ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - DO NOT GO HERE Eva's Nail Salon is hands-down one of the most disgusting, unprofessional places I've ever stepped into. I walked in as a walk-in and should've walked right back out. The person who did my nails looked like they had just come off the street--completely unprofessional appearance, not dressed appropriately for working in a business at all. I went in for a basic mani-pedi, and it turned into a complete nightmare. She started cutting my cuticles with no care at all--I was bleeding everywhere. It was painful and unsanitary. I'm honestly shocked I didn't end up with an infection. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon. I talked to the owner about it, and she told me to come back and they'd fix it. So I made another appointment and came back out of my way--and then she says, "Oh no, we're just going to change the color, not actually fix anything." I was like, are you serious? I asked for a refund and she flat-out refused. No apology, no accountability. The owner is a rude, nasty woman with no respect for customers. This place is a total joke--dirty, careless, and completely unprofessional from top to bottom. Boycott this place. There are plenty of nail salons in the area that actually know what they're doing. Do not go here. Ever. This place should not even be in business. read more

10/10 every time! They have 2 Princess chairs for littles. Tony and his wife Michelle are so sweet and so talented! The staff is polite, professional, and it's calm and quiet so you can relax. The music is always very relaxing also. It's by far the cleanest and most organized salon I've been to in Lockport, and honestly Illinois. read more

The best acrylic nails I ever had done! Best pedicure, too. I was amazed at how beautiful my nails turned out. I will be going to them exclusively. read more

I have been to Eva nail spa several times and most were a good experience. But do not go to Michelle unless you want your cuticles bleeding and the underneath side of your nails bleeding from being sanded down too roughly. The finished product looks nice, however, I wouldn't advise paying money to be tortured. They are also short staffed. I have not walked in once with an appointment where they took me in at reserved appointment time. read more

This was my first time visiting for a classic pedicure ($30) and I'll certainly return! They are taking extra precautions during the pandemic so I was required to sign in and sanitize my hands while a staff member took my temperature. All guests were spaced apart and I never felt crowded or like the "6 feet" rule wasn't being followed. A face covering is required for entry and it's appointment only. One thing I loved is there are varying pedicure levels that include services ranging from a longer foot massage to using paraffin wax, hot stones, etc. Depending on your budget, this is great if you truly want to indulge! One thing I found a little strange that I haven't encountered at a nail salon is all polishes were mixed together, including gel. Obviously some gel polishes are more easy to spot than others so keep that in mind when selecting a color. read more

My first visit here. This is one of the nicest and cleanest salons I have been in. I have been getting my nails done for years. I was recommended by a friend to try Eva's. I will be a loyal customer to this salon. read more

My daughter was in town for an evening and I wanted to treat her to a mani pedi but my regular salon wasn't available. My daughter selected her color and got something similar but neon. I needed a dip manicure and a pedi. My pedi was fine, nothing fancy, but my dip manicure was ridiculously bad. My nails are uneven, lumpy, and thick. My left index finger was filed almost diagonally. For some reason my nails also smell like Play-Doh even though I've washed my hands several times. I think the man who did my manicure mistook me for clueless because my nails when I went in were a mess because I've been working in my garden and they were short and bare. It is so bad I do not want to go back for a correction. Now I've cheated on my regular manicurist and have to go back to him with this shitty excuse for a professional manicure. read more

I went to Eva nail spa while in town and well... they need to come to Arizona! A large group of us went in to get pedicures and our nails done for a wedding and they accommodated us so well. They tried to have us seated by each other and juggled us so we were all done around the same time. It seriously was so pleasant and I never felt like one person from our party was sitting around and waiting. TUAN did my gel manicure with an elaborate design I found, had the best attitude and did so good! He also did not mess around with the manicure part, there is nothing worse than getting a lame manicure right before getting your nails done and trying to make them last, it was top 5 best manicures I have ever had! I would definitely recommend this spa and Tuan for gel manicures! read more

Went for a pedicure and a fill, Tony did my fill prices on line say 25 for a fill and 25 for a pedicure , they have a sign posted that says extra 5 dollars for services . Somehow they charged 85. During fill he took one nail off said it lifted and did not replace with another said my nail was long enough . He used pink and white which I did not ask for nor did I want. I asked for coffin shape when asked about first nail he said "yeah I know" and continued to do square. They are all uneven as well from a hasty trim down. He was too busy telling customers that called in he was going to Chicago and they were closing early . When I questioned price he said yeah prices went up and I fixed your nail . I told him you didn't even fix it if you recall and I kindly said he should have informed me of this " price change" prior to service - he pointed to the sign on the wall and walked away from me speaking another language to a co worker. Leaving me standing there . Such a disrespectful man , being in the customer service industry he should be ashamed of his behavior and lack of concern for his customers concerns. It takes one bad experience in his industry to get around the town and dismantle his entire business . I hope that he is proud . Even if you add 5 for each service it should have been 60. Rather than argue I'm advising you all now DO NOT GO THERE. read more

I went with my friend today to get our nails done and they did a great job. The staff are nice and the place is clean. The problem was that they misunderstood my request for a manicure and instead gave me gel nails/acrylic. Also it was a little painful getting my nails filed. read more

Shitty. They messed up my nails and made the acrylic super thick and messed up the shape and made the crooked. The employees are rude also.

I had to go to this salon because my normal nail tech was all booked for the week. I went here off recommendation and I was pretty disappointed with it. The wait was not bad overall but the quality of what one of the techs did was awful. I got a normal no chip and she had let a hair get cured under the polish as well as a little flyaway. Also, she rushed through my nails to get to someone else and was so rough she kept cutting me. The polish was uneven and I will not be returning. I will continue to go to my favorite place with my favorite tech because this was just disappointing. read more

Emma is great at doing a coffin shape for acrylic nails literally the best I've had done. I only rate it 3 stars because of the fact that I had to pay $30 for a FILL not even a full set.. just a regular polish fill. If you have the money great but $30 for a fill is a bit much for me. read more

I've gone here many times and each time they've done my nails exactly how I like them, except for this time. I wanted a natural ombré, but instead I got a pink to white ombré. None of my nails are shaped the same, or have any of the same length. After she did the finished putting all of the powder on my nails, she didn't sand them down so that they'd all be straight; instead there's a huge bump in the middle of all my nails. When she glued them on she put them on barely on my nail AND pointing down!! Also, my friend went here a couple of days before me, and all but 2 nails fell off; so, she had to glue them back on for our homecoming dance. Overall, I am very disappointed in the turn out, and won't be going here again. read more

Went in for a regular pedicure and a no chip manicure. My pedicure was awesome and still looks great 2 weeks later. My no chip manicure was a nightmare. Looked awesome when I left the salon but 4 days later four of my nails were already chipping. I don't think it helped that the guy doing my nails had headphones in and was watching something on his phone that he had propped up. It's sad to say but my regular pedicure is holding up more than my no chip manicure. read more

Was very happy with this place up until tonight. Got a no chip that didn't even last 2 weeks. Went in at 6:55 p.m. and requested a fill in on my finger nails and polish change on my toes. They said they couldn't do it. They close at 7:30 p.m. and had another 35 minutes before they closed! They agreed to fix the chipped nail after I announced their no chip didn't last, but painted it the wrong color. I had to find the correct color myself. They did fix it free of charge and they are nice there, so I'll give them 3 stars, but probably won't be back. read more

SUPER CLEAN and friendly. I went here as a walk in and they apologized for having me wait 10 minutes after I was content when they told me it would be 15. There is a girl here who cleans constantly between people and the pedicure equipment is mostly disposable. The other implements were sterilized with the same equipment that my dentist uses. Reasonably priced. I will be back. read more

This place is high way robbery. I went in as a first time customer Full Set No Chip and a pedicure $100 WTF. I've been getting my nails done ever since I was a teenager so I know my Stuff. THIS PLACE GAVE ME NAIL FUNGUS! I made an appointment for a no chip manicure and was seen 20 minutes after my appointment. Other people there had the same experience, being made to wait even though you made an appointment. The tools were dirty and rusty. Then, after I took off the no chip, I realized that their dirty tools gave me nail fungus. Don't go there. There are plenty of other great places in Lockport that will not lead you to having to go to the doctor. read more

they tried their best to do a design. did a walk in & told them it was something they might not be able to do since others couldn't & that it'd be okay if not but they assured me they could. my nails are all different shapes & none are what i asked for. the UV curing light felt like burning & pain most of the time unlike all salons i've been to, a little concerned about that. i had 3 reference photos & they only let me show one, & it did not come out like the photo. it took around 2 hours for an acrylic set & design- i had to wait 30min in between my appointment i wish i would have been told or at least told during that time if i could stand up or have water! i ended up paying more $$$ than expected because i didn't know that it being an art nail it would cost around $30 more until it was too late! they made me show my nails to clients around me saying they're nice and just like the picture i gave & other things which made me VERY uncomfortable & even more upset as I was already in tears checking out. maybe others are okay with that but i am not proud of these nails, i don't like showing off & didn't want to look at people while upset or crying it's very awkward and uncomfortable, i was there after a draining day for a service, i was just trying to not complain or say remove them entirely at that point. good people but i feel like i wasted my money and time & im very upset and distraught & regret trying to treat myself! read more

I had been a long time customer of Eva nails. I brought in 10 people who became long time customers. I will say the place is very clean & Emma does amazing work. However I feel my experience needs to be shared... I had been unhappy for a while w/how the business was being run (different things I saw & overheard) but continued to go back because Emma does a great job. Two weeks ago I called & said I needed a fill. I went to another salon while out of town for work & because of the powder the other salon used, Emma could not do the shape I requested. Emma recommended me getting a new set. I said okay I would get the new set but Eva Nails refused to do them because they didn't have enough time. I said okay, I would come back tomorrow. I was bullied into staying because she had already started. I asked over & over if I could please come back tomorrow because I was paying for them to do a service. Over & over I was told "no, tonight we do this because tomorrow we to busy. Next time we will do new set." I agreed but was upset the whole time. Emma asked what was wrong & I explained that I thought her work was wonderful but how the owners were running that business was unacceptable. And that they should have understood I was paying a good amount of money for a service they provide. In the end I paid $45 for the fill/no chip (which started to chip the next day) & the tip. Tonight I called back to make an appointment w/Emma & was told I was no longer welcome to get my nails done there because I was unhappy w/the owners & it was uncomfortable for him. I really did like this place because of Emma & how clean it is. I will gladly go somewhere else now. read more
