Everything is more unhealthy & focused on cutting costs. Every time a restaurant gets bought out, it changes for the worse. The whole world has as every year goes by & especially since the Pandemic. I cud go on forever about this. But no one cares. I can't find anything I love anywhere anymore. I spend countless hours in an endless search for quality stuff that's got something sort of close to what I'm looking for and it's always a struggle trying to adjust & having to ask if they can do what they used to. With how oily these types of places are typically, I found that Bruxie's isn't too bad and just the right amount for the spice to stick. I got the chicken and waffle plate. I must say the waffle was super light and fluffy. I was kinda surprised that it was as tasty as it was. The chicken strip was very tender and juicy.
