We work with master gardeners and designers so we don't generally hire LJ for landscaping. The total paid to LJ including labor and supplies was approx $30,000. Many of the projects were completed to our delight, some to our satisfaction, and most recently we noticed a slip in quality. Overall we recommend LJ. And would suggest Ro anyone engaging them to walk everything down - grading, elevation, proper footing, dimensions, methods TWICE. Go over everything twice. Make sure you are on the same page and that the final intended put-through end result is CLEAR. He sounded very nice and he immediately came out to provide a free estimate. I checked with my coworkers and they were blown away with how affordable the estimate was in comparison to their experiences with other tree services. Edwin came out with his crew and efficiently and safely cut down and removed the tree. They also cut some other scary looking branches on nearby trees. Manuel arrived with a large team and was extremely organized, starting all work on time and was here all day. A small team returned the next day to complete part two of the job, demonstrating great commitment. Not only did they leave my backyard looking even neater than when they arrived, but Manuel's team also went above and beyond by weeding and mulching the front yard and side yard (not pictured) with extra mulch at no additional cost -- even though it wasn't part of the original scope. Pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Manuel truly lives up to the positive reviews I read beforehand, which is why I decided to give him a try.
