The Medela breast pump was returned to Lullaby Baby in the original packaging within the return window. The breast pump was $1,849.99 and Lullaby Baby has refused to send any refund to me. Amazon customer service stated Lullaby Baby marked the entire refund as "restocking fees". Multiple emails and phone calls have been made. No response has been given to me or Amazon customer support.
