So happy with my purchase. I was a little hesitant to buy from here as the reviews aren't great. However, going through the reviews I did notice that most of them were 10+ years old & another review pointed out it's under new ownership now. With that being said... I was looking for an extremely specific car seat (they're recently discontinued)- literally looking all over the country for the past week. I originally placed an order out of Texas (I'm in Pennsylvania) for the seat I was looking for. They cancelled my order & didn't even email me to let me know... which made me start looking again for these seats. I found Dimples Baby online & gave them a call to ensure they had the seat in stock before I ordered online... they said they'd check to make sure they physically had it on hand & would give me a call right back. Before we hung up I was like "but can you check for two??" As I failed to mention I have twins (whoops). Sharon called me back within just a couple of mins to let me know they did indeed have two I went to check out and it was only allowing me to check out for one seat, not two. Sure enough, I called Sharon again & she said she would fix the issue. She texted me within just a couple of minutes, to let me know the issue was resolved & to try checking out again & she'd have them off to the side for me ready to be shipped out the following morning. Order was placed & absolutely 0 issues. I'm very happy to be ordering with them. Customer service was 10/10. read more

Ordered my products on July 9, 2011. It's an Oeuf crib and conversion kit. My card was charged in full on July 12, 2011 (next business day). First, if you don't know, credit cards cannot be charged by law until an order is shipped. Louis was so helpful on the phone in July informing me that everything is made to order and shipped from the Oeuf. I had called to confirm the order and inquire on when it was shipping. I had no problems contacting the store. It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks to ship out. It ended up taking about 6 weeks. We received the crib at the end of August. No problem there. The problem now is the $250 conversion kit that still hasn't arrived. I spoke with Louis probably half a dozen times and he claimed that Oeuf says the conversion kit was backordered, but that it's shipped. I didn't find out that Louis the owner until I contacted the Better Business Bureau to put in a complaint on January 13, 2012. I spoke with several of his sale people at the store. All of them are young girls who pick up the phone with just a "hello." No introduction of sorts. Then when I ask if I am speak to Louis they say "who's this?" I have not reached Louis since October 2011 even though he always works there. I have left my phone number with his saleswomen several times and they always promised to call me back. They never did. My card has been charged $250 additional for a product that I have not received. I paid this charge 7+ months ago. On top of that, today is January 26th. I called the store multiple times as well as the online phone number (pretty much leads to the same thing) from 10-11:20AM. No one is answering. The last time I spoke with someone at Dimplesbaby was in the middle of December. Have they shut down? I have contacted the Attorney General's office and hope that I will atleast get my money back. read more

To all of the reviewers rating Dimples outraged and poorly, you clearly don't know Dimples. The management has been transferred over, and Dimples has gone only uphill since then. The staff is supremely knowledgeable and excited to help out. The manager is a one of a kind woman who will take you through all the steps needed to prepare for your baby's arrival. Respect is always a given. The selection of gear, toys, and furniture consists of only the most reliable and quality brands. The manager has close connections with each of these brands and can always work out any problem that comes in her way. I've received some bad customer service in my life. But Dimples Baby takes the cake. My wife and I fell in love with a Serena and Lilly crib set we saw on their website, and were pleasantly surprised when we found it for cheaper. We ordered a crib set for my soon-to-be born son (he's five weeks old now), under the assumption that we would receive it when we came home from the hospital. Well, after a week, we never received a tracking number, so I decided to call Dimples Baby. I was told that it was back ordered from the manufacturer, and would ship the following week. Fast forward to the next week. I'm given the same answer. Fast forward to the next week, and the next week. Guess what reply I got? It was back ordered. Finally, the Sunday before Thanksgiving, I decided to cancel the order. I was told that a credit would be on my card in three or four days. Knowing that it was a holiday week, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and expected to be credited the following week. Well, it's December 10th, and I have yet to receive my credit. Do yourself a favor, and don't even waste your time with this place. You'll be doing yourself a huge favor. If I could give this place zero stars, it would be too generous. read more

I have to say I had a completely different experience with Dimples. It was a pleasure! My husband and I fell in love with the oeuf sparrow crib with a oeuf sparrow changer. Dimples baby was very helpful over the phone- and I received my product in less than a week. My nursery looks awesome and the best part is they offered free shipping! After 3 weeks of calling and calling Dimples told us to dispute our payment with our Bank. After 4 emails were sent and over 37 phone calls (they do not answer their phone) someone finally answered. Their response was we do not know how to refund to a card; you need to dispute payment with your bank. We spent $900.00 and have no stroller and have no refund. It was a triplet stroller, yes we have triplets and they screwed us. Heartless. We have 4 children in diapers and they screwed us. I hope these people go out of business soon. This business preys on unsuspecting shoppers online. They advertise merchandise at just under average market prices with essentially free shipping. Shoppers buy and then they never receive the products, call to cancel, and then never receive their reimbursement. This gets drawn out over a period of months and most people probably drop the claim since they likely only invested $100-300 in baby gear. I have filed a complaint with the New York better business bureau with no reply. It looks like the only avenue to go from here is to small claims court. I have had the worst experience ever with this shop. I had purchased a floor sample wardrobe for our baby room back in November 2009 and after nearly five months of getting the runaround about the shipping, I finally received it on April 19th, two days before my due date. I was promised numerous times that the wardrobe would ship. It was supposed to arrive before my baby shower but it didn't. I also had to call the shipping company at least ten times to get an accurate delivery date. They had a hard time getting correct information from Dimples Baby. No matter how great the deal, DO NOT ORDER FROM DIMPLES BABY! We placed a big order with this store for a stroller, crib, and some smaller items. They offered a great price and Louis was so helpful on the phone prior to placing my order. Once they had my money, everything went downhill. I constantly had to call to check on my order status as it was never updated. The Oeuf crib was backordered and when I expressed concerns, I was simply told something to the effect of, "Babies don't sleep in their cribs right away anyways." When the stroller and crib arrived, one had a defect and the other was damaged. I immediately called, only to be told that if I really wanted to, they could call the manufacturer for me blablabla. I solved the issues myself with the manufacturers who, by the way, provided excellent customer service. Meanwhile, months later, the rest of my order still hadn't come in. My husband and I took turns calling Dimples and hardly ever got to talk to someone. Finally, they agreed to cancel the rest of our order. The refund took forever! We had to call multiple times about it and our calls were always ignored until we called from a different phone with a different area code. You have no idea how quickly they answered the phone that time!! We finally received our refund after many silly excuses and unanswered calls. We saved quite a bit, but not a single dollar of those savings was worth the anger and frustration of dealing with Dimples. Spend your money locally or somewhere else. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a stroller online from them. After not hearing from them with a tracking notice or shipping notice, I called to cancel the order on June 22. I was told by a person named, June that the order was canceled and that the refund would be put back on my account. Yes they charged my account without shipping an item. Over a month later and they have still not provided the refund nor the item ordered. Worst experience ever! I ordered a crib from there 3 months in advance and paid in full. I went into their disgusting over crowded store to do this. They offered to deliver it once my baby was born. So my husband called the day I had the baby and there was no crib. They claimed it was delayed and it would be a few more days. Two weeks came and went so I called the manufacturer directly. They had no order in their system for Dimples pending. The store never ordered it for me!!! When I called them to tell them this, they hung up on me. After several more crazy phone calls they eventually refunded me, but nothing was resolved. He I was with a 1 month old baby and still no crib. I think they have a problem with having enough money to pay for merchandise so they wait for the next person to come along and use that money to pay for the last one. I wish I would have read reviews prior to purchasing 2 small items from Dimples Baby. I placed an order on February 14 and my credit card was charged the next day; however, after 2 weeks I had not yet received any shipping information. I proceeded to email and call but my emails and phone messages were not returned. Their customer service is terrible. My 2 items finally shipped 3 weeks after my order was placed (and after emails and phone calls requesting to cancel my order). Once I received the package several days later, I realized that the items shipped directly from the manufacturer (Serena & Lily); I'm not sure why customer service at Dimples Baby didn't just tell me that in the first place when I asked what the delay was. While I saved about $40, the lack of available information regarding my order was unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from Dimples Baby again. read more

Plus each time I asked for a tracking number they would put me on hold and then say they would call me back. I would then get a message saying it was shipped but they had no idea what the numbers where. Really, what company does this? AWFUL!!! I should have read the other reviews before ordering from here. It has been 3 weeks and I haven't received my order. I've called many times asking and the guys keeps saying he will call me back in 20 minutes and never does. Many times when i've called, it just rings and rings. I am trying to cancel my order now because I don't believe they will ever respond to me, but can't even get ahold of them to even do that. If I don't receive a timely refund as others haven't below, I will be contacting my attorney general's office and the BBB, as I suggest the other reviewers to do this as well. I purchased a Peg Perego stroller online on August 30. After not receiving it 2 weeks later, I called the company and they said that it should ship out that day, or the following day. I waited 4 days and it still never arrived. I called back again and was told the same thing, it would be shipped out that day or the following day. After not receiving it again 4 days later, I called and was given this ridiculous story about the shipment in Italy being delayed or something like that. I am not sure why the told me for two weeks that the order was going to be shipped that day, if they didn't have the product in the first place. Needless to say, I cancelled my order that day and ordered else where. When my bank statement came in the mail the following month, the credit was never issued on my account. I called and they said they needed a new credit card number because the one they had on file didn't work. I gave them them info and here we are November 3 and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ISSUED THE CREDIT!
