Jose, owner, paid me a visit shortly after I entered a request with Angi, he shows up and within an hour, I get a good estimate (other companies took 2-5 days to send me an estimate) and an hour later he asked if I could review the estimate and to begin the project since Portland was iced in. I had 4 different crews for various aspects of the project, each team was well coordinated, communicated within the team and with me as the customer. They were safe, efficient, treated my property like their own, avoiding any further damage to an already huge mess of tree due to the January 2024 winter storm around Woodland, WA. Due to the multiple aspects of the project, multiple tree removal, his estimate was half as much as other companies. A great company that I would highly recommend for any of your tree removal projects.

He wouldn't take any payment for the visit despite our offers. So, in May we reached out to have all the trees in our backyard trimmed as they were due. Jay came out to handle that project. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and tremendously considerate of our home and property. The final result was amazing, and we couldn't be more pleased. They spent about five hours on the project and showed the care and precision characteristic of arborists. We will be using Cascade Tree Works exclusively for our trees and highly recommend them.

There were no hidden fees and the quoted price was the price I paid. Payment was only accepted once the job was done. 2) The quality of work was great and they hustle the entire time they work. The did the job right the first time. 3) The teamwork of the crew to get things done right and safely. 4) When they came, they reviewed the underground digging issues and knew the internet cable would be cut during the stump grinding process. They scheduled the grinding for another day so the cable/internet cable group could be called to put in a temporary line. No disruption of services! 5) It's a small business doing good work locally. 6) The people working for this company are good people.

I'd been told by other arborists that these trees needed trimming. When I asked Scott if my trees needed trimmed he asked, "Why?". He said they were fine as they were. That saved me a huge amount of money right there. He walked around the rest of my land giving good advice, and he didn't feel the need to do many things the other arborists wanted to do. This alone was even more money savings for me. Scott was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. When we did decide what needed to be done, he sent out his crew who were very respectful and courteous. I had a tree cut down and other trees trimmed, and the crew cleaned up nicely so I didn't have extra debris on my yard. They were very efficient. I am not a friend or relative of Scott, but just someone who wants to give a good review to a company definitely worth it.

Quotes were sent to my email, with a link to accept then schedule, it was seamless and incredibly easy to do. Many other companies I reached out to, honestly, seemed to not know entirely, the job. Zach communicated well for scheduling as well as on the day the work was to be done regarding his arrival. His knowledge backs up his passion for this line of work, it's not simply "cutting branches", it's doing so properly that the tree can still thrive and look good. He thinned out the tree, as I requested, and got the job done in less than 2 hours. He also removed all the branches he cut, to dispose of, and took a leaf blower to make sure no debris was left behind. Top notch! Price point is exactly what I needed, I recently lost my job, and this needed to be done, so I'm extremely thankful it was affordable!
