Went to the Australian Pink Floyd concert here. When we initially arrived, we were able to go to their outdoor seating area and hang out for a while. They had plenty of drink options, none were too expensive, but you also know you're going to pay more when going to an event. They also have food, which we found out later, and that was a realistic price as well! There were plenty of attendants throughout the area so if you needed help finding where to go, you had plenty of luck. The concert was great! Went with my dad and it was entertaining to see so many 60+ year olds jamming out and having a great time. Kinda crazy to still be one of the youngest people there and be in your mid 30s! The sound was great no matter where you were and we went around and took note of where we would want to ideally sit next time we go to a show. There was a bit of time that someone had spilled their drink in the walkway and it took quite a while for it to get cleaned up. Given the amount of attendants there, that was a little surprising.

Went to the Steelhouse Omaha for a rock concert a friend invited me to. Rock isn't usually my go-to, but I still had a good time. The venue and sound system are impressive. It is loud, clear and you can feel it without feeling overwhelmed. There is also an outdoor area where you can hang out and socialize before the concert starts. The whole place is well set up for a fun evening out. Great experience and I hope to go back for another show.

My girlfriend and I got to see Andrew Santino perform at Steelhouse. The venue is always well operated and well organized. You feel safe inside because there's multiple security officers to keep your security intact. The speakers inside were of course super loud but really added to the experience of seeing Santino perform (no matter if you're at the back or at the front, it felt like he was talking in front of you!) Food was a nice warm pretzel and drink was a nice coke! Good venue overall!

Great venue. Came here to see Trey Kennedy on his comedy tour. Didn't try any food. Service was fast and easy. Ambiance is super nice with seating that is kinda tight. I was pleasantly surprised how many people can occupy. Sounds system and lights inside are great. All and all great show and great venue. Highly recommend.

We visited Steelhouse for the first time this weekend to see a comedian. We bought tickets at the balcony level, not knowing this was considered the "club" level. I wish Steelhouse did a better job at advertising this since there were certain benefits we were unable to use (better parking, shorter line to get in.) The line to get in was INSANE. I'm talking around the building. For a venue this size, this seems to to point to some inefficiency in the check-in process. However, once we were in I was very impressed with the venue. It's a really cool vibe with plenty of bathrooms and bars. At the "club" level, AKA balcony seating, there are extra bars and bathrooms. I thought it was interesting that they also sell food. Others have commented that the drinks were expensive, but I found them comparable to other venues. Overall, this is a really nice mid-sized venue to bring great acts to downtown Omaha.

Went to my first show here on a Wednesday evening. The place is really easy to navigate its a nice small very well done venue. I was surprised how friendly and upbeat the staff seemed here, not something I'm used to. I like it. We started with seats in the back and the view was just fine but a staff member came around and offered us seats up in row three, that was very much appreciated. I look forward to another show here as they had ample restrooms, bar space and overall very cool vibe.

Went to see Andrew Santino at this venue, and my boyfriend and I got a strawberry vodka lemonade each. I think it was $15 each, and the venue guards approached a few of us and asked if we wanted a straw to go along with our drink, which really left us a positive impression of the staff members. The ambience was nice, as the seating for the event was adequate and fit a lot of us in without feeling too cramped. Good venue

For one its easy to get here! There is a parking garage right around the corner and multiple places to get drinks and food nearby. Staff is pretty friendly from the few times i had interactions getting drinks. The actual Stage area is mostly standing room but im sure they put chairs out depending on the show. There is a second tier installed seating. On the main floor there are bars on both sides! you seriously only have to walk like 20ft to get another drink haha! The restrooms are pretty big and right off the main areas. By the main entrance and bar area there is an outdoor area which is huge although the night i went luckily not many were outside because there was probably only 10 sporadic tables and chairs.

Amazing modern club style venue for live music. Multiple bars on each level. Great views from anywhere in the house. Nice outdoor patio to enjoy on a warm evening during intermission. A music visit if you're a music lover

Always an awesome experience, great staff. There is high energy within. Guest experiences are always outstanding. Many patrons return for another event. Facility is located within the Capitol District

A very good venue to watch a concert. The food was good and the music was great. It's a smaller venue but that is what makes it better.

We came recently to experience Omaha Symphony + guest conductor Christopher Allen + guest violinist Francisco Fullana play Johann Strauss II, Montgomery, and Stravinsky's Firebird. There's a large area on the second floor where tables and chairs are set up for conversations and presentations. The check in and security was smooth and simple, they have metal detectors which I appreciate for safety. We had lots of help from the patrons to help us find our seats. My husband surprised me with 2nd row seats for the show, it was amazing being that close to the performance! The drinks were just okay. I wanted a coffee at intermission and when I asked what coffee they serve, she said "decaf," which is as a little annoying. I want to stay awake which is the purpose of coffee, and I still don't know if it's a good coffee or simple Folgers. We opted to share a glass of Chardonnay, served in a plastic cup with a lid. We shared the Valentine's menu; two starters, two entrees, and two dessert options resulted in us trying one of everything. The starters: Crudo--our surprising favorite--contained buttery yet tart scallops we couldn't shut up about, and fresh made tortellini in a rich red pepper sauce we were spooning out at the end. The entrees: a perfectly cooked crusted, yet tender steak with alarmingly good seasoned hasselback fingerling potatoes, and tender swordfish on a bed of creamy cous cous. The dessert: tart lemon mousse cake was a refreshing end, and a dark chocolate, caramel dish with chantilly I was adding to everything. I had a glass of brut champagne with the dinner and it acted a good cleanser between the numerous tastes but my date had the wine pairing, and that too, complimented everything perfectly. It seems horribly laid out, almost every time I go, we go the wrong direction to our seats because signs don't direct you properly and are confusing, even venue staff seem confused at how to direct you to your seats. This results in a lot of backtracking as the venue is huge. Most seats are nice but the very upper bowl is very steep, terrifying and never a desirable spot to be in. More recently, I've gone to Disney on ICE and have become even more unimpressed that they have zero diaper changing tables--it's just a hard counter out in the open. One time I even walked to the family bathroom, still a counter. I understand that most shows/events here aren't exactly for small children but to not even have that accessibility is wrong (and then expect people to bring in clear bags so your child doesn't have a cover/cushion at all to change them on). Seems like this would be a minor adjustment the venue could make to improve quality, and it can't be that expensive with all of the money they make on parking and concessions . Pros are of course that it is a big venue that gets decent shows and service from concession staff has always been friendly, even during packed shows.
