Again, no sorry & I said "I guess I'll just have to scrape it off. Ok thanks." Happens every time, so I just expect it. I used to work at this mall for over 10 years about 13 years ago & every single thing has changed. Haven't heard of any of the stores except the staples. Felt like I was on another planet. Don't understand how they have a fancy-ish restaurant in a place with such high rent. I don't get it. Super disappointed & now I know it's not worth my time, money, energy, & gas! Miss the old Bruxie once again. Don't know why I even bothered. Just going to have to recreate the sang myself if I ever want it again, which wud be a huge pain. Every single thing is like this. Clear communication and attentive listening are essential in customer service, and I hope this location can reinforce those standards with staff particularly for employees handling customer orders.
