The tickets I was sold were not valid and were rejected at the venue. I would not recommend anyone take a risk with this company.

I spoke the the event organizer and provided the number Box Office ticket gave me and they told me that they were invalid tickets and to request my money back. Box Office TS told me I would not have an issue the night of the concert (valentines day btw). First thing i was asked at the venue was what were the last 4 digit of the card that was used to purchase the original tickets (4 of them). When I tried to reach Box Office TS they were closed, but they were kind enought to respond to my request the follow morning (day after) and they gave me my credit card no. I WAS NOT THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE this cost me $850.00

This is a lousy ticket reseller who may be working in collusion with major league baseball to…read moredefraud customers. I bought 2 tickets to a spring training game, paid for them then was directed to major league baseball.com to download their app to get my tickets. Well it was impossible to log into this app. Customer service at both companies blame each other and resolved nothing. I ended up filing complaints with the FTC, my states attorney general, the BBB and now await my bank to fight fraud and dispute charges. Never go thru this website.

Hi Mr. Ulrich…read more First let me say thank you for your time. I called a purchase tickets on April 7th I belive. I looked up the event and tried to purchase disability tickets and there was no option so I called the number on the website. I spoke with a very nice representative I belive the first guy was John. The first thing I asked and addressed was that I have kidney failure and needed disability seats. I remember him offering what he showed was left and offered to even waive a couple of fees if I booked now. I accepted because there was no option on the site for disability seating. Never once did he inform me that I could call another box office. I bought the tickets as a graduation gift for my son I have never personally bought tickets and did not know there was the option to check availability with another box office. Since the event is so near I decided to review my recipe and noticed nothing mentioned disability so I decided to call. I first spoke with jade and then request to speak with a supervisor I got Jessica.  I explained my situation she was not very receptive and started to be very rude I asked to escalate my complaint and was denied I never once asked for a refund I asked could I listen to the original recording was denied. I called back and spoke to Josh was even more rude and offered no resolution to the fact that I was misinformed. He never even addressed my complaint with a clear mind. Only backed up Jessica and never even listened to the call. All he repeatedly said was sale my tickets and buy from another box office which I did not know was a option. I work for Wells Fargo in the escalation department for over 11 years and our goal is to de escalate any situation and not be rude to customers and hang up on customers repeatedly..  never once did I ask for a refund. I was trying to get help on if I asked for disability seating why that not what I received.  If you can please go and listen to the first call and the fallow up calls. I find it hard to believe that and company would allow there employees to speak to customers in this way when they have been misinformed. I would have called around for disability because that's what I needed. Why treat people who are disabilities so poorly.

Customer service is a nightmare. STAY AWAY!!! You're much better off buying the tickets from the source or even another resale site that is more reasonable.

So when I saw that the theater here only had about 10 people in it decided to sacrifice comfort for finally getting to see a movie I wanted to see. Theater was clean for the most part, Bobby was a little messy someone that's filled and it was sticky and hadn't been cleaned up. I guess I didn't remember how big the theater is and how far away the theater that I was seeing a movie and was from the entrance. The main reason for my two-star rating has to do with the check-in process. It's ridiculous that you have to check in at the concession stand. So you have to wait in line for people who are buying popcorn drinks and all that fun stuff to be able to scan your tickets. Which the woman was like yeah I'm sorry we don't have a separate checking spot here and I said well it makes it hard to make it to movies on time if you don't know this. Honestly sometimes I run late cuz I know that AMC's have about 20 to 30 minutes of trailers before the movie even starts so thankfully I was a little early but I still miss like 10 minutes of the trailer is because of this line and check-in process. Then additionally the woman tried to insist that I needed the ticket and I was like no I'm fine I've got the app and my tickets right on the app she's like no you need to take this and I was just trying to rush to get to my movie and there was still people behind me who are also trying to get to movies that it was a little embarrassing to have her try and yell after me, like who's going to come after me to see if I have the paper ticket when I actually got the electronic version. Not a theater I will likely attend anytime soon.

I am updating my review of AMC Westroads to be 5 stars now…read more While they don't have as many snacks or treats as the Council Bluffs location, they actually take care of their theaters a little bit better. The IMAX at the Council Bluffs AMC is in bad shape, and they actually just shut it down to refurbish it recently, so I'm confused. There are lines running through the screen there at the CB AMC IMAX so it's very distracting. The AMC Westroads IMAX screen is perfect and very clear, in both visuals and audio. They're great for those little movies that come out (not the big ones we want to see in Dolby, Alamo features, etc.). The lobby and theater are usually pretty clean, and it's not super busy most times we've come, which is not the case at many other theaters. They don't have the comfy recliner seats that a lot of other theaters now have, but I can sit for two hours without needing to lay down for the movie LOL So while this theater is good for smaller movies that don't need to be seen in Dolby, they have now entered the IMAX game too as the superior contender vs. the larger IMAX at AMC Council Bluffs!

I'm stunned by the unbelievably poor customer service. I bought two tickets to A Bronx Tale. The…read moreday of the show my wife became sick. Rather than expose everyone else to her illness, we decided to go another time. I called Ticket Omaha to request transferring the value of our tickets to another show and explained why. They stated that because it was only 2 1/2 hours before curtain that the showing was removed from their system and that I would need to email the office. I did so the next day. Ticket Omaha replied, "Hello, Unfortunately, all tickets sales are final sales and we do not offer any refunds so we would not be able to refund the money for the tickets or transfer the amount of this purchase to another show. Sincerely, Ticket Omaha". One of the poorest examples of customer service I've ever heard of. This completely destroys what I had thought of as a reputable, honest business in our community.
