"Your order is delayed". Customer service was rude and answered the phones like you were bothering them. Senior customer service reps (aka store managers) would try to smooth over, but used the "it will arrive next week" line for three weeks! I took matters into my own hands and called the actual company of stroller I was ordering. Mystrollers.com had not placed an order with them for over a month so my order was never going to be filled. Such liars. Thankfully because I got the BBB involved I did receive a prompt refund. Prompt, as in when I was sick of dealing with their lies for 4 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save your self some time and buy elsewhere. Their discount is what led me to purchase from them, but unfortunately its a deal that is too good to be true.

She texted me within just a couple of minutes, to let me know the issue was resolved & to try checking out again & she'd have them off to the side for me ready to be shipped out the following morning.
