Hi Mr. Ulrich First let me say thank you for your time. I called a purchase tickets on April 7th I belive. I looked up the event and tried to purchase disability tickets and there was no option so I called the number on the website. I spoke with a very nice representative I belive the first guy was John. The first thing I asked and addressed was that I have kidney failure and needed disability seats. I remember him offering what he showed was left and offered to even waive a couple of fees if I booked now. I accepted because there was no option on the site for disability seating. Never once did he inform me that I could call another box office. I bought the tickets as a graduation gift for my son I have never personally bought tickets and did not know there was the option to check availability with another box office. Since the event is so near I decided to review my recipe and noticed nothing mentioned disability so I decided to call. I first spoke with jade and then request to speak with a supervisor I got Jessica.  I explained my situation she was not very receptive and started to be very rude I asked to escalate my complaint and was denied I never once asked for a refund I asked could I listen to the original recording was denied. I called back and spoke to Josh was even more rude and offered no resolution to the fact that I was misinformed. He never even addressed my complaint with a clear mind. Only backed up Jessica and never even listened to the call. All he repeatedly said was sale my tickets and buy from another box office which I did not know was a option. I work for Wells Fargo in the escalation department for over 11 years and our goal is to de escalate any situation and not be rude to customers and hang up on customers repeatedly..  never once did I ask for a refund. I was trying to get help on if I asked for disability seating why that not what I received.  If you can please go and listen to the first call and the fallow up calls. I find it hard to believe that and company would allow there employees to speak to customers in this way when they have been misinformed. I would have called around for disability because that's what I needed. Why treat people who are disabilities so poorly. read more

This place is a total scam! They resell tickets wayyyy over face value (in my case, by almost 10x). They add a bunch of charges to the tickets you purchase as well. Customer service is a nightmare. STAY AWAY!!! You're much better off buying the tickets from the source or even another resale site that is more reasonable. read more

I was sceptical. I purchased from Event Tickets Sales by accident via a redirct url. after realizing I bought from a broker, I was worried and began reading all the ripoff reports and other reviews. Several emails to them, the ripoff reports reviews were explained to me and I figured I would have to wait it out. The ticket download arrived when they said it would, and they got us in to the ball game. The tickets I got were 100 level under the Hit It Here Cafe at Safeco. The price was $24 per seat. Avoid this service at all means, it is a rip-off This service resells the tickets they buy from other services and charge double prices. They pay for Google advertising to show up at the top of the search list when you are looking for the tickets. Do not use them! Check other services and you see that the prices are much cheaper! This is a rip off. I bought tickets for $78 each which Ticketmaster sells for $42. On the top of that they charged $21.84 service fee per ticket in addition to the $36 profit they already made per ticket, and charge $7.95 fee for electronic delivery, which nobody else does. So they sell you a $42 ticket and make at least $58 profit on it - nice! When I tried to cancel the order right after making it by mistake, they did not reply for 14 hours, then they processed the order and replied - oops, sorry, already processed, cannot cancel now. Be aware!!!! Tickets only come by snail mail. If there are delays with UPS which there often are (as it is the most unreliable mail service in the country) you will not get your tickets in time. This service purchases tickets then sells them at a premium. You can often get better seats for a better price with other services such as Ticketmaster. They don't have tickets digitally only hard copies which poses many issues. Unbelievably dissapionted. read more

This place jacks up the price for tickets, more than half the ticket value for a process fee (per ticket) then charges 0.20 difference for them to mail via postal mail or email even though you still need to print the ticket yourself when it is emailed. When questioned they just tell you youa re agree to the price of the ticket and are extremely rude. At the end of the phone call they try to sign you up for additional monthly charged discounts. They are handle business poorly, with them the customer is never right. I reccommend not using this service! read more

I am extremely angry and frustrated. I was charged $178.55 for 2 tickets to the Albany-Berkshire Ballet - The Nutcracker. This was held at Symphony Hall in Springfield, MA on Saturday, December 16, 2017. I received my 2 tickets which had a face value of $23.00 plus a $6.75 and $2.00 fees. The total for these 2 tickets should have been $63.50. This means that the company charged an additional fee of $115.05. This is outrageous!!! I will be looking into ways to legally address this! Definitely one of the more challenging concert ticket purchases I have ever made. Just know that Event Ticket Sales, LLC runs the website: http://www.box-officetickets.com. They buy Google ads, so that when you search for an artist and a venue, they come up as one of the first links on your search return page. They are a private ticket broker, and have no affiliations with bands the venues that they are selling. Nothing wrong with this, just wanted all to know what I eventually figured out, in essence, I'd consider them an online ticket scalping service. They had pretty good seats for the show I wanted to see, so I bought 3. Now one thing they guarantee is that you'll get your tickets before your show date. During the purchase process, I selected FexEx Express Saver, as it was one of the choices. Once I got my receipt, (which by the way had a hefty $49.71 service fee & $13.95 for shipping) it occurred to me that that might be a tight turnaround, as it was Wednesday AM, and the show was the coming Saturday. I immediately emailed the company asking if the tickets were going to arrive on time. No one ever replied to my email that day, on Thursday, nor on Friday. On Friday I Googled for a phone number, because there wasn't one on my confirmation email, and I see all this negative press about this company that they are a fraud and they just rip you off. Great, I think. I got scammed. I call the company. It took me 2 tries after very long holds to get through to a rude woman, who eventually put me through to John-the supervisor. I ask if I am going to get my tickets on time, and John says, yes. I ask for a tracking number (which they don't send to you like normal companies do when your order ships) and I see the package is slated for a MONDAY delivery. The concert is on Saturday. So I call John back (another long hold) and ask why he said they would arrive on time when Fex Ex wasn't bringing them until Monday. He says that he had talked to Fed Ex to expedite the order to arrive by Saturday..okaaaay...but this was not being reflected on the FedEx site. I call FexEx and ask where the package is and they confirm that it is wrapped in a bundle that is set for Monday delivery. *Sigh*. They don't know anything about an 'expedited order', but once I explain the situation about Sat night concert tickets, the woman at FedEx says she'll 'see what she can do'. Long story short, it took 2 different people at 2 different stations to get me my package that day. If I hadn't called John or FedEx, spending 1/2 a day trying to figure out if my tickets were coming, my tickets would NOT have arrived on time. And the most ridiculous part, was that my tickets shipped FROM Los Angeles, to Memphis, TN, to Sun City, CA only to get shipped BACK to Los Angeles? Talk about inefficient FedEx! Here's the net-net with Event Ticket Sales: -You're going to pay more than face value for your tickets (ours were only about $10 over FV) -You're going to pay a large service fee which seems to be a % on your total sale -The company doesn't appear to be very well oiled on making sure they're living up to their 'arrive on time guarantee' and on the same note, they don't send you a tracking number so you can check in on arrival. The positives I will give them are: -Our tickets were real (I was worried they'd be fake) -And I will say is that our tickets were in a great location (I think this company buys tix early and gets the better seats) So, if they have the seats you want...go for it, just know you're gonna pay more and follow up on your order!!!! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BEWARE! I bought 4 tickets to the circus in my town and we were turned away at the door because the tickets were not valid. I paid almost $200 for the tickets. I googled the arena and somehow I got redirected to this company to buy the tickets. The arena showed me how they could tell the tickets were not valid. I contacted the company but do not know the resolution yet because there were no supervisors available and no one could authorize my refund. There may be a police report in my future.... read more

Was scared first because of slow time to email tickets for printing and reading bad reviews. But, the problem was dealt with and I did recieve my tickets. But the fees for ticket printing were bad compared to 0 fees for the same seats on hubstub. After I voiced concerns, staff took care of issue and phoned me of progress. I bought, or thought I had, tickets for Sam Smith in San Francisco for my wife's Christmas gift. $93 each plus service fee of $44.64 plus shipping of $7.50. Grand total two tickets $238.14. Purchased on 10/22/14 but had not received tickets even though I had called and emailed 5 times. Each time the response was that they would be shipped or "emailed" within two weeks of concert. So 1/15/2015 nearly 3 months after buying the tickets, there is no sign of them. I sent another email and received a voice mail and email that they could not find tickets and were refunding the tickets. No notice...nothing. When I called to get an explanation, not only could they not explain why, they would not offer an apology. Never go to this service. Nothing but amateur and a huge disappointment. Paid $106/ticket for $65 face value tickets. Which, okay, it's a resale site. I get that. But THEN at checkout, they charged ANOTHER $34.98 per ticket for their "service fee". Still, I wanted the tickets for a special gift, so I proceeded. Because they were a gift, I paid ANOTHER $15.00 fee to have the tickets mailed to me so that I could present a nicer gift. Worst experience ever! The ticket prices are high with super high ticket fees. The seller never sent me my email to transfer the tickets. And now I'm 2 hours from my show start time and they can't do anything for me. It's the dumbest system ever. The Jingle Ball was a disaster! It took 3 hours in traffic on a Friday night and another 30 minutes to park. An hour into the show and the Forum closed all but one line to screen guest - so more delays! There was a lot of down time between artist - the show moved slow. We left before Ed Sheehan and Taylor Swift because the parking attendant told us it would take 2 1/2 hours to get out of the parking lot. I was redirected from the 9:30's site to Event Tickets LLC and here's how the ticket price broke down: $340 (up price $85 per tix) $81 (Service Fee) $13 (delivery) I called customer service and they gave me the usual, all sales are final.
