I used to be a WellPass member and it's still a bit wonky trying to book online, plus it seems that there are fewer female massage therapists now and that is what I prefer. I was able to book with Daija and when I met her, I was already at ease and glad my appointment was with her. She was very friendly, had an easy-going vibe and really seemed to listen when I explained any requests I had for the session. Unlike the previous massage therapist I had who was allergic to essential oils, Daija seemed all in for the add ons. The hot stones, hot towels, and aromatic oils made the experience that much better. The lighter touch (no deep tissue) relaxation massage was just what I needed. She had me relaxed and feeling better in no time. I keep a list of who I would return to in the future. Daija is number one on the list now. Front desk staff is also very professional and accommodating. The waiting lounge is relaxing and beautiful.

They have a good therapist, but the people running the business can't speak English, don't answer the phones, and don't honor the money you pay. However it would have been great if the tech informed me of the steps she was taking as she did so as this was my first experience. The massage was my least favorite part as it's simply not a full massage (which wasn't made clear) so only specific areas will receive treatment (no foot massage, only massaged on the backside and not the front areas of the body (thighs/front shoulders/arms) I left with the same back tension I arrived with even after requesting additional pressure. The tech also did not ask me about any prior injuries, areas to avoid, special areas to focus on nada. I would recommend this place more for the spa/beauty treatments than. I would for massage treatments. Great Groupon offer online for the mini day spa package so check them out for yourself!

Omg I would give -1 stars if I could. My husband had to go…read moreout of town for a funeral and wanted to plan something special for me for Mother's Day. He doesn't know anything about spas or pricing, so he called over to the four seasons. All they had available was a 20 min hydrofacial (bc it's a busy day, duh). The issue is that they charged THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS (yes, you read that right - $375) for a 20-MINUTE hydrofacial. Aka someone rubbed lotion on my face for 13 minutes. when I inquired about this very exorbitant bill, they said - this was the price agreed upon via email, according to our dynamic pricing. (In a very rude, snide tone, with a fake smile). I called my husband who said - yes, I agreed to that, but I was told you would have access to very nice amenities for several hours. LOL! Very nice? Yes, I know the four seasons name SHOULD have very nice amenities. This locker room was so small and so crowded that I couldn't even walk 1 step without bumping into someone. The person giving us a tour kept apologizing for how messy it was ("sorry, it's a really busy weekend for us") - no towels out, etc. there is a small hot tub - sorry, that's not exactly novel. There are two lounging areas. One with three chairs that look out onto... nothing, just a window with frosted glass that you can't see through. Six lounging chairs, and one small table outside that does have a nice view. (This is the only view in the entire spa). They have a small sauna room also. Nothing out of the ordinary, and not up to expectations for what is supposed to be a four seasons spa. On top of that, every single person in that spa was sitting/lying scrolling on their phones. In what world are phones allowed in a spa, let alone in a "clothing optional" hot tub room??! So I paid four hundred dollars for 13 mins of a facial massage (which WAS nice) and then sat outside at a random table for an hour. left quickly because there wasn't anything else to do to kill time. I just cannot believe that a place can charge that much for a service. Totally inappropriate, waste of money, do not recommend.

The staff…read moreare kind and helpful and they were celebratory when they found out we had just gotten engaged at the hotel. My attendant was awesome and I felt very welcomed. My favorite part is the vitality pool, heated stone chairs, sauna, and lounge. It was great to relax with those amenities. Everything was extremely clean. The vitality pool/sauna area is separated by gender and clothing optional. However, phones are allowed, and while it is fine to have one in a robe pocket, phones should not be out when others are around, especially in an area like that. But that is allowed, so be wary. Our massages were fine, but nothing we would rush back to or pay for again. I'd want to try a body scrub or wrap, my typical spa service. I'd also love to visit in warmer weather and use the outdoor pool. I am very much looking forward to returning.

I did not appreciate that the guy who took my reservation made me give him my full credit card and code over the phone even though I said I was very uncomfortable with it. I also did not like that they have a questionnaire you fill out when you go in that asks you incredibly personal things like do you have kids, how many, if your married, when did you get married, what salon did you used to go to and why you stopped going. Left me feeling super uneasy, and vulnerable, all for a haircut?!! This is not a high end spa, no need to get that personal. No thanks.

The spa experience itself was immensely relaxing and the products used were gentle on my skin. I woke up the next day and still felt like my skin was well treated.
