our stroller to be tuned. It was a nice space to wait for the stroller as it had coffee/tea and juices for the kids (or adults). There were some toys and books for the kids to entertain them. My issue is that I didn't realize you need to make separate appointments if you have more than one stroller. They were so booked up that they couldn't take my other stroller. lesson learned. read more

Great experience here getting maintenance/cleaning on a stroller I had bought used. Easy to book appointment online. Cris, the manager, was super helpful from start to finish, calling me to let me know that earlier appointments had opened up and offering to unload the stroller from my car in front of the store if I had trouble finding a parking spot (incidentally, there was plenty available on Smith street between 5-6pm on a weekday). The store is spotless and comfortable to wait in, though also lots of good businesses nearby to patronize while you wait. The wait time was a bit longer than what I had been told, but it was clear to me that this was because the guys who work there take their jobs very seriously. I also got some good info from Cris about the model and year of the stroller, which I hadn't known and hadn't thought to ask until he mentioned it. All in all, a very positive experience, and a bargain for $30! read more

This place is amazing. I needed immediate assistance with my twins's Uppababy Vista. The wheels needed replacing and the shop owner personally handled my order in time for our holiday trip. I am still impressed with the top notch customer service. I recommend this store without hesitation. Thank you again!!! read more

I had the immense pleasure of working with Chris and Bobby this morning. I showed up an hour early for my appointment since I had a work call and they took my Vista immediately regardless. My front wheel had a whole host of issues wrong with it (locking mechanism, wobbly wheels, rusted screws) and thought it was going to take forever to have it fixed. Not only was my stroller returned to me within an hour, they had replaced the whole frame! Chris had approved the change, and my stroller is in perfect working order. Thank you so much to the team! You are literally the definition of good customer service and why I will continue to buy uppababy products for myself and others forever. read more

We had a little accident and managed to snap one of the joints - took it to this hub location and, although it wasn't covered under warranty, the manager was kind enough to replace it as we hadn't used our warranty. I can't rave enough about this place and unparalleled customer service. Seriously pleased!!!!!! read more

This was fantastic, it was very easy to drop off and the young man who helped me, Gilbert, was as nice as can be. My stroller looks brand new which is very nice considering all the coffee stains we had on our stroller. Definitely would recommend. read more

1. This location is beautiful. Great snacks, free wifi, nice couches to sit on. 2. The service was excellent. They went above and beyond and my stroller looks awesome. I love that they have the replacement parts to buy here. It's very convenient. My stroller is very old and we use it a lot and it now look brand new. 3. They were friendly and easy to work with. After a long and stressful day at work and knowing I am heading home to two young kids, it was not at all a stressful appointment experience in between. That is a big deal in a busy life so I appreciate it a lot. Thank you! read more

Bottom line: They fixed, they smiled, they did it all quickly and free!!! We were travelling to Manhattan and our Uppababy Vista frame broke down. After using duck-tape to the best of our ability, we took the A train down to Brooklyn. The location of the shop was really easy to get to and once there, things started to improve immediately. Chris and Bobby were AWESOME (sorry third guy who was also great, but I can't remember his name!). They replaced our frame, and wheels for free. While we were waiting (totally short amount of time) we could enjoy magazines and a play area. We hope never to see these guys again for a broken stroller, but if we had to see anyone, it would be them! THANK YOU. read more

The service here was amazing! Chris fixed my stroller's problem and even another one that I wasn't aware of, making sure it was covered by my warranty so I wouldn't have to pay extra. I'm so happy I trekked down to Brooklyn for this - totally worth it and more! read more

Chris the manager and Bobby one of the technicians were so helpful! Excellent and easy experience. The stroller is like new!

I had an issue with my stroller and the store was closed and I was quite upset and took it out in the store reps. Within 20 minutes I had someone reach out to me to take care of the issue after working hours. Legitimately the best customer service I have ever experienced. read more

A wonderful experience! Easy to make a reservation online and they were there waiting when I arrived. Everyone was super friendly. They listened to my issue attentively then took the stroller back for a tune-up. All done in 10-15 minutes. Issue resolved; rolling better than ever. And they even cleaned up the stroller, which was really above and beyond. It looks almost new despite the daily thrashing it receives. Highly recommended. read more

So happy I made an appointment to have my stroller assessed. They took me early, new exactly what was wrong and made repairs in a matter of minutes. Very friendly, accommodating and pleasant staff. read more

Amazing spot! The staff is incredible and fast. If your item is under warranty you will get a lot of repairs and or cleanings at little to no cost. So glad this hub exists! read more

This place is really cool-they service and clean your uppa baby stroller for 30 bucks. I've gone twice and both times my strollers came back looking like new- no easy feat after carting around a messy toddler! Staff is really accommodating and squeezed me in one time even though they were fully booked. They told me it's the first and only service center in the country. This place alone is a reason to get an uppa baby stroller if you are on the fence! read more

This place is great. Our stroller was seriously beat up after three years of daily use for two kids, and the guys who work there took one look at it and immediately knew what to do. Cris, who works in the front of the store, was so helpful in pulling up the history of the stroller and even comped new wheels even though we were outside of the warranty. They also checked that the adapters were installed correctly and oiled the moving parts without me asking. Will definitely be back! read more

I made an appointment to get my stroller fixed. As soon as I'm asked in, I was welcomed by Chris who took and fixed my stroller. It didn't take long and the place was immensely clean. It was also kid friendly that my son did not want to leave. Bobby was also extremely helpful. If you have any questions about maintenance, repair, or new products... this is the place to go. They are so respectful and I will be coming here in the future. read more

Super helpful guys. Cris in particular helped me get the stroller in and out of my van (I'm very pregnant) and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-taken care of.
