It took me awhile to write this review because I needed more context. I had never had a prenatal…read moremassage before so I waited to experience them at other places to make a final judgement. I booked one here around 13 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately, the massage was subpar. 1. The massage bed was not prepped for a pre-natal massage so the masseuse had to step out to get the correct pillows. (Since I had booked online, the receptionist should have alerted her to the appointment type ahead of time.) 2. I laid on my side in an awkward position because they did not provide a full body pillow, which would have allowed for body alignment 3. The masseuse only massaged my shoulders and nearly none of my back. I kept thinking she was going to eventually move down and she never did. The shoulder massage lacked pressure so I hardly felt anything. After this experience, I booked prenatal massages elsewhere for the remainder of my pregnancy and they were great (appropriate prep, pillows, pressure and full body work). Having a comparison helped me realize the masseuse at this location didn't have much experience in pre-natal massages. 2 stars for easy online booking, cleanliness and the kindness of the receptionist. Zero stars for the actual massage.

My experience here was not great…read more This "spa" is located in an obscure area and I had to be let into the locked building. The massage therapist, Janine, who is also the owner was very curt to me when letting me in. She just walked away and I followed her to a desk area where she handed me a form to fill out. Nothing friendly about her. Once she directed me to a room to undress, which took me only a minute, I was lying on the bed for almost 8 mins before she came in. I had paid for an hour long massage with reflexology but looking at the clock, by the time she was done, it had only been about 48 mins. The room is not the most comfortable as I've enjoyed more dimly lit places where you can enjoy the relaxing massage - this room was full of sunlight. No calming music played and the loud humming of the AC was distracting. While massaging my neck, I kept feeling Janine's jagged nails digging into my skin making it quite uncomfortable. I've had way better massages while this was barely mediocre to me. Not a great place or massage therapist from what I experienced and I don't ever plan on coming here again.

I used to be a WellPass member and it's still a bit wonky trying to book online, plus it seems that there are fewer female massage therapists now and that is what I prefer. I was able to book with Daija and when I met her, I was already at ease and glad my appointment was with her. She was very friendly, had an easy-going vibe and really seemed to listen when I explained any requests I had for the session. Unlike the previous massage therapist I had who was allergic to essential oils, Daija seemed all in for the add ons. The hot stones, hot towels, and aromatic oils made the experience that much better. The lighter touch (no deep tissue) relaxation massage was just what I needed. She had me relaxed and feeling better in no time. I keep a list of who I would return to in the future. Daija is number one on the list now. Front desk staff is also very professional and accommodating. The waiting lounge is relaxing and beautiful.

I had no idea just how many services were offered here. I am starting with the $45 deal for 2 ionic foot detox baths and massage. This is such a good deal, 30 mins for foot detox bath and then a wonderful 30 minute foot and leg massage on the massage table. Go to her directly for this deal, not groupon! ;) I want to do the full hour full body massage here asap. She is knowledgeable about what ingredients she will use on you as well, you don't have to worry about toxic ingredients being used on you. She personally selects or even makes what she will use in the treatments. Shala makes her own tea mixtures, 100% soy non toxic candles, soaps, and more, and supports women where she is from, in Iran, who hand make beautiful items she sells there as well. These are made with love and include knitted sock slippers and other cozy things. Perfect place to buy gifts for holidays or birthdays. Things like black seed oil, essential oils, and CBD. You can get the highest quality from her, and at a great deal. I have never seen such a good deal on 100% organic, cold-pressed black seed oil as here. A larger bottle is just $20 from her. She has an esthetician who comes on site too, offering wonderful deals for things like facials and red light therapy etc. Great energy and services! I will be back again and again and always excited! I had my boyfriend try to massage it, I took ibuprofen, but nothing helped. I am new to town so I browsed Yelp saw earthwalk listed and called. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours. Donna gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She was attentive, took her time to listen and see exactly what was bothering me and then focused only where I wanted her to massage for the entire hour. I was 80% better at the end of the massage and 100% better the next day. In addition to the excellent massage I found the whole experience very calming. The Center was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and had a very homey feeling. This was a very refreshing experience as the only other place I had gone for a massage in town was at an overpriced, uptight day spa where I felt rushed and had a terrible massage.. I give earthwalk my highest recommendation. If you are looking for a place to get a massage with an experienced practitioner who will listen to your concerns come in and ask for Donna!
