I walked in as a walk-in and should've walked right back out. I went in for a basic mani-pedi, and it turned into a complete nightmare. She started cutting my cuticles with no care at all--I was bleeding everywhere. It was painful and unsanitary. I'm honestly shocked I didn't end up with an infection. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon. I talked to the owner about it, and she told me to come back and they'd fix it. So I made another appointment and came back out of my way--and then she says, "Oh no, we're just going to change the color, not actually fix anything." I was like, are you serious? I asked for a refund and she flat-out refused. No apology, no accountability. The owner is a rude, nasty woman with no respect for customers. They do everything from manicures to pedicures and no chip. They have a huge selection of colors and options. Katie did my pedicure and dip today and she brought me to the level of cuteness and style I'm use to - just in time for Easter. The salon is clean and elegant. They have installed plexiglass at each station and they wear masks and follow the CDC guidelines for social distancing.
