Tree & Stump had grown around a steel pole, so it was a real mess. Pedro got all of the stump that he could out and did such a great job cleaning up the area. You almost couldn't tell anything had been there! They were here and gone in only 3 hours, so very efficient. Other companies take at least 4 -5 hours. Their prices are better than other tree companies I have worked with, too. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely use them again. Scheduler only mentioned stump grind to their team so debris was not scheduled to clear. Crew came in today to do the job, all debris was left. Emailed staff for removal and Rick stated they would need to come another day and for another surcharge of the stump grind (Service was $454 and the quote to remove debris was an added $454 for a separate day total $908). Stump roots were left extruding 4inches above curb in some areas and a ton of root left over in general above the sidewalk level. Wouldn't have been a problem, but I have to either hire another company to get rid of roots right off the stump or buy a chainsaw which pretty much defeats the purpose of hiring someone. Called for NW Tree Specialists, but they said they were absorbed by SavATree

I'd been told by other arborists that these trees needed trimming. When I asked Scott if my trees needed trimmed he asked, "Why?". He said they were fine as they were. That saved me a huge amount of money right there. He walked around the rest of my land giving good advice, and he didn't feel the need to do many things the other arborists wanted to do. This alone was even more money savings for me. Scott was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. When we did decide what needed to be done, he sent out his crew who were very respectful and courteous. I had a tree cut down and other trees trimmed, and the crew cleaned up nicely so I didn't have extra debris on my yard. They were very efficient. I am not a friend or relative of Scott, but just someone who wants to give a good review to a company definitely worth it.
