They don't seem to answer their phone; leave a message and they will call you back in a day or so. Stock is spotty: they didn't have several of the types of wood they advertise on my first attempt. On the second effort, they were able to deliver ash (tree wood, not burnt leftovers). The guy on the phone said that it was "mostly" seasoned. Sold it for the price on the website. We skipped stacking this time, because read my previous review. The guys showed up on-time, dumped it, and left. No problem there. Wood quality is decent: some popping, but generally dry. I'm happier with my recent purchase than the first time.

There were no hidden fees and the quoted price was the price I paid. Payment was only accepted once the job was done. 2) The quality of work was great and they hustle the entire time they work. The did the job right the first time. 3) The teamwork of the crew to get things done right and safely. 4) When they came, they reviewed the underground digging issues and knew the internet cable would be cut during the stump grinding process. They scheduled the grinding for another day so the cable/internet cable group could be called to put in a temporary line. They were excellent!…read more The first thing that made me want to use them is when Scott came out to look at my various fruit trees. I'd been told by other arborists that these trees needed trimming. When I asked Scott if my trees needed trimmed he asked, "Why?". He said they were fine as they were. That saved me a huge amount of money right there. He walked around the rest of my land giving good advice, and he didn't feel the need to do many things the other arborists wanted to do. This alone was even more money savings for me. Scott was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. When we did decide what needed to be done, he sent out his crew who were very respectful and courteous. I had a tree cut down and other trees trimmed, and the crew cleaned up nicely so I didn't have extra debris on my yard. They were very efficient. They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry of an estimate. In deciding to go with them, Gordon and his crew were outstanding and amazing in their removal of the trees without any fence or deck damage. And, all in one day! Their clean up of all the debris was impeccable, including replacing heavy yard items I had not been able to move out of their way initially. My neighbors even complimented their courtesy, professionalism, and care as they had to clean up a bit of lighter debris that had fallen into their yard.
