I'd been told by other arborists that these trees needed trimming. When I asked Scott if my trees needed trimmed he asked, "Why?". He said they were fine as they were. That saved me a huge amount of money right there. He walked around the rest of my land giving good advice, and he didn't feel the need to do many things the other arborists wanted to do. This alone was even more money savings for me. Scott was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. When we did decide what needed to be done, he sent out his crew who were very respectful and courteous. I had a tree cut down and other trees trimmed, and the crew cleaned up nicely so I didn't have extra debris on my yard. They were very efficient. On 10/02/19 finally around 4:30pm I received a call back from Anna and as I picked up to start talking she hung up so I called her right back and had to leave another message and waited for another 20 minutes before she called me back and said I must have butt dialed you and that she needed to call me back anyway. We start talking about days that would work for us and she had one day in mind but it was not good for me, so I gave her 3 other options that would work and she couldn't give any answer and said that she would have to call me back with the answer on 10/03/19. On 10/03/19 at 7am I called them again to set up a day and a time and once again no answer ... still waiting for her to call me back. This company only has 2 guy's on the job and 2 guys on call and no cherry-picker or a lift. 10/04/19 by this time I have called 4 other companies and have had quicker responses back. At this point I will not be using this company. Poor customer relations, lack of  communication, therefore their services are probably poor and worthless.

Jacob took my call to ask about an estimate to have a Japanese maple tree pruned. He didn't sound as "polished" as other businesses did, but he was "out and about" so he could be at my house in an hour to give an estimate. He showed up within the hour and his bid was very competitive. He called me back and said he had a man available that same afternoon, so Michael came and did the pruning and asked me from time to time what else I might wanted removed. He did exactly as a I wanted. He removed all cut branches and used a leaf blower to clean up. They don't use a credit card machine, so you will pay with cash or check. Also a reason for the 4-star rating. I suggest to them that they tell the customer upfront. Total cost: $300 as was quoted.
