I wish this place could get zero stars. I am yet another customer that had an Identical experience. Ordered an in stock stroller before the birth of our baby (two weeks in advance). "Your order is delayed". Customer service was rude and answered the phones like you were bothering them. Senior customer service reps (aka store managers) would try to smooth over, but used the "it will arrive next week" line for three weeks! I took matters into my own hands and called the actual company of stroller I was ordering. Mystrollers.com had not placed an order with them for over a month so my order was never going to be filled. Such liars. Thankfully because I got the BBB involved I did receive a prompt refund. Prompt, as in when I was sick of dealing with their lies for 4 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is a scam! Just look at all the negative experiences. They take your money, and do not send anything. You will have to "dispute" the credit card charges to get your money back. Horrible company! Both my items were in stock when I ordered them. Two weeks later I still hadn't recieved a shipping status, so I looked online at my order to find out both were out of stock. I called and they told me it was going to be a week until both items would be in. So I waited. A wk went by and still nothing. Called again and was told it was going to be one more wk for one item and two more wks for the other. Ok, so I waited. Still nothing! By this point a month had gone by, so I called and canceled. My experience is identical to the one of Angy S. I bought from mystrollers.com Maxi-Cosi carseat adaptor, the item was theoretically in stock. After I while I have been notified that the order was delayed because the item was out of stock. I waited 1 week and asked if the could estimate the delivery. The replied: 1 week. After another week without getting any shipping information I decided to cancel the order. I received a nice confirmation email about the order being canceled and the refund processed, but 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. In summary, in 5 weeks no car seat adaptor (that I bought from Amazon in the meantime) and no refund. So terrible company - if you are buying something here you are taking the risk of just waisting your money. read more

This is the most ridiculous store that I have ever ordered from. On 9/21/13 I ordered Hauck Malibu Stroller, Car Seat Adaptor, Bassinet, Bassinet Stand In Petrol from this site. I received the package the next week only to find out that it came missing some parts, specifically the stroller came without back wheels and Bassinet Stand came without the top part. I called the company and was told that the items ship directly from the manufacturer. Then I was connected on a three way call with the manufacturer and was promised that the missing items will be delivered by next Monday (this was Wednesday) There was nothing delivered on Monday so I contacted the company via e-mail and was told that they did not even ship the items as they ship to US only on Wednesdays and I already missed my opportunity. So, on Wednesday I asked to be provided with a tracking number for the package and still have no response from them. I need my stroller now that is why I ordered it in advance. I am yet another unsatisfied customer of mystrollers.com. I ordered a Clek Foonf car seat, and I should've known there would be trouble when I was allowed to use their "limited time" 15% off coupon on it. No other legit sites would allow coupons to be used on Clek items. I ordered on a Saturday...by the following Thursday, the order status was still "order being picked." I called their customer service and was told it was being transferred over from another warehouse and would ship the next week. When I called today to find out the status, I was told that the last one in-stock was supposedly damaged, and now they have to wait for a new shipment to come in. Of course, my card was charged when I ordered (not when the item ships, as most other websites do). I wish I'd read the reviews sooner! I cancelled my order today...no e-mail confirmation of that yet, but I sent an e-mail of my own to their customer service to confirm the cancellation. I was told I would see a refund processing to my card in 5-7 business days, but after reading the rest of their reviews, I am skeptical. Worst communication and maybe the worst etailer I have ever experienced. I got a purchase confirmation right away. When following up a week later, I found a tracking number and evidence a shipping label had been printed. No pickup by shipper was shown (UPS and those guys are good). Called late Friday to find they close at 5 PM and are not around on weekends. Called Monday and was told the shipment was 'lost'. Others have confirmed. These guys are a total fraud. I regret ever ordering from this place. I ordered a Britax car seat on January 5, 2015. On January 11th, I received an email that it would be shipping next week. On the 13th I checked the status via email. They replied with "We checked with the warehouse and the item is out of stock. We are expected to be shipping this out beginning of next week. We are so sorry for the delay" On the 15th I received an email that it was back ordered. On the 27th I sent an email asking the status. On the 28th they sent me an email stating "Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us, We are still waiting on a shipment to come into our warehouse from Britax. It is expected to be shipping out next week" On Feb 11th I sent an email checking the status. To which they replied asking if I want a refund because its still out of stock. I figured at this point I would just wait it out. I mean how much longer can it be... a week or 2. They offered a different color that was in stock. I looked up the color name and it was pink. Except I have a boy, so thats a problem. On March 9th (1 month later) I requested a refund. There has been some more back and forth emails about me asking where my refund is. This is my worst online shopping experience. I ordered an item (Sopora mattress) almost 1 month ago. According to the mystrollers.com website, "You can order with confidence that all the items that you order are in stock. However, unforeseen demand or manufacturer's delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. If at the time of your order an item is not in stock, and delay will be more than one week (or less if a rush order) our customer service department will notify you of the delay. " After 1.5 weeks, I received no notice of delay or shipment so I checked on their website for the status of my order and the status was "Item being picked". I e-mailed their customer support and was informed by their customer support that the item would ship at the end of that week. After the end of that week, I e-mailed them again asking about when the item would ship and I was informed, without any explanation, that the item would ship at the end of the next week (three weeks past their first shipping estimate and one month after my order). I responded with dissatisfaction with this shipping estimate and the lack or explanation; their response was that my mattress would ship in next 24-48 hours. After such time passed, I still received no shipping information so I e-mailed them again asking for an explanation and have received no such explanation or shipping information. I have just sent an e-mail to cancel my order. Almost a month has passed since I first ordered my supposedly in-stock item. I might have had a little more patience had I not seen other similar experiences mentioned on Yelp. However, in light of many similar experiences it seems like timely shipment/adequate stocking/inventory management/integrity of customer support is a systemic problem with this company. read more

Our experience with this site turned out to be the opposite from the reviews left here, so I figure the site deserves some recognition. We ordered from mystrollers.com on Thanksgiving to take advantage of the discount they were offering that day. I had not looked up any reviews on the site prior to placing the order, and I'm glad I didn't as I would've passed up on this site after seeing the reviews on here. We ordered on a Thursday, received a shipping confirmation the next day, and even with the holiday weekend, we received our order exactly a week after receiving the shipping confirmation. In addition to the the discount, we received free shipping on our $350 car seat, and received it in a timely manner. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. read more

Stop. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I live in the NY area, and I am very tempted to take a ride out to Brooklyn to check out the address provided and see if this is actually a legitimate store/business. I am starting to get the feeling that this is something being run out of someone's basement. It just does not make sense that all of the reviews say the exact same thing. When I ordered the item (my credit card was charged immediately of course), the website indicated the item was in stock. A week later, I checked the status and saw that it still says "in stock". I emailed an inquiry about shipping. Only then was I advised in the return email that the item was out of stock. I immediately cancelled the order on 2/8/15. On FEBRUARY 17, 2015, I was advised it takes "up to 1 month" for the refund to be processed and the money returned to the credit card. I am writing this review on APRIL 5, 2015, and I still do not have my money back. I am now getting the BBB involved. Never ever again. I repeat: Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I have had a bad experience with this company. Wish I could give no stars. Their website said the booster I wanted was available and I paid $260 with PayPal. The booder seat was supposed to arrive in 7 days. On the seventh day I received an email that it would be dalayed another 7-10 days because it was out of stock. When I emailed back asking why their website had not reflected the actual availability of the product, I received a reply that it was because it was the end of the year. (?!) 10 days went by, and no booster seat arrived. Another week, no booster seat, and no further emails from the company with any updates. At one month past my order, I sent an email asking for an update. I received an email today saying that it was still out of stock, no anticipated date of availability. I emailed back telling them to cancel my order right away and to refund my money right away. I am glad I went through Pay Pal, as I can open a dispute through them if I don't receive a prompt refund. My advice: DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. At best, they have very poor processes and communication, and their website does not accurately reflect product availability.
